“I’m sorry,” Yoseob softly spoke as he carefully made his way to Suzy bed.

Suzy slowly sat up with her both legs hung between the bed and the floor. She fixed her messy hair by brushing it away from her face.

“This is all a dream, right?” Suzy turned to Yoseob with her fake cheerful smile.

Yoseob sighed. He didn’t know what to response. He stood there, before Suzy’s bed, watching her with his worried look.

“I thought it is just a dream and everything will be okay this morning. I don’t even drop a tear yesterday, hoping that all these are just a dream. But, when I wake up this morning, they are gone. Then, the hospital call, asking me to claim their bodies,” her voice slowly disappeared behind her sobs. “They left me. They really left me,” she bit her lower lip, as the tears flew through her cheeks and dropped on her thighs.

Yoseob just kept silent. The person that was supposed to be here was Kikwang, not him. Instantly, he walked out of the room.

“How is she?” Dongwoon asked, concerned. He actually heard the words said by Suzy earlier but since he didn’t see her real state, he didn’t sure her real condition.

“Worse than expected,” Yoseob replied with his frowned expression. Yoseob made another phone call.

“Hello,” the voice answered.

“Kikwang, Suzy needs you,” Yoseob directly stated.

“What do you mean, Yoseob?” Kikwang was confused with Yoseob sudden words.

“Her parents were dead last night, murdered by thieves. The person that she needs the most now is you,” Yoseob explained.

Kikwang kept silent, not answering. He was shocked. Somehow, he could feel this probably related to his father.

“H-How is s-she?” Kikwang stuttered, scared of what could be happened to her.

“She…” Yoseob paused and sighed. “She needs you,”

“I’ll be there,” Kikwang confidently said before he ended the line.

“What happen?” IU asked, watching Kikwang serious expression.

“My father is worse than I thought,” Kikwang answered in anger. “How I wish I can kill him now?”

IU was surprised and scared, looking at Kikwang mad expression. She decided not to ask more.

Eun Hee slowly made her way to the ward mentioned by the nurse earlier. Tae Hee, I’m sorry for what had happened. She thought as she saw the Tae Hee room from the big glass wall that blocked them.

Eun Hee was not allowed to enter the room since it was dangerous for her as Tae Hee is not in her sane state. Tae Hee was standing, looking at the window. Eun Hee sighed, feeling guilty and sorry.

In sudden, Tae Hee turned her head to her with a sharp glare. It surprised Eun Hee. The glare was full of hatred and something else which she couldn’t recognize. What was it? Eun Hee thought as she unintentionally made a step backward when Tae Hee grinned and made herself closer to Eun Hee.

However, when they were facing each other, Tae Hee smiled sweetly and bowed politely. Eun Hee replied the smile and bowed. Still, she made sure there was a distance between them although she knew the existence of the thick glass wall. She was being careful knowing her former bestfriend is not stable mentally and could do something beyond her thought.

Tae Hee breathed on the thick glass to create the mini steam that made the glass temporary cloudy. Then, she wrote using her finger ‘I miss you’.

Eun Hee smiled when she read those words. Did that mean Tae Hee recognize her?

Tae Hee created another cloudy area on the glass when the previous one disappeared. She wrote ‘Your daughter in danger’. She grinned evilly and turned away from Eun Hee.

Eun Hee was shocked and anxious. What did she mean? She was about to ask but a nurse came.

“Madam, the time is up,” the nurse politely announced.

Eun Hee took her last glance at Tae Hee who was playing with the tip of her hair. She frowned. Can she believe her? Then, she walked away, following the nurse’s steps.

I don't update for almost a month and I thought maybe a short update will do. :)
