A Mischievous MarriageChapter fifteen: Five minutes
I slowly breathe in, and breathe out, feeling slightly anxious whilst standing at Jaejoong’s bedroom door. Should I do it? Go inside and beat the out of him? Confront to him about how pissed off I am?
Who cares, it’s just another shark face Jaejoong. I knock rapidly on the door, the tapping noise getting louder and louder. Is he not irritated yet? Should I open the door and run it or wait? I knock again, in fact this time I’m practically slapping the door as if I have something against it.
Still no reply.
Without thinking about anything, I barge in.
To see…
Not to see anything interesting but a sleeping Jaejoong. He’s not even sleeping on his bed, he’s sleeping on the couch, his laptop resting on his laps. Jaejoong, Jaejoong. You must be slightly ed up in the head because you’ve been sleeping like this the whole night, only wearing a t-shirt? It’s bloody winter you stupid hoe.
I wonder what you’re working so hard on? College homework I guess… I remove the laptop from his lap and put it on the table beside him.
“Sleeping in a stupid position like that, I hope your bones go retarded when you wake up .” I mutter under my breath while getting a blanket for him. I guess it’s still pretty early in the morning isn’t it? Well not really, but it’s about 8AM-ish. Jaejoong doesn’t have college today, I wonder what we’ll be doing…
What he’ll be doing…I mean.
I wrap the blanket around his body, the edges of the blanket tucking inwards. I always did this to myself in the cold, it helps stop freezing, winter air from coming in.

Staring outside the window is like staring at a grey blur of colourful lights. The frost on the window is basically acting like a mosaic over the outside view. Worst of all, I’m trembling. Trembling so much I’m unable to sleep.
“Ka Eun, stop trembling,” Jaejoon says, in a tired and weary voice. He’s sleeping on a nearby couch. “You’re shaking so much it’s like an Earthquake.”
“It’s not my fault it feels like Antarctica!”
“Why don’t you on the heaters then?”
“DON’T YOU DARE! DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW MUCH ENERGY THAT USES, IT’S EXPENSIVE!” I yell.
“Woah, woah! You didn’t have to ing scream at me, you moody pig!”
“Well… it’s just so expensive…and I’m running low onmoneysinceyou’rehere.”
“What were those last few words again?”
“Hehehehe it’s nothing!” I reply, my voice shaking from the cold. It’s so freezing I think my arms and legs might fall off. Let’s not forget about my torso turning to ice. “I guess I have no other choice since I want this earthquake to stop. Can you please open the light?”
“Why?”
“Stop asking me why, just do it!” I take my arm out of my blanket. The cold bites my arms like never before.
“There I turned it on! Now I’m trembling so much more than before!” He rudely doesn’t reply to me and instead walks up towards me. “It is really chilly isn’t it?” I can see goose bump forming all over his arms. He leans in towards me and tucks my blanket inwards, simultaneously wrapping it tight around my whole body. “Does it feel like you’re being trapped?”
“Yes…I can barely move!”
“That’s good then, it then means your warmth can be all tucked inside the blanket!”
“How do you know this?”
“Common sense.
