Jinki's pov:

My fingers traced Risa's face, touching her skin lightly.

Her eyes closed and her breathing even, she was sleeping on my bed, hugging the blanket wile using my other arm as a pillow.

Right after eating the chocolate cake, she grew tired, complaining to me that she wanted to sleep.

My lips curled up, just thinking of how she acted today.

How she claimed me as hers.

Stopping my fingers at her lips, I touched those soft and warm lips of hers, pecking them softly and earning a small hum.

Risa moved, snuggling closer to me.

I missed it.

Moments like these.

I remembmer how we started. How everything started actually.

The way I and Risa met, how I misunderstood her for pretending to not know me and making me angry, jealous and jsut confused all the time.

And yet, like fate was like this, we became closer, we grew feeligns for each other though mine had never stopped. My feelings for her were always there, they only grew stronger.

So strong that I was even ready to let her go when she decided to break up.

My heart squeezed together tightly as I thought of it.

It was my fault though.

It was entirely my fault for us to have gone to that stage.

If I wasn't in a slump, I wasn't overexhausted and would just rely on Risa en search comfort with her, then things wouldn't have ended like that.

I'm so lucky to have this chance to make her mine again, to have her by my side and being able to love her openly.

Well as open as it could get because Risa was still hesitant to let other people know we're dating.
