Chapter 32  Waking up for the ones I love

Yoona and Hye Jin have been watching over Yuri, it’s been 2 days since then but she still hasn’t woken up.

“Yul, when will you wake up?” Yoona caressed Yuri’s face; she badly misses Yuri’s warmth. Hye Jin was out buying breakfast for them.

Yoona continued caressing Yuri’s cheek; she traced her fingers from Yuri’s cheeks all the way to her chin. Yoona then leaned in and kissed Yuri’s forehead.

“Hey Yoong I’m back with some breakfast!” Hye Jin exclaimed as she stepped into the room holding up a paper bag and two cups of coffee in a cup holder.

“Thanks unnie.” Yoona grinned as she pulled out the table for them to place their food on.

“Unnie, it’s been two days already and she still hasn’t waken up.” Yoona whined like a child, although still new to being around her, Hye Jin had already become comfortable around Yoona. She couldn’t help but chuckle at Yoona’s childlike behavior.

“Come on Yoong no need to whine like a kid pfftt… hahaha”

“Unnie~! Hmmpphhh…” Yoona puffed up her face earning another round of laughter from Hye Jin.

“Aigoo… mianhe Yoong, let’s eat already. The food’s getting cold.” Hye Jin couldn’t control herself as Yoona kept on pouting, she scratched the back of her head.

They started eating and didn’t notice that someone behind them was staring at them, smiling at the scene…

Yuri

I squinted my eyes then stared at the ceiling and blinked a couple of times to adjust my eyesight. The sunlight and the white room didn’t help much, it’s too bright and it hurts my eyes. I wanted to rub my eyes with my right hand but I noticed the IV drip attached to my hand.  Then it dawned on me that I’m in a hospital… who wouldn’t be after getting shot, right? I tried to sit up but I felt a stinging pain in my abdomen, I mentally scolded myself…

“Pabo! The wound’s still fresh, take it easy!”

I looked to my left… and there they are… the two most important people in my life, having breakfast together. I guess they’ve already been introduced and seem to be doing well. I couldn’t help but smile as I heard Yoona whining and acting like a kid. She’s such a choding kekeke~

“Unnie! Come on don’t eat that! Yah! I wanted that!”

“Yah! I had dibs on it first! Yah!”

Aigoo these two are fighting over food, God, don’t tell me my sister is also a shikshin. Aigoo… oh well I guess it wouldn’t be so bad. They continued fighting over who gets the piece of sausage. Yoona and Hye Jin unnie stared at each other.

“Let’s settle this Im Yoona!”

“Fine with me Han Hye Jin!”

They rolled up their sleeves and stood up, hmmm are they going to get into a fist fight because of a piece of sausage? Gulp… O_O *nervous as hell*

“One”

“Two”

“Three!”

“Rock, paper, scissor!”

Aigoo… that made me nervous, well rock, paper, scissors is much better than trading punches right?

“Hah! In your face unnie! I get this piece of sausage! Kekeke~!” Yoona threw her fists in the air and started dancing dorkily in victory. She beat unnie by throwing paper as unnie used rock. Of course paper always win over rock.

“Yah! No fair! Two out of three!”

“Fine… you win hmmphh…”

Unnie dared Yoona for another round of rock, paper, and scissors. But Yoona didn’t agree. Unnie cutely pouted and sighed in defeat, her shoulders slouched as she took a seat.

“Unnie, here! You can have half of the sausage.”

“Jinja? Omo! Yoong~! Thank you!” Unnie clapped her hands and beamed her most beautiful smile.

I stared as Yoong sliced the sausage in half and gave the other half to Hye Jin unnie. Yoong you never seize to amaze me, unnie smiled at Yoona’s action. Hmm… come to think of it I’m kind of hungry… I guess I better do something to get their attention… kekeke

Yuri’s private room

“Yah! Can I have some too?!”

Hye Jin and Yoona were stopped dead in their tracks when they heard Yuri’s voice.

“Y-YURI!!!!!”  Both girls shout for joy as they got up from their table and ran towards Yuri’s bedside.

“Yuri… *sob~ sob~* Yuri… I’m sorry… I—” Hye Jin kept crying as she hugged Yuri, the latter patted her head, and soothed her older sister.

“Ssshhh… it’s alright unnie, I’m okay now, stop crying unnie please?”

“Don’t blame yourself unnie, you saved me”

“If you didn’t take out the one who shot me, I would have died back then.” Hye felt better and managed to smile as Yuri held up her face and wiped her tears away.

“Yoong…” Yuri glanced at Yoona who kept crying and didn’t seem to respond to her, she pulled Yoona closer and hugged her tight.

“I’m sorry if I worried you… I-I wanted to tell you the truth about my job… but I just couldn’t I’m so sorry…” Yoona kept on crying as she buried her face on Yuri’s chest.

“Pabo! Pabo yah! My world *sob~sob~* nearly crumbled when *sob~sob~* Taengoo and Sooyoung-unnie told me what happened to you… pabo!”

“Mianhe Yoong… please forgive this pabo… I didn’t mean to worry you… please forgive me Yoo—” Yuri was cut off, when Yoona suddenly crashed her lips against Yuri’s.

“I forgive you and I’m so happy you’re okay, Saranghe Yuri saranghe”

“Saranghe Im Yoona.” Yuri pulled Yoona towards her and kissed her passionately, Yoona kissed back and kissed Yuri hungrily, she placed all of her emotions and yearning for you Yuri into their kiss.
