It was time for test season and one of the first things that Chanyeol discovered from all the time he spent around Haneul was her habit of burning the midnight oil and then completely forgoing her breakfast in the morning.

He had found her taking a nap in the library after her first open-syllabus test with her forehead against the desk and arms dangling at her sides. If it wasn’t for the slow rise and fall of her shoulders, Chanyeol would’ve immediately called for help because she looked like she just passed out. After waking her up, his eyes zeroed in on her pale lips.

“When did you last eat?” The question came out of his mouth before he could even realize it, he swore that it was only because of the time he spent with Joonmyeon that his inner health freak was rubbing off on him.

She blinked, once, twice. “Dinner?”

He shook his head and sighed. It was almost 1 pm. “You’re not even coherent. Let’s go.”

Chanyeol pulled her into the campus cafeteria and forced her to eat until she was so full that she couldn’t even muster up the strength to punch him without clutching onto her stomach.

The next morning, Haneul was in the lounging area right outside the library where there were long desks and chairs stretching alongside the glass windows.
