~Yumi~

As I put down my bag on the chair and stared at the massive hand-outs, books, schedules and other school books that I had to read and catch up, I felt like comitting suicide. I had at least 2 hand-outs to finish and take notes, 1 report and I had to finish 2 books and write 2 reports about them which the deadline was in a few days. But as I thought about it, if I could finish all of this as soon as possible, I would have more time over to just have fun and take it easy.

Heavily I sat down and stared at the books before taking a deep breath, grabbing my pen and grabbed the first hand out to finish.

After an hour I finished the first hand-out without struggle and I had some water before taking the next hand-out. This one consisted of a lot more pages and I tiredly let out a heavy sigh as I let out another sigh of annoyance

"Wow, you seem like your world is about to collapse any minute now"

I looked up to see the familiar face who asked for a pen earlier in the class. He smiled happily at me, having his black bag hanging down from his shoulder

"Not going so well?" He asked

"It's not.. it's uhm.. a lot.." I chuckled embarrassed and looked at him

"Can I sit down?"

"Sure" I smiled

He hurriedly sat down on the opposite side and took out soon enough the same hand-out as I had and I stared at him a bit confused.

"Uhm.. to tell you the truth, I haven't finished this hand-out yet. I asked the teacher for a few more days to do it since I really didn't get the point of it" Changmin smiled

I saw that he had only answered 4 questions on the first page and the rest of the paper he had doodled and sketched some trees, some action figures and then doodled something that I couldn't make out

"Seems like that lesson was boring" I chuckled

"Not only boring, it was uninteresting and she was so stubborn about knowing this and that and you couldn't really argue with her. I'm not a fan of politics actually" He shrugged innocently and then fired off a happy smile

"Me neither but it is interesting how much damage we can cause just because of our opinions" I mumbled

"Hmm. . u got a point there.."

I smiled happily as I took another sip from the bottle of water of mine and to judge by the 30 seconds that passed, I managed to get a closer look at Changmin.

He had a black long crucifix necklace, matching his black pants along with his dark tee and marine long sleeve cardigan. He had leather bracelets and along with that, a black leather jacket. He really was a fashionista.

"I do sense a bit of staring. Is there something wrong with me or do I have something on my face?" Changmin asked jokingly as he looked up from his papers

I was about to choke but managed to swallow it before spitting it out on him. He started to laugh and soon enough I joined him

"No no.. I'm so sorry if I.. stared at you. I happen to lock my eyes unknowingly without thinking" I apologized

"I see.. " He smiled

"So you're new here?" I asked

"Kinda new" He smiled

"You've been here before?" I asked

"Well.. Yeosu is nice. Not so different from other cities except that it's closer to the beach" He replied happily

"You seem to like it here"

"And you don't?" Changmin asked

"I do" I laughed embarrassed

"You don't.. seem to like it" He said

"I do.. ! Don't get me wrong.. I just feel that.. it's so ordinary. everyday. Nothing ever happens here" I shrugged

"You have the beach at least.." Changmin said

"Yup, the beach isn't that bad.. It's been awhile since I've been there though" I said truthfully

"Oh I see.. Then maybe we should go someday" He suggested

I looked at him surprised

"You're.. serious?" I asked a bit shocked

"Yup. You say that nothing ever happens here. You just got yourself a new friend and we will do something by the beach since it's been awhile you've been there" He said determined

"How about go bowling first instead of beach? I'm not really so fond of them to be honest"

Changmin quieten and somehow I felt like he was studying my facial expression before he nodded in agreement

"Bowling is cool" Changmin smiled. I nodded in agreement

"So.. I heard that you live at the black mansion right outside town, road 45 ?" I smiled

"Yup, kind of outsiders but we didn't really find another house that we were interested in, besides, since it's also in JaeJoong's hyung's property we thought we should might as well live there. It's quiet, nice, beautiful, out in the woods and also, it has enough with space for the 5 of us"

"Jae..Joong?" I asked slowly

"Oh yeah, maybe you haven't seen him. He's not in school today but he's one of my elder Hyung's. Nice guy" Changmin said

"Ahh~ So all of you are.. brothers?" I asked

"Nope, close friends. We grew up together and we haven't been separated ever since" Changmin said proudly

"I see. Sounds pretty amazing.. Warming to have such a close friendship like that" I said thoughtfully and smiled gently at him

"Yeah.. it.. is" Changmin said, tilting his head to the side and looked at me deeply

I smiled happily at him before I looked down on the hand-out again and I soon started to realize that I knew some of the answers to the questions and I started to write them down hurriedly since I wanted to finish it as soon as possible. I didn't really notice that Changmin was observing me, looking at me and then returning back to the hand-out, but only soon enough to find him glancing at me once in awhile

1,5h later I finally finished the hand-out and I let out a sigh of relief at the same time as I looked up to see Changmin doing something that didn't seem like studying.

"You're finished?" I asked

He chuckled happily as I got his attention and he then turned his sketchbook around, only to show me a rushed sketch of myself while I was studying. I stared at it for at least 3 minutes before I was able to say something.

"You really.. drew.. all of that?" I said and looked at him

"It's a hobby" He smiled

"I can't believe you.. It's.. amazing.. You managed to get all of these details down as well.. in just 1,5 h !!" I said

"Quick eyes, mastermind, magical fingers. The ingredients you need just to make a pic like that" He said proudly

"It's amazing.." I mumbled

"Changmin!"

Both of us looked up as we saw 2 guys approaching, one of them I recognized as Yoochun and the other one as Junsu.

"Oh Hyung" Changmin smiled

"We've been looking for you and we find you here... out of all places. I thought you didn't like.. quiet rooms" Junsu said

Changmin chuckled

"I do.. Oh yeah.. this is my classmate, Yumi. Yumi this is Junsu and Yoochun hyung" Changmin introduced

I smiled at them happily and waved as they returned me with a magnificant smile as well

"Nice to meet you Yumi" Yoochun smiled

"You too" I nodded

"You got any homework done?" Junsu asked

"Yup" Changmin said and showed them the sketch he just made of me

Both of them burst into laughter before looking at me and then they handed it back to Changmin

"I guess you did have fun at least.. not dying and digging yourself into the books" Junsu said

All of us started to laugh

"Anyways, gotta hit the road. Yunho already left.." Yoochun said

Changmin nodded and got up from his seat and started to pack down his stuff.

"Nice meeting you Yumi" Junsu smiled

"You too you guys. I hope you'll like it here" I said

"Oh.. we do. We've already started developing feelings.. about this place. It feels like home" Yoochun said

Yoochun and Junsu then bid their goodbyes, leaving Changmin in stress in order to pack his things down. Soon enough Changmin said goodbye and left a minute after but as I sat down again I saw him stopping halfways and hurrying himself back to me. I looked at him confusingly

"Hmm.. maybe you should have this.." He said and took out the sketch

"Me?" I said shocked

"Yeah.. I have lots of sketches and paintings at home which I've drawn.. and painted" He smiled

"Wow.. Changmin.. thanks.." I said and took the sketch

"Yeah.. so I hope you.. won't throw it away" Changmin smiled

"I promise I won't" I said, in a tone of dumbfounding him, like why I would ever throw away such a beautiful gift that I've received.

"Hmm.. You seem to like.. paintings.. and art.. overall.." Changmin said

"I do..it's fascinating how beautiful and powerful it can be. Especially when they send out those vibes to you just by looking at them"

"How about coming over to my place when you're done with the homeworks? I'd love to show you all of our paintings" Changmin smiled

Shockingly I stared at Changmin

"Uhm.. I.. I.. don't know.. I had tons of things to do.. and.. I'm really slipping behind" I stuttered surprised

Changmin chuckled happily

"Okay.. Sure. Just tell me when you're interested and want to come over. I'm free , too much freetime you know" He joked

"Sure.. Changmin" I smiled

"Well gotta run.."

Shortly after Changmin left, leaving me shocked, surprised, excited and somehow surprised as I sat down slowly and looked at the sketch he just made of me. Not only was his talent amazing, the most surprising and shocking things was that how he could make it so clear, the sketch, in such a short time. And I didn't even realize it..

Maybe visiting his place wouldn't be such a bad idea. . although.. visiting the Black mansion on road 45 wouldn't be so.. good... at least not by myself..

Not only would it be weird, but it would be terrifying, scary and most of all... spooky
