Chapter eighteen: Seoul University

Kyahh!! This place is so beautiful, it looks so grand and amazing, it nearly resembles a royal palace and yet they call this place a school? I guess the learning environment is really peaceful here, it makes me want to study here as well. I don’t want to be a useless girl who just uses parent’s money to survive.

“Annyeong Ka Eun.” Yoochun smiles. Without thinking about anything in particular, I run up in front of him and give him a big hug, “I really missed you Yoochun-ssi!” He pulls away from the hug and stares at me with his wide eyes, “You’re being so formal again Ka Eun, and please don’t make too much contact with me, your husband will get jealous, won’t he?”

“Nah it’s okay bro, I don’t mind.”

“She’s your wife you .” Yunho laughs.

“Eh I thought you and Junsu got grounded, why are you here?” Jaejoong asks them.

“We managed to persuade our parents,” Yunho starts, “Junsu and I had the best idea.”

“Mwo? What idea was it?” He asks, I awkward stand next to Yoochun and stare wide-eyed at their conversation, not knowing what’s going on.

“We’re not going to date any girl for a total of two months.” Junsu says.

“MWO?? WHAT THE ? Good luck with that.” Jaejoong says.

“We better get to our classes soon,” Yoochun suggests, before staring at me, “and Ka Eun, since you’re younger than us, you’ll be attending classes with Changmin. He’s the same age as you.”

Noooo! I don’t want to be separated from Yoochun, and even Jaejoong. It’s awkward with Changmin, I barely know him!

“Mrs Kim, do you want me to sit with you during classes as well?” Myungsoo asks, emerging out of nowhere.

“Myungsoo! Yes please!” Jaejoong’s friends all laugh at Changmin, “Changmin, looks like she doesn’t really want to communicate with you.” Jaejoong laughs.

“I’m offended.” Changmin says.

“YEAH KA EUN, LEARN TO BE MORE SOCIAL. YOUR HUSBAND’S FRIENDS ARE YOUR FRIENDS TOO RIGHT?” Upon hearing those words, I hear a pile of whispers and chatters from the girls around us.

“She’s Jaejoong’s wife? She’s not that hot.”

“Dude, she’s not even pretty.”

“Jaejoong-ssi is prettier than her.”

“Omo, she’s even flirting with Yoochun-ssi.”

“May as well marry all five of them, that .”

Yoochun stares at me uncomfortably, “Mianhae Ka Eun, you’ll probably have to get used to this environment. It’s alright though, they’ll be quiet about everything after a while.” I nod.

“WE’RE GOING TO BE LATE FOR CLASS HYUNG!!” Junsu winges. “Yoochun, Yunho, we better get going,” Jaejoong says, taking a step close to me. I can sense a pile of eyes staring at me like lasers, creating holes in my body. Jaejoong bends slightly down, in level with me and breathes against my ear, “Ka Eun, you’re my wife in public now, I’m not allowed to stir any trouble yet.”

“Go away, people are staring and I feel that I’ll die.” I whisper in his ear.

“You’re gay so go and die in a hole with sixteen pigs.” He leans back, away from my ear. I feel slightly more comfortable, I didn’t like his warm breath against my ear, it kind of tickles. Instead he places both his hands around my waist, which is probably even worse. He pouts, trying to act cute.

“Yeobo, I’ll miss you when you go to class, let’s catch up later!” He cheerfully smiles, revealing his weird crooked yet straight bottom teeth. I give him my evil eye and he gives me a stare that only I understand.
