Just like what Yuri expected, Yoona avoided her by not coming back to the dorm. Yoona even called in sick for 3 days from school. 

(On Monday)

Yuri woke up earlier than everyone and started to get busy in the kitchen. As we all took turns to get ready for school, we just sleepily observed what Yuri was doing. It seemed like she was packing some sandwiches into a container. Once everybody was ready, we left our dorm and went to rang the bell next door.

Sunny was the one who opened the door as I saw that our girlfriends were ready to go out too. We left our dorm and were walking out from the lobby when Yuri suddenly handed over the container to Seohyun. 

"Help me to give this to Yoona. I made it myself." Yuri said with a smile but Seohyun turned to look at Sunny as she just looked at the container with an apologetic look. Yuri saw the expression and was confused. "What's wrong? And why are you and Sunny sharing a similar look?"

Everyone was now looking at both Sunny and Seohyun , waiting for their explanation.

"Yoona message me early in the morning to inform that she will be calling in sick for 3 days and ask me to help to inform the lecturer. She asked me and Seohyun to help her with taking down notes on her behalf." Sunny explained as she bite her lips. The 3 of them were in the same course which was why only Seohyun and Sunny were aware about it.

"3 days? Is she really sick or just... just trying to avoid me?" Yuri said as she tried to hold back her tears by looking up to the sky. "I hope she's fine. I would prefer her to avoid me than being really sick." Yuri swallowed her saliva as she turned to Sooyoung and gave her the container. "Eat it. I don't want it to go to waste." 

For a few minutes, everyone was not moving at all as the atmosphere dampened especially looking at Yuri's solemn face.

"Let's get moving. We won't want to be late for classes." Taeyeon said as she wrapped her arms on Yuri's shoulders, which she barely reached.

If it was a normal day, I would have teased Taeyeon because of her height but I guess it's not the right time to do so. All of us dispersed at a junction as Sunny, Seohyun, Hyoyeon and Yuri went towards the School of Sports Science while the rest of us went to School of Media Arts & Design.

(On Tuesday)

Most of us were already in the dorm by 3pm that day. It was one of the days where classes ended early for us. But for me, I still need to attend another class for my business degree from 3pm to 6pm.

Yesterday, I heard Hyoyeon telling Sooyoung that Yuri had stayed in class for the whole day and even skipping lunch. She and Yuri had reached the dorm, much earlier than the rest of us since their classes ended at 4pm while ours ended at 5pm. When we got back, Yuri was already in her room sleeping without taking her dinner.

I bought some fried chicken from the cafetaria on my way back from class today for the girls as I walked back to the dorm with Sunny and Seohyun. Sunny was really happy when I handed her a big box of the fried chicken while Seohyun just shook her head.

"Sunny, is thre any news from Yoona about her coming back to school and to the dorm?" I asked as I pressed for the elevator.

"She didn't message me at all. I'm not sure if she message Seohyun though." Sunny replied as both of us turned to look at Seohyun who shook her head.

I sighed as we reached our floor and exited. "I hope she'll come back tomorrow. They need to resolve their problem properly. Yul is really upset over this. I heard from Hyoyeon that she didn't eat at all yesterday. I'm not sure about today though. I've yet to meet them."

"Let's just hope for the best for them. We're all upset to see both of them this way too." Sunny commented as we reached the door of their dorm. 

Just when I was about to walk away to my dorm, I heard Jessica's voice asking Sunny where was I. I waited outside my door and soon after, I saw Jessica's head popping out from the side. Smiling at her, I told her to eat dinner first and message me once she's done. She shyly nodded her head and waved goodbye to me as I pressed the bell to my dorm.

Sooyoung opened the door with a big smile on her face. I had informed the girls that I'll be buying the fried chicken for everyone and I guess that's the reason for that smile. Sooyoung volunteered to prepare for the food as she took it and headed to the dining area. I saw Taeyeon and Hyoyeon lazing around on the couch, both busy on their own phones.

"Where's Yul?" 

"Room." Both Taeyeon and Hyoyeon answered at the same time as they dorkily high-fived each other.

Shaking my heads at the two chodings, I walked towards Yuri's room and knocked her door. When there was no response after a few minutes, I decided to just enter the room.

"Yul?" I said softly as I saw Yuri lying on her bed with her back towards me.

Her room was dark with the only light coming from her side lamp. I was about to walk out from her room, thinking that she must be asleep when I caught sight of something. Walking backwards and closing the doors, I leaned against the wall as I waited for Yuri's reaction. Just like what I expected, Yuri sat up a few minutes after the door closed and was just about to grab her phone when she was shocked to see me still in the room.

"Pretending to sleep, Yul?" I asked with a firm tone as I folded my arms.

"Hhh.. how did you know?" Yuri asked as I switched on the lights in her room, making it brightly lit up.

"I saw some familiar blinking lights on your phone. You were playing your game when I knocked on your door earlier, right? I guess you panicked and forgot to stop the game." I said as I took aseat on the chair in her room. "So, care to share what's on your mind right now that you've to start avoiding your friends now?"

"I... I'm just too embarassed to face all of you right now. With all that had happened, I know that it was my fault and all of you must be blaming me for Yoona's action." Yuri said as she stared at her bedsheet.

"Why should we blame you? It's true that it's your fault but no one is blaming you for anything. Yul, I've known you since middle school. I've seen how you fall head over heels with Yoona. I know how much you love her. It's just that you're too friendly and too kind to a point that you can't see if others were taking advantage of you. We're always here for you, Yul." I said as I gave Yuri a sincere smile.

Yuri looked at me for a few seconds before slowly nodding her head. Both of us headed out to the living room after Yuri confessed to me that she hadn't eaten the whole day. I told Yuri that I had bought food for the 5 of us.

While we were eating, Hyoyeon asked Yuri what's her next step of action if Yoona decided not to return to the dorm tomorrow or continue to avoid her.

"I've not actually thought about it. I was just hoping that she'll come back tomorrow or the day after. She need to go back to class on Thursday." Yuri replied as everyone looked at each other.

"If she didn't come back to the dorm or continue to avoid you, we need to do something about it. You need to prove your innocence, Yul. You have to get Yoona back into your life." Taeyeon said.

"If Yoona doesn't come back to the dorm, you should go to her house and look for her. You need to clear up all this misunderstandings." Sooyoung added on.

"We can accompany you to cheer you on as back-up supporters." Hyoyeon said with a poker face. 

 "Back-up supporters to cheer you on? Hyoyeon-ah, we're not going to watch a futsal match." I said as everyone laughed at Hyoyeon's poker face.

(On Wednesday)

After making Yuri promised that she'll not skip meals today, all of us headed out to classes. The 5 of us decided to create a group chat so that we can monitor Yuri and at the same time entertain her, as quoted by Hyoyeon.

Jae: Annyeong.. How's class so far everyone? I'm falling asleep in here.

Hyo: Yuri is already asleep beside me. She's been like that since Monday.

Taeng: Sleeping? Wake her up, Hyo. For me, I can't concentrate because Soo keep munching on food.

Soo: Yah!! You're not suppose to tell them that I eat in class.

Hyo: I thought you're not allowed to eat in class.

Taeng: Only Soo is allowed because if she's hungry, her growling stomach sound is a disturbance to the class. 

Yul: Hey everyone... Seohyun said that she received a message from Yoona.

Jae: Did you wake up because Hyo woke you up or because of the message, Yul? 

Hyo: I was about to wake her up when Hyunnie message me and ask me to inform Yul that Yoona will be coming back to the dorm tonight.

Soo: In that case, do you have any plan on how to settle it with her, Yul?

Yul: Actually, I don't have anything in mind on how to do so. Can't I just go straight up to her and explain about everything?

Taeng: But what if Yoona doesn't want to see you or even hear you out? You can't probably just stand in front of her dorm and wait, right?

Jae: Does Seohyun knows what time Yoona will be back?

Hyo: Let me ask Hyunnie and get back to all of you. 

After Hyoyeon's last message, everyone went back to focus in class but only for a short 30mins before our group chat came alive again.

Hyo: Guys, Hyunnie said that Yoona will be back maybe around 8pm.

Soo: That's good. Actually, me and Taeng were discussing about our radioshow tonight and we came up with an idea of asking Yul to come on to our show. 

Taeng: We were thinking maybe you could use our radioshow to apologies to Yoona and express yourself through a song.

Yul: You want me to perform? No way... I'm not as talented as Jae. Anyway, Seohyun said maybe Yoona will be back by 8pm. So she's not sure of it. What if Yoona comes back only after the show? Then it would be a waste.

Hyo: I can go to the girls dorm tonight and update you about Yoona's return. If she's back during Soo's and Taeng's radioshow, Yul can perform. If not, Yul don't have to do so.

Jae: I can help you out with your performance. How about this? Why don't we all meet up at the park later during lunch? 

After everyone agreed, the group chat ended for the day as we waited for lunch to discuss on how to help Yuri with her problem.

By 8pm, just like how we planned, me and Yuri had followed Taeyeon and Sooyoung to their radioshow. Both of us were just sitting at a corner of the studio as we listened to their show. Meanwhile, Hyoyeon was already on standby at the girl's dorm to update us about Yoona's status. 30mins had gone by but there was still no message from Hyoyeon which made Yuri nervous. I tried to calm her down by engaging her in a conversation. Even Sooyoung and Taeyeon joined in whenever they played a song.

It was almost 8.45pm when a message came in. Hyoyeon informed us that Yoona had just stepped into the dorm and had entered her room. Hyoyeon had already informed our girlfriends about our plan so we were expecting that we'll be needing another 15mins more before everything will start in motion. As Taeyeon and Sooyoung concentrated back to their radioshow, me and Yuri was busy getting ready for our performance especially Yuri who was looking at a piece of paper with trembled hands.

"Relax, Yul. Just read it out calmly." I said as I patted Yuri's shoulders just at the same time that Yuri's phone beeped.

"It's Hyo. She said that everything is good to go." Yuri said as she showed the 3 of us Hyoyeon's message.

"That was such an upbeat tempo song from LeeSSang, don't you think DJ Soo?" Taeyeon said once the song ended.

"That's right, DJ Taeng. Anyway, like what we've informed you earlier at the beginning of our show, there'll be a surprise for our listeners tonight. We have two anonymous guests today who will be performing live for us but unfortunately, they will only be performing one song."

"One of the guests will be reading out a confession before the performance so let's welcome them." Taeyeon clapped as she moved aside to give way to Yuri to read out her own confession.

"For the past few days, I feel like time had stopped and everything was moving so slowly. Without hearing your voice, without seeing your face, without feeling your warmth, I felt an emptiness in my heart. I know I was in the wrong. I'm really sorry for allowing things to get out of hand. But please believe me when I said that I'm innocent. I didn't expect things to turn out this way. I've been trying to reach out to you for the past few days, trying to explain things but you shun me away. Please give me a chance to explain myself. I don't want to lose you. Because I'm very much in love with you and I'm not giving up on us."

After Yuri finished reading, I saw her giving me the cue to start playing the song as I strummed on my guitar and she prepared herself to sing.

Meanwhile at the girl's dorm,

Earlier on, Yoona was shocked when she saw the girls gathering around at the living room when she entered the dorm. Sunny and Tiffany were excitedly waving their hands, saying that they've missed her while Seohyun had walked up to her and gave her a hug. Jessica waa just lying on the couch, almost asleep. Yoona only realised that Hyoyeon was there when Hyoyeon greeted her. Seeing Hyoyeon in the dorm, she automatically started to look around before heading to her room with Seohyun following her.

"How come everyone's gathered at the living room? And why is Hyo here?" Yoona asked as she put down her bag.

"We were all listening to Soo and Tae's radioshow. Yeonnie is here because she's feeling lonely in her dorm." Seohyun answered.

"Lonely? But only Soo and Tae are at the studio. Yul and Jae should be around right?" Yoona asked with a confused look as Seohyun just shrugged her shoulders. Yoona was just about to walk to her bed when Seohyun stopped her.

"Let's go out and listen to the radioshow together. All of us missed having you around." Seohyun said with an innocent face.

Yoona was about to reject the idea but seeing Seohyun's expression, she decided to give in. She joined the rest of the girls and heard LeeSsang's song playing on the radio. While listening to the song, the girls started a conversation on random things and they only paused when Yoona suddenly turned her head to look at the radio.

Yoona's POV:

I was talking about the school assigments that I've missed so far when I heard a very familiar voice through the radio. I could recognise that voice from miles away. It was Yuri.

After the song ended, everyone turned to look at Yoona who was still staring at the radio. No one dared to say anything as they waited for Yoona's reaction.

"I guess everyone knew what happened between me and Yul." Yoona said as she slowly turned to face the whole group. Her eyes were shiny. A sign that she was holding back her tears.

"We knew but we didn't want to probe further and decided to wait for you to comeback. We didn't want you to feel uncomfortable in any way." Tiffany said as Jessica moved closer to Yoona and placed her arms on Yoona's shoulders.

"Yul came over to tell us what happened. Don't worry. We're not taking sides. We just hope that both of you will talk things out." Jessica said as she patted Yoona's shoulders.

"How was Yul, these past few days?" Yoona asked as she looked at Hyoyeon. "She's been constantly messaging me but I ignored it."

"She lost a lot of weight. The first 2 days, she skipped meals until Jae knocked some sense into her but our dorm has been quite solemn the past few days." Hyoyeon replied. "Oh.. and Yul have been sleeping a lot. Even in classes."

Everyone was silent as the only sound heard was coming from the radio as Sooyoung and Taeyeon continued to host their show which will be coming to and end in 30mins time.

Back at the studio,

 After we ended our performance, me and Yuri returned back to our seats at the corner while we waited for the radioshow to end.

"Do you think Yoona will be able to know that the confession I read was for her? Do you think she can recognise my voice?" Yuri suddenly said as the 4 of us were making our way back to the dorm.

"I thought you've said before that Yoona can recognise your voice from miles away." Sooyoung said as Yuri suddenly stopped walking.

"I was sure of a lot of things before but I took it for granted. I was sure that Yoona will never leave me but look what had happened." Yuri sighed before she was dragged along with us.

"Everything will be fine. Just try to talk to her tomorrow." I said as we reached our dorm lobby.

Hyoyeon had updated us about the happenings in the girls dorm through our group chat. She informed that after Yoona asked about Yuri's well-being and the silent atmosphere in the dorm, Yoona had asked to be excuse to her room. She said that she was feeling tired and would like to rest early.

Yoona must have expected Yuri to look for her when we found out from Sunny that she had left early for classes, leaving an hour earlier than the rest of us. Yuri didn't show a lot of reaction from it though.

Taeng: Hey, Hyo. Is Yuri okay?

I read the message that had popped up in our group chat. 

Yul: I'm fine, Taeng. Just in case you've forgotten, I'm also part of this group chat.

Taeng: Ooopppsss... Sorry. I forgot that it was a group chat.

Soo: Pabo Taeng. Must have been typing with half-asleep eyes.

Jae: Do you have any plans to look for Yoona later, Yul?

Hyo: She's been staring out the window since class started an hour ago. I almost thought that Yoona was standing at the field since her window is facing the school's field.

Yul: I was just trying to think and come up with a plan.

Soo: By the way, I'm just curious. The past few days, didn't Hara and Hyuna disturb you like they always do, Yul?

Hyo: How to disturb Yul when she's always stuck in her chair in the classroom. She didn't even go out during break or lunch except for yesterday when she was meeting us. But on Tuesday, Hara did approached me during lunch and asked about Yul. I just said that I'm not sure.

Taeng: I don't think Hyuna will dare to approach Yul after what had happened. Unless she doesn't have any guilty conscience.

Jae: Do you need any help from us, Yul?

Yul: I just need Yoona to agree to meet me and listen to my explanation. But she's been avoiding me until now.

Hyo: Then let's kidnap Yoona and bring her to Yul.

Soo: Yah!! Are we acting in a drama? What are we, mafia?

Tae: Instead of kidnapping Yoona, let's kidnap our girlfriends and let the two of them have some privacy. All of us have the keys to their dorm right. Yul can just wait for Yoona inside. Just the two of them to talk things out.

Jae: That's a good idea. Let's message our girlfriends and tell them about our plan. 

Yuri's POV:

Any minute now, Yoongie will be back from her classes. Should I hide first or just wait for her at the dining table? Is the food enough? Will it be to her liking? After checking with Seohyun and Sunny that their class will end at 5pm today, I had ran back to the dorm to prepare all of the food. Luckily, my class ended at 3pm today so I had time to prepare everything. I made bibimbap, kimchi pancake and fried omelette. I hope Yoongie won't try to run out from the dorm if she sees me here. Oh god, I can almost hear my heartbeat beating so fast.

Yoona's POV:

Just when I thought I could ask Seohyun and Sunny to accompany me for dinner, both of them were not free. Their girlfriends had asked them out for a date. I was hoping for Tiffany and Jessica to be at home but just went I was about to enter the elevator, I received a message from Tiffany telling me that both she and Jessica are on a double date with their girlfriends. Guess I'll just have to skip dinner for tonight even though I feel like eating my favourite kimchi pancake.

Yuri could hear the sound of keys from the front door as she panicked, not knowing if she should hide or just stand still in the kitchen. She then decided to just stand in front of Yoona's bedroom door and waited for Yoona to walk in.

The moment both of them realised each other's presence in the dorm, they stood frozen in their spot. Yoona had a shocked expression on her face while Yuri was looking totally like a fool as she chuckled nervously while scratching the back of her neck.

"How come you're here?" Yoona asked after a few minutes had passed with a firm tone.

Yuri swallowed her saliva when she heard that monotone voice coming from Yoona. "I... I cooked dinner. For you."

Yoona tooka a glance at the food that was nicely placed on the dining table. A table for two. "Sorry but I'm not hungry. I'm going off to sleep so if you could excuse me, I need to enter my room."

Yoona said as she walked slowly towards Yuri who turned her body sideways to let Yoona pass. She was just about to turn the knob of her bedroom door when her stomach grumbled. She instantly turned to look at Yuri who had an expression that said 'I heard that.'

"You must be feeling uncomfortable to eat with me. It's okay, I'll leave. Please don't waste the food and enjoy the dinner. I apologies if the food is lacking in anything." Yuri said as she grabbed her school bag and walked towards the main door.

"Would you like to have dinner with me?" Yoona suddenly asked, making Yuri stopped in her tracks. "Since you've already took the effort to prepare all this, might as well enjoy it too. And... I believe I owe you a chance to explain yourself."
