Part I

Eric

PREVIOUSLY IN THE STRANGER NEXT DOOR

“Him,” my finger went to the open elevator, someone was grinning inside, it creeped me out, “GET HIM AWAY FROM ME” I shouted.

Those eyes, grinning at me, they weren’t the same as in my dreams, slightly less dark, not infinite. Good looking guy and all, but he gave me a bad feeling. He looked familiar too, but then again not as familiar as he should be.

In a dark alley across the street, Eric’s paparazzi team were having the time of their lives shooting some free time pictures of whatever they could find. They had been over in the park and just strolling around the street of Seoul when suddenly they heard someone yell, someone very familiar to them

“YOU LITTLE PUNK” They knew it was Ethan, but they didn’t get any call ins for an assignment from Eric, so this wasn’t planned? They hid in the shadows of the alley.

“Has anyone got a good film camera on them.” Duh? Off course they had cameras on them but they needed one with a good zoom and therefore you need a good camera to get a clear shot

“Here you go” One gave his camera to the front one.

“Look” another one said “Super Junior is following them, let’s send it out live, maybe something good will come of it” They all agreed and sent it out live over youtube. Little that they knew, the news broadcasts had picked it up and were sending out the whole thing, live on television.

“We should let Eric know. His stepbrother is going crazy.”

Eric had let his team of the hook today. He was feeling bad about the things he had done in the past. He was the one who always obeyed his brother and his stepbrother because he was scared they would do something terrible to him like they did to Illiana. He wanted to save Illiana in the past many times. He did ones, when Sam was messing with her pretty bad and he came in between. Illiana never knew cause Sam had made her drink to much and beaten her up for no reason in particular. 

Eric still couldn't understand what and why they did that. He knew Sam was in love with Illiana and would anything to keep her, but he would never get her when he hurt her that badly. 

The same thing happened to Eric when he disobeyed one of their orders. He had always been scared of them and his stepmom and dad wouldn't do anything about it. It was normal they said. Normal, right! 

Eric felt like he was born in the wrong family, he was't cruel. 

When Eric got the assignment from Ethan, who was outraged by hatred. He switched the posions. Ethan gave him a lethal one and it would instantly have killed Illiana. He didn't want to kill anyone. Let him be killed instead, he wanted to break free from his family who used and abused people.

Why didn't he get the hatred gene, he didn't know.

So he switched Illiana's posion to something a little less cruel. Ethan would have killed him if he knew Eric switched the posion. But the posion was supposed to give her a fever and a bad stomache ache not to nearly kill her. He never wanted to kill her.

After Eric heard what happened to Illiana, he went to the hospital and tried to visit her. He smiled when the elevator doors opened and saw she was already walking around. But she saw him diffirently and thought he was his brother, so she flipped and he turned around and went away with security and such behind him.

Eric was reflecting on every bad thing his brothers had made him do when he got an unespected phone call from his team. Eric was shocked. His team didn't really mention what was going on but when he heard the name of Illiana's little brother he immediately went out there.

He thought it must be Ethan doing something outrageous.

“What’s going on?” Eric asked one of his photographers when he arrived at the place.

“You’re brother is crazy” One motioned to the street.

“, the little brat doesn’t know where to stop.”

“YAH, Eric what are doing?”

“I’m going to stop that brother of mine. It’s like being born into the wrong manipulating family, my real brother in jail wasn’t apparently enough for them. Now my stepbrother is a total mental case too, I warned him, I warned him so many times.”

“You helped them in the past.”

“Yes, I know and I almost murdered someone because of it. It makes me sick everytime they asked me to do something. It’s time to help the right side. Keep that camera rolling, whatever happens ok?”

Eric ran into the wildfire.
