We ran. Faster than the wind, faster than a eyeblink, faster than the light, and yet it felt like we were running in circles

Yoochun's trace was hard to find since it must have been erased somehow along the way. How could he have not noticed that someone was following him, or maybe he was attacked by several vampires, that of course would have made it impossible for him to fight back

"THIS WAY!" Yunho shouted

We turned left and kept running. I was so focused, so angry and I was thirsty. Thirsty for their blood.

We kept running and soon the scent of animal blood was closeby. We arrived in 2 seconds by the animal's dead body and I bended down as the guys looked around

"Yoochun was here" I mumbled

"Where did he go then?" Yunho asked

"He didn't... really.. go anywhere"

A voice appeared, coming from north. A stick that was on the ground of the forest was broken as the vampire stepped out to reveal himself. He was tall, extremely good body and his fashion sense was... good as well. He had dark brown hair, short and it was styled but his face was darker, angrier and his teeth appeared

All of us stayed together as we saw the vampire. I couldn't really see how old he was until I had started to fight him but afterall, I was more than 300 years old, maybe I was stronger than he was. I must be right?

I couldn't doubt now, Yoochun's life was on stake and so was Yumi. I had to go back to her

"Sorry for breaking that window but I was getting tired of your lives, pretending to be humans while you're not" The vampire said

"Who are you?" I asked coldly

"Call me.. Jun" He smirked

I really wanted to slap that smirk away from his face

"Where's Yoochun?" Junsu growled angrily

"Oh the guy who was feeding on animal blood?" Jun said

"Where.. is he? Do  not make me ask that question again" I gritted my teeth

"Let me ask you, why would you even choose this kind of lifestyle when you know that human blood taste so much better, it's so much warmer and definitely, puts out the burning thirst in our throats. Why would you choose this kind of lifestyle? Going against the nature is like going against everything that God created" He said

"What do you want?" Yunho said, getting angrier by the minute

Yunho stepped forward but I raised my hand in order to stop him

"We do not want trouble, jsut give us our friend back and.. we won't kill you" I said, staring at him more fiercly

"Hmm you see.. that's the thing, you won't be able to kill me that easily" Jun said

"What are you talking about?" Changmin said, getting more and more upset by the minute that was passing

The more time we were losing, talking to this jerk here, the more wounded Yoochun will get

"Cause you're right now at the wrong place at the wrong time" He smirked

With that he disappeared in an blink of an eye and I didn't hesitate to run after him since his scent was strong enough, as if I was smelling perfume from a shop

"GET HIM!" Junsu shouted

Faster and faster, everyone tried to increase the speed but they failed. I become determined and tried to speed up and then I was able to catch him. We fell over, both of us and growled at each other as we leaned forward in a position of wanting to attack each other

The first move was made and he jumped towards me but I analyzed his jump and was too fast for him. Before he even landed on me, I grabbed the stake out from my jacket and as he was about to land, the stake ran through his heart and he crouched himself, screaming in pain and falling down onto ground

"She's beautiful, Yumi"

That was his last words before his body became gray and green, looking rotten and it started to smell

"What did he mean by that?" Changmin asked and stared at the body

It suddenly clicked.

Yoochun was out hunting. Of course he would keep on hunting until he had satisfied his needs before returning home.

"Yunho, when did Yoochun leave the house before Yumi and I arrived?" I asked hurriedly

"15 minutes" Yunho said

"" I cursed

Yoochun was okay, he was still out hunting. Somehow Jun must have known if he watched us and he must have tricked us out of the house in order to get.. to..

"Oh no" Changmin breathed as it clicked for him aswell

"GO!!! HURRY!" I shouted

"What's going on?!" Junsu asked

"We've been tricked, they're after Yumi!!" I screamed

I kept imagining, hearing things which I shouldn't. Or at least that's what I thought

I was sitting on the floor, right next to JaeJoong's bed as I kept listening, hoping that no one would hear me, being near the house, praying for Yoochun at the same time as I kept on wishing that they guys would return soon

Suddenly something was heard

I froze, everything froze. My mind, my breathing, my movements, even my blood. I tried to listen, to see if anything else would be heard but it remained silent. I stood up slowly, remembering JaeJoong's words that no vampire would be able to enter this mansion without having me inviting them

I swallowed hard as I kept the stake, ready to run it through them if I was forced to do so

I came out from the bedroom, and entered the hallway. Silence

I started to breathe again, trying to do it quietly but the adrenaline and my heart beating faster and faster was uncontrollable

I finally came downstairs and I looked around, wondering what could have possibly caused the noise earlier but nothing could be seen or heard

But then, a strong wind from the outside came from somewhere. I was able to feel it and for some reason it felt colder tonight than any other night before

I rounded the corner, following the cold wind only to be met with the pose of someone standing outside the door, leaning against the terrace fence. The front door was broken and apparently that must have caused the noise earlier. I swallowed hard as I approached the front door, trying to see who it was but it was a person.. no I mean.. a vampire I've never seen before

"It took you long enough"

It was a girl's voice. She finally looked up and her eyes pierced right through mine as her beauty was breathtaking. Even I.. as a girl was able to see that. She had long hair, in the color of really light brown. She was skinny, wearing leggings that was imitated with leather. She was wearing high heels, black booths that was thigh hige and a brown long sweater along with a black leather jacket. She looked so fierce

"Who...are you?" I stuttered, watching her

In a second she ran towards the front door but was unable to enter as she smirked at me

"You must be the adorable.. loveable.. sweet... Yumi" She snickered

"Do we know each other?" I asked, feeling more and more frightened

"How was it.. kissing JaeJoong? Feelings his lips..? Wonderful? Soft? Wet?" She laughed sarcastically

I started to get angry since she mentioned JaeJoong in such a manner, it sounded like she was mocking him

"What do you want?" I asked, getting angrier

"Me? What I want?" She asked, chuckling

What was wrong with her? What was she doing here and how did she know JaeJoong?

"You know.. I wonder if JaeJoong has been completely honest with you" She said

"Honest... with me?" I repeated

"Ah~ I must say, that you're very naive Yumi. You probably believe and thinks the best about JaeJoongie don't you? Then let me ask you this, have you asked him why he chose to be a vampire?"

"How did... you know.. about that?" I stuttered

She chuckled at me as she shook her head, mocking me. Irritating me. Being all sarcastic and just.. provoking

"You're looking at it, I'm the reason" She smirked evilly
