Matteo is still pondering on the idea of how to approach Kim. “Goodness Matteo have some courage naman, you can do this. How can I let Kim know how much I’ve missed her and how much I regret not being with her? Napakasimpleng bagay, conversation lang naman, why can’t I get myself to do it?”

Kim: Mental case ka rin pala ano? Parami na nga tayo.

Matteo: Arrrghhh! (surprised to see Kim as he turned around).

Matteo: Kim! Kanina ka pa? Did you hear everything that I just said?

Kim: No, I just got here naman.

Matteo: Uhm, Kim… I’m really sorry, sana you can forgive me for everything I’ve ever said to you before.

Kim: Naku, don’t worry about it. Kalimutan na lang natin ang mga bad memories ok, mga bata pa lang tayo noon. Dala lang yun ng ating immaturities. Ako nga ang dapat mag-apologise eh, I was so y to you. Sorry ha.

Matteo: Ok lang, I deserved it naman, I was being a jerk.

Kim: Friends? (extending her hand for a handshake)

Matteo: I was hoping for more.

Kim: Don’t push it Mister!

Matteo: Just kidding! Friends is good for me! (Shaking Kim’s hand. He couldn’t wipe the huge smile off his face)
