Eight forty- seven PM. Chanyeol wrist watch displayed the current time. He rests his head on the car seat, exhaling a breath of boredom with a yawn. His fingers tap on the stirring wheel, easing the silence inside the vehicle.   The streets were already dark and colder as the night deepens yet Seri still haven't gone out her office. Chanyeol continued to wait outside KLM Designs' building, standing by for Seri. The unexpected meeting earlier vividly played in his head, automatically making him smile. He knew she wanted to say something but the attention they got hindered her from doing so. Even though he knew she had a hard time coming over his company's building, his heart still skips in joy after seeing her.   Nine twenty- one. Chanyeol finally caught a glance of her workmates exiting the glass door one by one. He gets himself ready to call her the second she shows herself. She didn't know that he waited, though he made certain she knew he'd see her tonight.   He sees her office mates waving goodbye to each other as they head their separated ways home. However minutes had already passed and she was still no where to be seen. He peeks at the building to see the office lights already turned off.   Where is she?, confused and worried, he started to dial her number.   Ring Ring Ring   Seri hears her phone as it also vibrates on the kitchen counter, displaying Chanyeol's name on the caller ID.   I'll see you later., she remembers his text message, hearing his voice through it. Seri grabbed her phone and got ready to answer his call.   "Hello?", her voice was soft as she spoke to him.   "Where are you?", he didn't waste anymore time and asked her straight.   "At home. Why?"   Chanyeol feels his body twitch in irritation after hearing her answer. Did he just wait for nothing?   "Wha- what are you doing there?"   "Huh? Well.. I went home earlier today. Why?"   "Why? I told you.. Aish."   Seri can sense how he was holding his anger inside. She knew he meant it when he said he'd see her but he never mentioned the time. Knowing how busy he was, she thought it couldn't happen tonight.   "Where are you?", she remained relaxed, thinking of a way to calm him.   "In front of your office.", he answered densely, massaging his nose bridge.   "Haa.. What are you doing there?", she was surprised to hear his answer. How come he went there?   "I was waiting for you. I've been here for two hours. You should've told me you're home."   "I didn't know you were there. You should've told me you were coming."   "I..", he was unable to finish as he realized his mistake. He never did told her he was coming.   "Aish. Never mind then."   "Wait." Seri immediately stops him from talking, frightened that he'd just end the call right away.   "Why?", his voice became more irritated on the other line.   She paused, struggling to keep the conversation going.   "Have you had dinner yet?"   "I'll just go home."   Seri knew his words meant no. Her mind went round and round, thinking of what to say next.   Getting no response from her, Chanyeol decides to end the conversation.   "I'll hang up-"   "No wait."   Though still feeling annoyed, Chanyeol waited for Seri to continue talking.   "Ah.. I.. uh.. I cooked something. Do you want to come over?"   "Huh?"   "I'll just text you the address. Bye."   Embarrassed and confused with her own words, Seri immediately ended the call after speaking. Did she really just invite Chanyeol over her apartment? Even so, she still texted him her address.   Chanyeol stares at her phone, displaying Seri's message with her address on it. His eyebrows still furrowed but had no doubts into driving over to her place.   Ding Dong   The door bell rings after fifteen minutes, indicating a visitor. Seri checks the screen that showed Chanyeol's poker face, waiting for her to let him in.   Is he really still mad?   One deep exhale. Seri tried to calm her nerves down before she pressed the button to unlock the door.   Click   Chanyeol heard before the knob was twisted.   "Hi." Seri's sweet smile greeted him as she peeked. Her clear eyes were slightly covered with her semi dry hair. From the looks of it, she seems to have just gotten out the shower.   "Good thing you didn't get lost." she said, still brightly smiling but she got no response from Chanyeol whatsoever.   "Come in." She made way for him to enter while Chanyeol still stared at her figure. Seri felt tensed at Chanyeol's silence, having no idea of what he was thinking.   Chanyeol watched her form head to toe. Her paw printed white sweater looked too big on her but she still looked so pretty in it. He bowed his head, trying to hold in the smile after just a few seconds of seeing her. She always had this effect on him.   "I'll just set the table." Seri rushed to the kitchen, taking the utensils.   Chanyeol moved inside after removing his shoes at the entrance. The blossoming scent of her apartment brought back memories. Every time he would step inside her place, this same scent would run through his nose. Chanyeol's eyes then looked around, touring himself while Seri prepared the food.  Even though she moved into a different building, most of her things were the same. The feeling it gave was all the same to him.   The light colored walls, the garden landscape frames, the flowers at the center of her table, the neat and organized shelves, the clean and comfortable place. It was all Seri. But..   "What happened to the other one?", he asked in a displeased tone, pointing at the new sofa he saw.   "Oh, I sold it."   Chanyeol faced his back to her, unhappy to hear her answer. He liked the small sofa.   He slowly approached the balcony, peeping to see her flower pots. Unlike before, only a few were there.   Must be the cold weather, he thought.   Seri watched him observe her apartment in anxious silence. She wondered what he thought while he made himself comfortable as he moved around.   "Dinner's ready.", she almost whispered.   Though her voice was soft, he still heard her. He turned around to see her standing by the table, looking at him. He approached and saw the table only set for one.   "You're not eating?"   "I actually just finished."   Chanyeol's face expressed frustration again at her answer.   Her teeth bit her lips, stopping her from talking further after seeing his reaction. How come she says everything wrong tonight?   "Just sit down and eat already." She decides to push him to the chair so he could start eating.   "Sorry, it's not really much. I haven't gone to the grocery.", she speaks as she sat opposite him.   "This is a lot than what I usually have during dinner."    Rice. Instant ramyun. Honey chicken cutlets. Kimchi. It was all Seri had to offer him at the moment but he didn't mind.   "What are you saying a lot? Don't you eat during dinner?"   "Not much.", he answered with his mouth full.   "But why?"   "I think sleep is much important."   "Huh? Eating is as important." This boy.   "When a meeting is scheduled around dinner time then I get to eat."   "But when it's not?"   "Kang Joon cooks."   "But you still don't eat?"   "Not much. I often don't feel like it."   Seri looked at him taking in another spoon. She noticed how his cheeks became thinner. The bags under his eyes were becoming obvious as she stared more.   "Are you sure you don't want to eat?", he asked, noticing her looking at him.   "Huh? No. I just finished when you called."   Seri shifted her attention somewhere else after being caught. Her mind, however, can't put the image aside. He became thinner as she could see.   "What time do you usually come out the office?", she begins interrogating.   "Depends. Why?"   "You're working too much again, you forget to eat."   "I didn't forget to eat. If you just showed up or if you just told me you weren't in the office anymore, we could've had dinner earlier."   "That's not what I meant. And besides, you didn't say you were coming there."   "I told you we'd meet tonight."   "But you never mentioned the time or place. Am I supposed to guess?"   "Then why didn't you ask?"   "Ah.. I thought you were busy so we'd just cancel."   "Why would I cancel?!"   "Because.. Ugh!" Seri's frustration rose as their conversation went on. Her patience was getting the best of her while they threw their own reasons at each other.   "Why are you mad?" Chanyeol asked, surprised by her outburst.   "Because there's no winning this argument. Why are  we even still fighting when you're already here?"   "You're the one who asked.."   Seri shot him a glare of threat before he could finish his sentence. Chanyeol paused, trying to feel her reaction.   "Arraseo." He didn't speak more and began finishing the meal she prepared for him. There was silence in the air as they both didn't speak for a while.   "Do you want some coffee after that?", she asked as Chanyeol almost finished his dinner.   "I don't mind."   With that said, Seri stood to head inside the kitchen, brewing the coffee for Chanyeol. The bitter-sweet but relaxing aroma of brewed coffee slowly capturing her whole apartment.   Chanyeol watched her from the dinning table as her back faced him. He felt bothered by how almost every conversation they would have flows into to a debate.   With the dishes on hand, Chanyeol head towards the kitchen, placing them on the sink. He glanced at Seri who stood by the coffee maker. Her arms crossed to her chest as her back leaned on the counter.   Chanyeol slowly approached to stand beside her, leaning his back on the same counter as well.   "Are you still mad?", he cleared his throat before speaking, his eyes peeping at her face.   She only shook her
