As time continued to pass, Jihyo and Kwangsoo made preperations for their wedding. It was the day before the wedding. This morning, Jihyo woke up early and went to the airport. She was fully in disguise from the top of her head to the tip of her toes, covered up with scarves, masks and sunglasses. She stood at the arrival area waiting for someone. Just then, a tall figure appeared, Jihyo jumped happily at the sight of his arrival and rushed over to give him a bear hug. 

Jihyo: Jihye oppa!!!!! You made it!! I'm so happy!!

Jihye: Jihyo-ahh~ Long time no see

Jihyo: Missed you so much oppa, thanks for coming all the way, I'm so glad you're gonna be here for my wedding

Jihye: Can't believe Kwangsoo finally proposed, I thought he was never gonna do it, its not like you're getting any younger...

Jihyo: Ya!! Aish what do you mean not getting any younger?? Are you saying I'm old??

Jihye: Of course!! XD

Jihyo: Ya!!!!

Jihye: Anyhow, I'm so glad things worked out for you guys, I'm really happy for you Jihyo-ah... Congratulations on your wedding...

Jihyo: Thanks... :D

Jihye: And thanks for letting me stay at your place too, but are you sure its okay for me to just crash at your place like this? 

Jihyo: Of course its alright, your welcome anytime~

Jihye: *pats on Jihyo's head and messes with her hair* Aiigoo look at you, that adorable smile of yours is finally back huh, haven't seen it in a long while, you must be really happy now... You haven't been this cheerful in quite a while

Jihyo: I know right... :P

The two friends then made their way back to Jihyo's home. Jihye unpacked and toured around Korea as he hasn't been back to his home country in quite a number of years while Jihyo went to her afternoon schedules. When Jihyo came back, she was surprised to come back to a deliciously prepared dinner Jihye made for her. Her's eyes sparkled at the food and she started to dig in immediately as she was hungry after hours of hard work. Jihye watched her eat and smiled, then started to eat as well. Later that night, Jihyo was lying on the sofa talking on the phone with Kwangsoo. After doing the dishes, Jihye sat aside pretending to be reading a book, but stared at Jihyo's happy face from afar, with a glimpse of sorrow in his eyes. As Jihyo got off the phone with Kwangsoo, she glanced over at Jihye and caught him looking at her. He immediately looked away and continued reading his book. Jihyo walked over and sat down next to him.

Jihyo: What's the matter oppa?

Jihye: Nothing? What do you mean?

Jihyo: Come on, how long have I known you already, you know I can tell when you're okay and when you're not, so stop pretending. 

Jihye: I'm fine...

Jihyo: What's bothering you oppa...? Just spill it, you can tell me anything, you know that

Jihye: It's nothing... 

Jihyo: Oh stop this, tell me Jihye oppa

Jihye: Alright... well, its just that, there's this girl I really like... I fell for her for quite a long while now... But she doesn't know that, and she's very happy now, with a man that really loves her. She's a really important friend to me, so I'm not gonna do anything that might even risk sabotaging their relationship, they deserve to be happy together... I've locked it in all this time, it wasn't easy at all, but I managed... They're gonna be getting married tomorrow though... So I guess it just really hurts to realize that my one-sided love has to end for good tonight... 

Jihyo: Oppa...

Jihye: I'm sorry Jihyo-ah... No, Sung Im-ah... I'll be fine, so don't you worry, don't keep it in your mind either, you should go focus on finishing up your wedding preperations and get a good nights sleep

Jihyo: Oppa... All this time... You must've been really hurt... It must've been really painful for you oppa, why didn't you tell me...?? You should've told me, I'm so sorry oppa... Why did you keep it a secret and do this to yourself... I'm so sorry oppa...

Jihye: Because... I knew you'd be like this, I didn't want you to feel guilty or burdened by it... and I didn't want to let it affect our friendship...

Jihyo was shocked at this sudden news, she was so surprised she didn't know what to say or do. All this time her best friend was hurting in secret because of her. Tears welled up in her eyes and she threw her arms onto Jihye and gave him a tight hug. 

Jihye: Why are you the one crying...? You silly girl...

Jihyo: Because you're such an idiot!! Why would you do that to yourself you idiot... Babo...

Jihye: I'm gonna be okay... I'm pretty strong you know, I'll get through this alright

Jihyo: Aish... What am I gonna do with you, this lovesick idiot... Stop only thinking for me and think for yourself... Take good care of yourself... You mean a lot to me too you know... You're a very important friend to me too, I can never afford to lose you...

Jihye: Neither can I... Just give me some time, now that I've finally said goodbye to this unrequited love... Everything's gonna be back to the way it was soon...

Jihyo: Don't you hide any more secrets from me, even if they involve me, you must tell me from now on, okay? I'll do everything I can to help you through this...

Jihye: It's alright... Just be happy, that's all I need to let go... Promise me you'll be truly happy

Jihyo: Okay... I'll promise... :)

It was a long night for the two as they continued to talk about it. Jihye felt better to have finally confessed after all these years, and Jihyo was touched her best friend loved her so much too. Somehow, this brought their friendship even closer and made their bond stronger. They knew that they always have each others backs, no matter what the problem was. It also helped distract Jihyo from her nervousness about finally getting married with Kwangsoo tomorrow. She enjoyed her last night as a single woman talking to her best friend, who she will always be thankful for.
