Chapter 3 Yoona / Yuri

--Yoona's Flashback final--

Inside the hospital lobby area..

Yoona couldn't help but feel a little tense because she doesn't have any idea of the extent of her father's injuries. "Jess.. do you have any idea where my father is right now?" Yoona asked Jessica as she was twiddling her thumbs. "Mmm.. umma sent me a message earlier that appa was already here and that they just moved uncle to his private room. She also said that uncle's room is on the 4th floor, room 402 and that appa is with him right now." Jessica responded as she was comforting Yoona by rubbing her back,Yoona gave Jess a faint smile and nodded her head. Jess, Tiff and Yoona then took the elevator to the 4th floor and headed towards room 402.  They were now standing in front of room 402, Yoona reached for the door and as she laid her hand on the door knob felt that tears escape her eyes. She was now crying and couldn't contain herself anymore. Yoona opened the door and ran towards her father's bed. She couldn't help but cry even harder upon seeing her father's state.

Yoona's father has sustained many injuries because he was buried beneath the rubble of what used to be their house, luckily enough he was found in time but her mother wasn't so fortunate. She was buried beneath the rubble just like her husband and she was found a couple of feet away from him. She sustained a fatal injury to the head that caused her to bleed profusely, while her torso was crushed as a portion of the concrete floor from the 2nd floor of their house collapsed on her. Yoona's father had a concussion, a broken nose and his left cheek was swollen caused by the debris that fell on his head, while he was also buried in the rubble, he was fortunate enough that the portion of the floor that fell on him caught only his legs, they were simply crushed and the doctors have ruled out the possibility that he could ever use them again. He was given a strong painkiller from time to time so that he wont be in so much pain, he was conscious when he saw her precious daughter running towards him. He gave her a weak smile and said "My little angel is finally here.."

Yoona tried to wipe her tears as she was now beside her father's bed, she tried her best to put on a smile for her dear father, "Appa you look terrible.."Yoona said in her cute aegyo voice. Her father only smiled and tried to reach for his daughter's hand, before he could fully extend his arm Yoona got a hold of her father's hand. She held her fathers hand and placed it against her cheek, suddenly her father looked at her and said it a weak and exhausted voice "Yoong.. I'm sorry I couldn't protect your mom, believe me I tried... but I just couldn't get to her in time.. if only I had been there earlier.. I could have..." before he could continue with what he was going to say.. Yoona hushed her father and said "dad it wasn't your fault, you tried and you were with mom until the end. I'm just glad that you're alive.." Her father continued to look at her and tried to wipe the tears falling from her eyes, he took a deep and long breath and spoke once again, "Yoong, remember that time when we argued about how you preferred women than dating men.." he paused and took another breath before he continued, "You're mom and I argued a lot because of that but you're our one and only precious little angel.. we couldn't just let you suffer because of our wishes. We want you to have the kind of love that your mom and I shared with each other."

Yoona couldn't help but sob again while listening to her father's words, she remembered how much she resented her parents for not understanding her. "We wanted to tell you that we want you to be happy and we wont stand in the way of your happiness.. we wanted to tell you that in person when we were going to visit you in New York..." again Yoona's father paused to breathe then continued on "but Yoong we do have one wish, and we know that you wouldn't be lonely because you're going to end up with the woman you love most... it's just that we sincerely hope that you could give me and your mom a couple of grandchildren.. nothing would make us happier than--" Suddenly Yoona's dad was gasping for air, he is now convulsing and then went into cardiac arrest. Yoona panicked, she couldn't help but scream "D-DDA-DAAAAADDDD!!!!!!!!!! UUNNCCLEE!!!!  TIFFF!!! JEEEEESSS!!!!! PLEASE CALL THE DOCTORS!!!!!!! QUICK!!!! OOHHH GOOODDDD NOOOOO!!!!!!!" Jessica's dad called for help, In a few minutes doctors and nurses rushed into the room and frantically tried to everything to revive Yoona's father.

--End of Yoona's flashback--

Yoona didn't notice how long shes been in the shower, she finished up, dry herself off and quickly dressed up as she remembered that her bestfriends, Jessica and Tiffany were already downstairs and probably are probably hungry now. Yoona was scared of Jessica, she didn't want to get on the nerves of her cousin, Hellsica can be too much too handle, the last time she pissed off Jess. Yoona remembered how she could have sweared that Hellsica was going to bite off her head, chop her into minced meat and feed her to the sharks. "Aissshhh! I hope shes not pissed" Yoona said as she gulped and quickly bolted out of her room.

Meanwhile in Japan

"Hhheeyyy!!! Yyuulll!!!  hurry down otherwise this skinny pig is going to eat up all the food!!!!!" Taeyeon yelled from the kitchen, "Yyaahhh!!!! you better not finish all the food!!!! You Sssshhhikkksshinnn!!!" Yuri yelled back as she was frantically running down the stairs. Suddenly as soon as she took the last step down the stairs, Yuri fell facedown. "Ow ow! ouch that hurts!" Yuri whimpered in a bit of pain as she was still lying down on the floor. " Sooyoung was laughing as she was eating in the dining room. "Seriously.. Yyuulll... we know you're a klutz and all but please stop making everything look so funny.." Sooyoung couldnt help but continue to laugh at the expense of Yuri's less than graceful fall. Taeyeon couldn't help but giggle a little as she went over to Soo and gave her a nudge in the head. "Soo stop it ok? You wouldnt want to make kkab kwon cry right?" Taeyeon smirked at Sooyoung as she walked towards Yuri who was now cradling her left knee as she cutely tried to blow at the small scratch on her left knee. "You know she's gonna get you back, right Soo?" Taeyeon said as she checked on the squirming Yuri. "Mianhe, sorry Yul" Sooyoung said while she held out her hands together in front of her face, as if begging Yuri for forgiveness. "kekeke you better watch out you skinny pig" Yuri replied with a sinister grin while looking at Sooyoung.
