Dara woke up the next morning to find her friends getting busy at the kitchen. She has slept a little too much and a little disoriented but her energy surges instantly when she realized that there’s something exciting going on.

 

      “Yah, yeorobun.” Dara called their attention, rubbing her sleepy eyes. “What are you doing?”

      “Morning, eonnie.” Minzy greeted her.

      “Where going to make cookies!!” Bom squealed.

      Dara’s eyes widened. “Cookies?!”

      “Neh!” CL smiled waving a rolling pin. “Cookies!!!”

      “Kya~ I wanna join!” Dara jumped up and down.

      “Let’s team up!” Bom suggested.

      “Alright!” Cl agreed.

      “Bommie eonnie and I will make cookies together.” Minzy decided.

      CL nodded. “Arra arrra. Dara eonnie and I will beat you!”

 

      The girls started to work a little messily than necessary. Dara crept towards Bom and Minzy’s place and tried to peek at what they’re doing.

 

      “Yah, eonnie!” Minzy swatted her. “You’re a spy!”

      “Kekeke.” Dara laughed. “We’re making cookies for Papa YG. How about you guys?”

      Bom showed her work. “We’re making something for Teddy oppa.”

      “Yah! That’s my concept!” CL shouted and showing her work. “This big bear cookie is for Teddy oppa.”

      “Ours tastes better.” Bom said.

      “Aniya!!!” Cl said sticking out her tongue.

 

      So after arguments and teasing, the girls went up to the top floor to visit YG’s private office.

 

      “Knock, knock!!” Dara called as she opened the door.

      “Annyeong!!” they greeted YG.

      YG looked up from his stack of papers and smiled. “What are you guys doing here?

      “We made cookies.” Bom announced and handed him the wrapped cookie.

      “This is all for me?” YG asked, taking both cookies.

      “Neh!” they nodded.

      “Kamsa.” YG laughed. “Did you make this today?”

      They nodded and YG laughed some more. “Arasso. Work hard, neh?”

      “Neh!” they agreed and bade goodbye.

      “Annyeong.” YG waved.

 

 

      The girls went excitedly towards the recording studio B and found Teddy, Kush and Se7en in the room.

     

      “Annyeong!” they waved.

      “Oh, annyeong!” Teddy smiled. “What’s up?”

 

      The girls giggled as they greeted them. “Ah, oppa. Do you have time?”

      “Why are you all looking like that?” Teddy asked. “Did you make something?”

      “Oh, oppa. How did you know?” Cl asked wide-eyed.

      Se7en laughed. “You’re all easy to read.”

      “Neh, neh.” Kush agreed.

      “Let me guess, cookies right?” Teddy laughed harder.

      “Yah!!” Dara pouted. “Are you spying at us?”

      “Aniyo.” Teddy smiled.

      “Cookies for you oppa.” Minzy bowed and handed him both cookies.

 

      Se7en looked at the cookies and laughed. “As expected it’s shaped like a teddy bear.”

      “Aish~ are you jealous we didn’t make one for you?” Bom teased.

      “Aniyo.” Se7en smiled. “I just think it will be obvious.”

 

      After the cookie giving the girls went back to their dorm and Dara started preparing to go out.

 

      “Oh, eonnie.” CL peeked at their room. “Where are you going?”

      Dara thought about it for a moment. “I’m just going to buy something outside.”

      “Can I come?” CL asked plopping on her bed.

      “Aniyo.” Dara shakes her head. “Stay here and rest.”

      “Why don’t you want me to come with you?” CL asked her eyes narrowing. “Do you have a secret?”

      “Eh??” Dara’s eyes widened. “Yah, saeng. What are you saying?”

      “I think you have a secret namja chingu.” CL concluded.

      “Stop, imagining things.” Dara scolded her.

      CL poked Dara. “Eonnie, let me come.”

      “I’ll buy you something on my home.” Dara appeased CL.

      “Jinjja?” Cl eyes lit up. “Chocolate???”

      Dara laughed and went for the door. “Neh, lots of chocolate.”

      “Yay!” CL cheered.

 

      Dara has been sitting at the restaurant for at least five minutes when she saw a familiar figure. It was Jiyong wearing a simple shirt and jeans but still he looks like he’s ready for a fashion interview.

     

      “Jiyong-ah!” Dara waved at him.

      “Annyeong~” Jiyong greeted her as he took his seat.

      “I like your shirt.” Dara complimented him.

      “Haha. Gumawo.” Jiyong smiled.

      “Yah, Jiyong-ah.” Dara whispered. “Why did you give me that look yesterday?”

      Jiyong looked up and frowned. “What look?”

      “The look before you gets back in your car.” Dara recalled.

      Jiyong cleared his throat and pretended to look at the menu. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

      “We’re you mad at me?” Dara asked.

      “What do you want to eat?” Jiyong asked and gave her the menu. “I’ll pay.”

     

      Dara took the menu and smacked Jiyong at his shoulder.

 

      “Yah!” Jiyong glared at her. “Why did you do that?”

      “Don’t change the subject.” Dara pouted.

      “Aish~ jinjja.” Jiyong rolled his eyes. “You’ve really changed a lot.”

      “How?” Dara challenged.

      “You just smacked me and then you allow a random fan boy to kiss your cheek. What was that?” Jiyong demanded.

      “I didn’t know he’ll kiss me!” Dara said defending herself.

      “Psshh!” Jiyong huffed. “You let him.”

      Dara’s lips crept up with a smiled. “Yah, are you jealous Jiyong-ah?”

      “Mou?” Jiyong asked. “Yah! That’s not what I’m saying.”

      Dara beamed at Jiyong as he tries to look cool sipping his water. “I still think Jiyong is the best kisser.”

     

      Jiyong almost splashed his water. He chokes a little and a blush crept up to his face.

 

      “Yah, you shouldn’t be saying that kind of thing.” Jiyong scolded her, trying to look nonchalant about what Dara has said.

     

      Dara shrugged and ordered food. They were eating silently and Dara kept sneaking glances at Jiyong.

 

      “Jiyong-ah.” Dara said wiping her lips with her table napkin. “What’s namja chingu?”

      “Namja chingu?” Jiyong asked frowning. “Wae?”

      “CL asked me if you’re my namja chingu when we first met.” Dara explained. “So, what does that mean?”

      “Err, it means you’re in a relationship with a boy… you like each other.” Jiyong replied uncomfortably. “You love each other…”

      “Arasso.” Dara nodded thoughtfully.

 

      “Jiyong-ah~” Dara said after a while. “I like you!”

      “Huh?” Jiyong eyes widened. “Yah, to say those things easily…”

      “Really, I do.” Dara insisted. “Ever since that first day you held me as a doll. I know I like you and…”

      “Stop it.” Jiyong said and in a serious tone, cutting her off.

      Dara looked down. “Wae? Don’t you like me?”

      “I don’t date within YG family.” Jiyong said in a tone that means that conversation is over.

      “Mianhe…” Dara said biting back tears.
