Xero's house. Noones POV

He tried to not let it bother him, he tried to push it away but it some how found a way back into his concience. Xero rolled his eyes and started picking up random things around his room and moving them in different places to distract himself. It worked. Barely.

Knock knock knock.

Xero turned around to look at his door: a bubbly face he once knew gave a toothy grin at him as he peeked his head through the door frame.

"B-JOO!??" His heart raced as he embraced him into a tight hug. "I can't believe this!"
Byungjoo laughed. "I know right! I'm back in Seaside!!"
Xero's jaw dropped. "For good!?"
The other paused for affect. "FOR GOOD!"

Together they jumped up and down in excitement like children. Byungjoo was Xero's childhood friend who moved hours away. Actually, they were best friend. Their communication faded after so long, but everything stayed the same between them.

Byungjoo sat next to Xero on his bed. "So how's life been?"
"Good!" It wasn't really, but he was too excited to think. "What about you?"
"Pretty chill." He smiled. "I'm starting school this tomorrow."
"Do you have your schedule?"
"Yup!" He pulled a folded paper out of his pocket, giving it to Xero.
"Dude this is awesome! We have almost all of the same classes together!"
"Really? Sweet! You wanna hang out tomorrow after school?"
"Why not! What about Jenissi and A-Tom?"
"Yeah they'll come! Did you visit them yet?"
"Not yet, but planning on it!"
 

The Next School Day. Noones POV

Xero hardly gave any attention to Sojin as Byungjoo captured his mind instead. For the most part, she let him be, understanding an old friend came back, but what bothered her was that he barely talked to her. He forgot about her. Finally, she tugged at his shirt.
"Xero, can you come over after school? I need to talk-"
"Can't!" He smiled, hardly listening to her. "I'm hanging out with B-Joo!"
She sighed, but tried to not let it get to her.

After school came quick, and Sojin tried to say goodbye to Xero, but he just ran off with his friends.
"Oh! Wait!" He spun around and ran back to Sojin. "Bye I love you!" He kissed her lips, but only to get away. "Call or text if you need anything!" 
She smiled, but became of sorrow as he continued to run off. She went to Namjoo who was still at her locker with Changjo.
"Hey." She said, leaning against the lockers and refraining herself from letting out tears. "Do you want to come over tonight?"
"Oh..." Namjoo became careful with her words. "Changjo and I were going to go on a date... But you could come if you want!"
