Seungyeon pov:

I was pacing back and forth in my room, it was tonight that Joong Ki wanted me to give him and answer. He wanted to know if I would take him back, if we could become lovers again.

But my heart was already with Jinyoung…however recently he seemed like he was doing all he could to ignore me.

“Mama…your making me dizzy.” Jiyoung said, holding her head.

I sighed, there was only one way to settle this!

“Mama!” Jiyoung called, as I suddenly headed for the door and walked out of my room.

“Mama where are you going?” she asked, trying to catch up with me.

I headed towards the royal clinic, Jinyoung was stepping out the door with his bag ready to leave.

“Jakkamman!” I said, standing in front of him so that I was blocking his way.

“Mama…” Jinyoung said, looking up at me.

“Come with me.” I told him, grabbing his arm and pulling him along with me.

“Mama! Where are you taking me!?” Jinyoung protested, trying to wrestle out of my grip.

I continued to pull him along without saying anything, that’s when he lost it and swung his hand out of my grip roughly.

“Mama! What are you doing!?” he frowned.

We were both facing each other now, having some sort of a stare down.

“You trust me don't you?!” I asked him, staring into his eyes.

Jinyoung’s gazed softened a little as I said those words, he gave a small nod without replying.

I sighed as I slowly took his arm again, he willingly followed me this time.

We reached the lotus pond, both of us not saying a word to each other the whole way.

I looked towards the pond and saw Joong Ki, he was already standing there with his back turned towards us, looking out into the pond.

Jinyoung gave me a questioning look as I stopped in front of Joong Ki.

“Joong Ki ah….” I called, as he turned around slowly.

“Seungyeon ah….” He started, but then stopped when he realized Jinyoung was there too.

“Seungyeon ah…” he repeated, looking at me for an answer.

“Joong Ki ah….” I started, as I took a deep breath.

“I know….we have a lot of memories together, I know you love me…but things have changed now..”
