[a year later…]

Time flies so fast… It’s been a year since I left Korea. I can’t help but to miss my family. Ever since I came here in Massachusetts, they only visited me twice. I can’t blame them since they have a school to manage. Anyway, choosing this path has consequences and this is one of it. I still have to endure it for 3 years or so.

 I’m glad that I’m doing well in school although I have found a part time job. A student in the day and a worker during night ‘til midnight. I can’t depend on what the school and my parents can give me. Working is a good experience as well. As of now, I’m working in a company as a secretary. Since they found me capable enough to do the job, I was easily accepted.

During my stay here, I’m glad that Yoseob was here as well. Don’t be mistaken, he didn’t follow me. He was accepted here as well. His dorm was next to mine, so every time I need help, I can simply ask him. Well, I do know that he has feelings for me but that’s all a part of the past. In fact, he has a girlfriend right now. She’s a student in Harvard too. An intelligent and beautiful lady. I can see that Yoseob is very happy for their relationship and I just want them to be happy for the rest of their lives.

Right now, the most important thing to me is to be able to finish my studies. Love life has no space in me because I know how it can mess up my life. But if you’re going to ask me if I still love Taemin…

I don’t know.

It’s been a year, and I don’t have any news about him.My Mom doesn’t tell me anything about Taemin every time I talk to her so I don’t any idea about him. I don’t dare ask as well because I don’t want to be distracted by him. I’m just thinking that maybe his happily married to Sulli right now. I guess, he forgot about me already. But that’s not the important thing for me. As long as his happy then I can be happy for him as well.
