Seungyeon pov:
I grinned to myself as I sat up on my bed the next morning, happily brushing my hair.
Jiyoung made a face at me as she laid the water basin on the table.
I grinned at her and giggled, I was so happy I made it official with Doctor Jung.
And I couldn’t get that kiss last night off my mind!
“Mama…you’ve been grinning since last night.” Jiyoung stated.
I smiled to myself as I got up from the bed and walked towards the cupboard, kneeling down on the floor I opened the cupboard and took out a box. Inside was a pink hair ribbon with a red peony embroidery, a jade pendant and a butterfly hairpin. Jinyoung had gave them to me last night, apparently he had bought it when we went to town together but he didn’t have the courage to give them to me.
I smiled to myself as I flipped my ponytail in front and tied the hair ribbon to the end of it, grinning to myself in the bronze mirror.
“Mama…” Jiyoung said, holding up the box with all my different colored hair ribbons made with silk inside.
“Aren’t you going to pick one from here?” she asked.
“From now on I’m only going to wear this ribbon.” I replied, laughing.
“Ai…of course…Jinyoung Orabeoni gave that to you.” She said, taking the butterfly hairpin and placing it in my hair.
I wished this happiness would last forever.
At the Crown Princess’s quarters.
Gyuri pov:
“Mama…”
“Mmmm…have you made the necessary preparations?” I asked Taejun.
“Ye mama, everything has been done according to your orders.”
“Good.” I said, turning a gold dagger embedded with jewels in my hand.
This was the dagger the King gave to his two daughters when we were babies. It was proof that we were the Princesses.
-Flashback-
I was walking in the garden and had dropped my dagger, I always carried it around with me and never left it anywhere else.
“Eonni….you dropped your dagger.” Seungyeon said, running up to me.
