"Wow.. someone could use a shower right now" I heard Changmin say as soon as I entered the livingroom, seeing Yunho sitting by the fire place playing with his guitar as Yoochun were by the piano and Changmin having a glass of blood, as if he was enjoying a cocktail party while listening to jazz music

"Shut up" I said and wiped the blood away from my mouth with the armsleeve

"Where's Junsu?" Yunho asked

"Present" He said behind me

"You should shower" Yoochun said as he looked at me

"I will" I sighed

"How much did you actually ..." Changmin started

"Two bears and two roe deers" Junsu said

"Wow.." Changmin gasped

"I needed to distract myself" I mumbled

"How about take a shower. We have a car to fix" Yunho suggested

The next morning I woke up with sore arms and a stiff neck. I was able to move around but the more I did it, the more I kept groaning out of pain. It really was hurting a lot. But at least I didn't break anything. Thank God

I decided to wake up and make myself some breakfast, or at least have some tea. After brushing my teeth and washing myself up I went downstairs only to find a note on the table, which said that aunt and uncle have gone out to fish for the day and won't be back until the evening.

Restlessly, I made my tea and sat down in the kitchen and stared outside the window as I soon found myself slipping back to the thoughts of yesterday. I tried to remember the man who had walked towards me, why he didn't run and help me and also, what could have possibly caused me to be in that car accident cause I couldn't recall myself driving carelessly

Soon enough questions started to pop up and I then remembered JaeJoong and Yunho saving me. How in the world did they know that I was a  part of a car accident and.. how did they find me so quickly?

And the car, it was gone. The car was nowhere to be seen on the way back and Changmin even called aunt and told me that I was at Jiyeon's. Not that I don't appreciate it because the last thing they would need at the moment is to worry about me. But.. Changmin.. how did he get the number? And HOW in the world could the guys be so calm about it? They didn't even seem to be frightened and I was terrified, panicking. And they.. were just.. normal..

A sudden knock on the front door caused me to jump up in fear. With the teacup I walked towards the door since I heard another knock and when I opened it I saw Changmin along with JaeJoong standing there

At least someone was looking better than me..

"Uhm.. cute Pj's" Changmin smiled

"Thank..you I guess" I laughed

"You're feeling better?" JaeJoong asked

I noticed that the dark circles under his eyes were now gone, he was still pale but there was some kind of glow in his face and he seemed somewhat better today

"I should be asking you the same question. You looked so .. worn out yesterday. But I guess who wouldn't? You rescued me from a car accident, carried me, cared for me.." I rolled my eyes jokingly

Both of the guys started to laugh but then suddenly Changmin raised his hand and showed me a car key

"What is that?"

"Your car" Changmin smiled happily

"My what?"

"Car" JaeJoong said

I stepped outside the house and looked down on the road only to see my black car. I stared shockingly at it

"How.. in the world... when.." I stuttered and looked at the guys

"We contacted a friend who's good at fixing cars.. and he along with his friends, they rebuilt it and fixed it for you" JaeJoong said

"Oh my god.. it must have cost him.. a fortune.. doing that during night as well! He must be so tired" I gasped and looked at them

"Don't worry.. we .. just.."

"You paid for it?!" I asked and looked at them

Both of the guys looked at each other at first and then back at me

"We uhm.. " JaeJoong started

"You went through so much just to help me and now you paid for this? Have you gone mad? I should be the one paying!" I said

"Yumi, go inside! You'll catch a cold if you're out here without jacket.." Changmin said and fussed me inside

I sighed

"You guys should come in.. it's cold for you too" I mumbled

THe guys looked at each other as I waited

"Please come in?" I smiled

"Sure.." Changmin smiled

Both of the guys stepped inside and I closed the door behind as all of us went to the kitchen

"It's not massive like your mansion... but it's.."

"Cozy" Changmin finished

"Yeah... exactly.." I smiled

"You woke up noticing anything that was wrong with your body?" JaeJoong asked

"Why are you so concerned about it? I said I was fine.. You on the other hand doesn't seem so good. Or now you do but not after last night.. What happened?" I asked and looked at him

"I uhm.. was tired. It was late and I.. hadn't gotten so much sleep the past few days" JaeJoong said

"Maybe you should have.. stayed home and rest.. I could have gone out there by cab and just.."

"No.." Changmin and JaeJoong chorused

"What?" I asked

"Maybe you shouldn't visit us out there anymore.." JaeJoong said

"What?!" I asked

"At least until that animal has.. been captured" Changmin said quickly

"Oh.." I mumbled

The guys then were silenced and all of us listened to the clock ticking as I was staring outside the window

"How did you find me last night?" I asked and turned myself to JaeJoong

He seemed to be shocked by my question but was quickly to restrain himself and there was no expression in his face

"Yunho and I.. were out.. We just took a ride with the car" He said

I tried to recall any kind of car, light or at least the sound of a car approaching yesterday but nothing appeared inside my head.

"You're lying" I said and looked him straight in the eyes

The eyes who yesterday seemed so dark, so full of worry and anxiety and the dark bags that kind of symbolized the tiredness was gone and his eyes looked somewhat better now. It was clear and no trade after the dark circles were there

"I'm.. not lying. Yumi, you were a part of a car accident, I'm pretty sure that you can't recall and remember everything that happened last night" He said

"I do remember! I remember that man.. and now when I think about it, I wasn't ever driving carelessly yesterday. I even dreamed about it during night. It was some kind of black shadow who just appeared in front of the car and somehow managed to make me lose the control, startling me on the way which took me by surprise and the next thing I know is I'm upside down, scmreaing for help that idiotic man refused to RUN over to me, instead he walked as if he had all the time in the world. It was a matter of life and death JaeJoong!" I shouted

"I'm sure you hit your head pretty hard last night Yumi. You should go and rest" Changmin said softly

"OH MY GOD! I'm done with the resting part. Now I want to know what happened to me last night because NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING makes sense!" I groaned in annoyance

"I'm sure you are irritated about not knowing but isn't this a part of the black out you had?" JaeJoong said

"And exactly, since when did you become a doctor" I said angrily

JaeJoong stayed quiet and just looked at me

"I'm so sorry.. I didn't mean to snap at you like that.." I apologized and stood up in order to walk around for a bit. I had to do something, I couldn't just sit down

"I understand" JaeJoong said with a smile

"I just don't understand anything that happened last night.." I mumbled

"Don't worry.. You should put it behind you since you're fine and still alive. Your car is right outside and no one else was hurt and no one has to worry" Changmin said

"It just doesn't make sense you know.." I said and looked at them

For a brief moment I could feel the tension in the air and I also managed to see the eyeglance that the guys exchanged between each other and it then somehow made it all so clear for me. There was something that they weren't telling and no matter how much I asked them, they would still insist on me needing to rest and that I had a black out and didn't remember anything.

Well it did sound logic when they told me everything but there was just something.. that I couldn't put my finger on. Something that I didn't know but the guys knew

"How's your arm?" Changmin asked

"Better.. I think it'll heal in a week or so" I said and looked at them

I saw JaeJoong stiffen by the sudden change of subject and I then felt his eyes on me, well not on me but on the arm and then he turned away only to look outside the window

"It was bleeding a lot during night but I changed band aid earlier so it shouldn't be a problem" I smiled

"We should probably get going" Changmin suggested suddenly

"What?.. Why? You just came and.."

"We have a couple of errands to do.. so you should just stay home and rest" Changmin smiled

"Tell me about it, you have been pretty clear with that about me resting" I rolled my eyes

Changmin bid goodbye and left the house but JaeJoong on the other hand stayed behind and looked at me, as if he was waiting for Changmin to leave us

"I just want to apologize for yesterday. My behavior wasn't really that... good.. especially since you needed some comfort and support after the accident"

"I.. survived didn't I? Don't worry" I smiled

"I'm just afraid that maybe.. I missed out any internal injuries you might have.."

"You.. missed out?" I asked confused

"I mean.. the doctor.. ambulance.." He said quickly

I looked at JaeJoong for a long time and then back at the car behind him. I then looked down the road to see my car and it somehow looked new and all shiny. Did they wash it as well?

"Why do I get the feeling that you're hiding something from me?" I asked and folded my arms over the chest as I looked at JaeJoong

He just looked at me

"It feels like I'm missing out something.." I mumbled

JaeJoong just stayed quiet and looked at me

"I'm sure you hit your head hard yesterday. You're overthinking"

"I do not need a lie detector or anything else to know that you're lying to me" I said

"Why should I be lying?" JaeJoong asked

"I don't know" I said

JaeJoong let out a heavy sigh.

"I'll come by later to see if you're better okay?" JaeJoong said

"I'm perfectly fine Jae.. Don't worry" I said, suddenly touched by his words and a small weird feeling inside my chest were somehow.. warming me up

"Just in case.." He mumbled

He then left and walked back to the car where Changmin was and soon I saw them disappearing, leaving me behind.

I went inside the house again and sat down on the couch in the livingroom as I thought about it all over again.

I don't know what JaeJoong were hiding, and Changmin also in that matter but there is just something that doesn't seem right. As if a page out of a book has been torned out. And somehow I felt like JaeJoong was protecting me. All of the guys in fact. We had no romantic relationship towards each other but why would he do so much for me? And Changmin? And Yunho? Junsu and Yoochun?

I let out a sigh of annoyance since I started to overthink it and I couldn't really understand what was going on.

However.. I was planning on finding out.. one way or another
