The expression in Jae's eyes were not readable to me because they changed, he was quiet and there was nothing, not a sign of him being happy. I started to doubt my feelings, wondering if I did something wrong, if I said it wrong or if he couldn't hear me. The last option was not even acceptable since I knew he could hear me even though I whispered it downstairs

"I'm sorry if I..." I started, starting to feel the tears burning behind my eyelids, knowing that I just made a complete fool out of myself

"No No.. Yumi.. you didn't" JaeJoong said and prevented me from turning away from him

"What is it then?"

"I'm.. a vampire" He whispered, as if it would be possible only if he wasn't a vampire

But that didn't matter did it? He was here, he was right next to me, hopefully feeling all the feelings that I'm feeling.

"But you're here" I mumbled

"I'm here but.. "

"But what?"

"I'm not human.. and I can't give you.. the things that you want"

"Which you should have thought before kissing me and giving me all these feelings" I whispered

JaeJoong looked at me for a long time, sighing from time to time and he caressed my cheek softly

"I've been selfish" He whispered

"Which is okay"

"It's not"

"Then why are you here? Why did you kiss me?"

"Cause.. I'm in love with you too"

I froze on spot and it also felt like my tears stopped falling as he said that sentence. This was exactly what I had been hoping for all along. A weird smile appeared on his face and he looked so guilty as if he had stolen something priceless from a museum

"And I don't know if it's right of me to do that since I'm keeping you away.. leading you off to a path which you should not take" He whispered

"What kind of path?"

"I'm a vampire.. You're human. You're fragile, I'm not. I can kill easily, You can't. I don't have a heart, you do.."

"But you feel the same for just like the way I feel about you" I said, interrupting him

He smiled at me happily before planting a kiss on my forehead

"I do but maybe just a bit different" He chuckled

"How different?" I asked confused

"I hear your heartbeats. Sometimes I feel like I'm the owner of this world, as if I can do magic things. I'm able to make your heart go fast, able to make it race in just one motion. When you tocuh me.." He whispered

He raised my hand and put it on his cheek as he closed his eyes. I saw him trembling

"The warmth that is coming from you is like a fire, melting the ice around me and it makes me feel warm. Your color that keeps changing on your face, I love how wonderful it makes you look and just you being human...It's different from us"

"But the main point here is.. that we.."

"Yes. Of course"

JaeJoong smiled at me happily as he suddenly took off something around his neck that was hiding behind his sweater. A necklace appeared and he put it around me and I had to grab it, look at it more closely as I looked up at him. It was an angel's wings. It was in silver, lovely

"Why are you giving me this?"

"I sold my soul to the devil and the angel found me again" He smiled

I then remembered him about giving up on his human life in order to become a vampire. The question remained unanswered as he hadn't given me a proper reply on the reason why he chose this life

"So.. I'm your angel?" I smiled, feeling a bit happier and a bit embarrassed

JaeJoong chuckled

"If you want to"

"I'd love to"

On the way back to the mansion I felt like I had everything in this world. I looked to the side as I saw JaeJoong concentrating on the driving, while holding my hand with his right one. He was smiling while humming to the music. It was like the world belonged to us now, I had completed everything and with him by my side, I knew that we would be creating another circle in order to stay with each other forever

We got out from the car and he hurried over to my side as he pulled me closer to him, wrapped his arm around my shoulders as we chuckled and enjoying each other's company as we approached the mansion

"Soooooooooo, lovey dovey"

Changmin appeared in a second with a glass of.. wine.. which I think was blood as he smirked at me

"Hey you" I smiled and ran over to him and hugged him tightly

"You look.. extremely happy for some reason" He smiled

"I know, I feel happy.. " I said and turned around only to be met with smiling eyes as well

"Are you hungry.. We're pr..."

Changmin's voice died and he dropped the wine glass with blood onto the floor and he was quick with changing his position as JaeJoong was right next to me in an blink of an eye

I heard the glass shatter onto the floor, but other than that, there was nothing

"HOld onto me tight"

JaeJoong's voice was soft but just the words sounded like a robot. I did as I was told and was close to him and in a second, he carried me and we were in the livingroom. I didn't even notice that we had moved ourselves to the livingroom until JaeJoong let me down

"Put this inside your pocket" Junsu whispered

He handed over a bag of vervain and as soon as I had taken it and put it inside my jacket, he took off the glove and looked around just like Changmin, Yunho and JaeJoong were doing

Something was not right at the moment

"Where's Yoochun?" JaeJoong asked

"He went out hunting" Yunho replied

A stone was suddenly thrown through the window and I screamed as I was frightened

JaeJoong wrapped his arm around my shoulders as he looked at the stone

"What does it say?" Changmin asked

"Try finding Yoochun if you want to save him" Yunho read

I gasped in horror as I heard the words being read out loud

I looked at JaeJoong who stared at the stone with the note attached to it and I looked at Yunho who was staring at the stone as well

"Yoochun.." Junsu swallowed hard

"We have to go.. now" JaeJoong said

JaeJoong then spun around and looked at me

"Listen to me, no vampire in the world are able to enter this mansion unless you invite them in. So whatever you do, no matter what sounds you hear, no matter what anyone says or provokes you to come outside or open the door, DO NOT DO SO" JaeJoong said

I nodded hurriedly as I tried to calm myself down

"If you have to, if you're forced to do this, with all of your strength, stake them through the heart" JaeJoong said and handed me a stake

"You cannot leave the house, do you hear me?" JaeJoong repeated

"We have to go now" Yunho said

"Just stay safe until I'm able to come back.. Can you do that for me?" He whispered softly

I swallowed

"Just come back safely.. all.. of you" I whispered and looked at them

They disappeared through the window in a second and I ran upstairs, to JaeJoong's room, hoping that whatever that was happening to Yoochun, that he would be okay until the guys had found him
