"Are you sure this is a good idea, Sica? It's actually kind of boring from my opinion. Especially if you considered what Jae had done for you so far." Sunny asked me as she took a sip from the iced americano that she had ordered.

"Do you have any better ideas then?" Jessica asked as Tiffany and Sunny looked at her. "I've not done this before and have no idea on how to do it. Which is why I ask you both out to help me with it."

The 3 of them were currrently at a cafe, discussing about Jessica's plan. As the atmosphere suddenly became quiet with each of them lost in their own thoughts, Tiffany suddenly clapped her hands.

"I've got an idea but I'm not sure if it'll work or not. And this plan of mine might cause Jae to be upset for a little bit. But one things for sure, we need the help from the rest of the girls." Tiffany said as she started to explain what she had in mind.

Once Tiffany endd her sentence, Sunny's eyes showed signs of mischief while Jessica had a blank expression. Tiffany and Sunny just looked at their watch and 5seconds later, Jessica gasped.

"Mwo? Do I really have to do that?" Jessica said as Tiffany and Sunny giggled at each other.

"Seems you've improved a bit. Usually it'll take you about 10seconds to realise things, Jessi." Tiffany said as she gave Sunny a high-five.

"Very funny, Hwang Miyoung and Lee Soonkyu." Jessica said with a sarcastic tone and icy glare.

"Okay. Let's focus on the plan. Firstly, we need Taeng to be part of this. Main reason is because we need her to be our spy and informer. Knowing Jae, she will definitely plan something on that day. Not because it's her birthday but because it's also Valentine's Day. So most probably she would do something for Sica." Tiffany and Jessica nodded their heads in agreement. "We need the other girls to be involve to get this plan going smoothly."

The 3 girls then decided to contact the other girls except Jae to meet them at the shopping mall in 2hrs time. While waiting for them, the 3 of them decided to do their favourite activity at the mall which was shopping.

Taeyeon's POV:

I was in the music room with Jae since morning. Tiffany had informed me earlier that she would be meeting Sunny and Jessica at the mall so I've been hanging out with Jae at home. I was strumming my guitar while Jae was jamming on the drums when my phone beeped.

To Taetae:

Meet me and the rest of the girls at the mall in 2hrs time. Yuri will pick you up but you will need to wait for her at the bus stop because Jae is not suppose to know that you're meeting us.

P.S: It concerns Jae's birthday plan. So make sure that Jae is not aware. Order from JUNG JESSICA.

I read the message from Tiffany twice before keeping my phone into my pocket. 'She should have just ask me to meet her at the mall without telling me any details. Since now I know everything, how am I suppose to hide it from Jae. I'm not good at lying to her.' I stole a glance at Jae who was very focus on the drums. Breathing in deeply, I swallowed my saliva.

"Jae, let's stop for now. I need to go out to meet Fany at the mall."

"Right now? I thought you said that you're not meeting her for today?" Jae asked me as I blinked my eyes repeatedly.

"Hhhmmmm.... Guess she must have miss me a lot, that's why she wanted to meet me." I grinned dorkily, trying to hide my nervouseness.

Jae pouted as she nodded her head. "Okay. Maybe I should call Yuri and ask her to accompany me here."

"She's not free." I accidentally blurted out as Jae looked at me. "I mean, I thought she told us before that she's going to spend time with Yoona this whole week." I quickly gave a reason.

"She did? How come I don't remember her telling me about it?" I saw Jae scratching her head as she frowned. "Well, since both of you are not free, I think I'll just go to the study room to continue my revision. Let's go."

Both of us exited the music room and I was about to make my way down to my room when I noticed that Jae was following me from behind.

"I thought you said that you're going to the study room? Why are you following me?" I turned around to face her.

"I want to bring up some snacks from the kitchen so that I don't have to go down later if I'm hungry." Jae replied as she suddenly squinted her eyes. "Why are you acting so weird? It's not as if I'm planning to follow you to the mall." I was about to panic when Jae started to laugh.

"Don't worry Taeng. I won't disturb your date with your Fany. I'm a very considerate friend." She chuckled again as she walked past me to the kitchen.

I quickly went to my room to change. When I came out, Jae was no longer at the kitchen as I left the house to wait for Yuri at the bus stop.

I placed the sandwiches that I had made earlier at the side of my study table. As I was flipping through my books, I paused and thought back about Taeyeon's weird behaviour earlier. 'Taeng was blinking her eyes repeatedly earlier when she answered my question. It was a habit of hers if she was nervous. But why was she nervous?'

I placed my palm below my chin and tapped my fingers on the table. My eyes wandered around the room until it landed on the calendar that was on the table. 'Valentine's Day is coming. What should I plan for my Sicababy?' I thought as I took out my laptop to google for ideas. After 30mins, I decided to change my focus to my revision to keep my mind off from thinking about a plan. Putting on my headphones, I started to flip through my study papers. It's a habit of mine to listen to loud music while studying.

After almost 2hrs of studying, I stopped when my stomach started growling. Taking my headphones off, I heard my phone ringing. Looking at the caller id, I quickly answered the call but before I could say anything..

"Jaegi!!! Where have you been? I've been trying to call you since an hour ago but you didn't picked up the call."

I could hear Jessica's panic voice on the other line as I started to feel guilty. "Mianhae, Sicababy. I was studying and had put on my headphones with loud music on it. That's why I couldn't hear my phone ringing. Mianhae." I sincerely apologised to her.

"As long as you're fine, it's okay. I was just worried since you're all alone." She replied.

"How did you know that I was alone?" I asked.

"Because.. because.. Tiff told me that she's meeting up with Taeng."

"Okay. But why are you stuttering?" I said as I laughed over the phone. "Kyeopta. Anyway, where are you right now?"

"Mall... I mean Mum. Omma. I'm with Omma."

"Is something wrong, Sica? Why do you sound weird?" I asked as I started to frown. "Gwenchana?"

"Anni. Gwenchana, Jae. I must be feeling sleepy."

"You should go and rest then. Have you eaten yet?" I asked with concern. "Eat first before you rest. By the way, does Omma need any help?"

"So far, everything is okay. I've already eaten. I'll go and take a nap soon. I'll call you tonight, okay." I heard her yawning as I bid her goodbye before hanging up the phone. 'Sicababy, do you know how much I'm missing you?' I said to myself as I just stared at my phone before continuing with my studies.

A few days later, I was sitting at the edge of my swimming pool looking down at the bubbles when I heard weird shoutings coming from the glass door. The moment I looked up, I had water splashed onto my face and 3seconds later, two head popped up from under the water.

"Yah!! Both of you can't enter the pool like a normal person is it?" I said to Yuri and Taeyeon who were grinning like an idiot.

"It's more fun this way. Why are you so angry anyway? It's not as if you've never done it before." Yuri asked as she pulled herself up to sit at the edge of the swimming pool.

"Sensitive mood since she had not seen her girlfriend for almost a week. You should spend the night here, Yul and listen to her mumbling about not being able to see her girlfriend." Taeyeon replied as she struggled to pull herself up until me and Yuri helped her out. "Gomawo." She sat between the 2 of us.

"I wasn't mumbling." I said as I pouted and looked away.

It's a fact that I've not since Jessica since the dinner that we had together with Uncle Ken and Omoni. I've been trying to ask her out to meet but she kept saying that she's busy helping Omoni with the wedding preparations. I felt a bit upset when everytime I offered my help, she rejected it.

"Hey, Jae. You're spacing out. Are you trying to imitate Sica?" Taeyeon teased me as I just glared at her.

"Whatever." I replied before jumping into the water to swim for 4 rounds.

All those swimming, even though tiring, it calmed me down as I pulled myself up from the pool. Yuri and Taeyeon were seated at the reclining chairs as I walked towards them and sat beside Taeyeon who immediately sat up. I took my towel and started to dry myself.

"Hey, Jae. It's going to be Valentine's day and your birthday this weekend. Any plans?" Taeyeon asked me as I saw Yuri also sitting up.

"Frankly speaking, I'm not in the mood to even think of my birthday." I said as I rubbed my head with the towel. "Valentine's Day? I wanted to plan a romantic dinner for me and Sica but now I don't even know if she's got the time for me. I understand if she's busy helping out Omoni but why does she always have to reject the help that I'm offering? At least if she had accepted it, I would be able to see or spend a little time with her. Even when talking on the phone, nowadays she seems tired and always yawning. I don't want her to tire herself out so all I can do is to ask her to rest more even though I'm dying to talk to her." I sighed as I looked at both of them.

I stood up and told them that I'm going up to change and will meet them later in the dining area for lunch since Aunt Kim had already prepared it for us.

"Hey, Yul. Did you manage to record whatever that Jae said earlier?" Taeyeon asked Yuri who nodded her head. "She looks so pitiful that I almost blurted out the truth earlier."

"You better be careful, Taeng. Sica will kill you if you spoil her plan." Yuri pointed a finger to Taeyeon. "I wonder what Sica will say once she listens to it. I bet she will feel bad too but I hope it's all worth it." Yuri typed something into her phone as she forwarded the recorded message of their conversation earlier.

"Should we have a mini gathering for the 'guys' to cheer Jae up? We should go and play some futsal. Jae would love that." Taeyeon suggested to Yuri.

"Call. Good idea Taeng. You call Soo and I'll call Hyo. Let's meet them up at the park down the street after lunch, around 3pm." Yuri said as Taeyeon took out her phone to message Sooyoung.

After changing my clothes, I went down to the dining area where Taeyeon and Yuri were waiting for me. Aunt Kim had prepared bibimbap for us as the 3 of us ate in silence. I was the first one to finish my food and was about to stand up to wash my bowl when Taeyeon called me.

"Jae, let's go and play futsal later at the park down the street. Soo and Hyo will be joining us too." I nodded my head in agreement and continued to walk to the sink to wash my bowl.

Meanwhile at Jessica's house:

"Jessi, there's a message from Yul. It looks like she send you a file. Should I open it?" After receiving a nod from Jessica, Tiffany played the recorded message.

"Hey, Jae. It's going to be Valentine's day and your birthday this weekend. Any plans?"

Taeyeon's voice could be heard throughout the room as the music was quickly lowered down by Yoona who was also there along with Seohyun and Sunny.

"Frankly speaking, I'm not in the mood to even think of my birthday."

Jessica looked at Tiffany with a shocked expression as the other girls walked towards Tiffany.

"Valentine's Day? I wanted to plan a romantic dinner for me and Sica but now I don't even know if she's got the time for me. I understand if she's busy helping out Omoni but why does she always have to reject the help that I'm offering? At least if she had accepted it, I would be able to see or spend a little time with her. Even when talking on the phone, nowadays she seems tired and always yawning. I don't want her to tire herself out so all I can do is to ask her to rest more even though I'm dying to talk to her."

All the girls heard Jae sighing heavily as the recorded message ended. 4 pair of eyes were now looking at Jessica who was clearly feeling guilty as she bite her lips.

"I.. I didn't mean to do that to her. I... I just wanted everything to go as plan. I..." Jessica couldn't finish her sentence as tears started to flow down her cheeks.

The other girls quickly gathered around her to give her a group hug as they tried to console the sobbing girl.

"It's okay, Sica. Jae will forgive you if she knows that you're doing all this for her." Sunny said as she rubbed Jessica's back.

"How about during the night calls, try not to sound as if you're tired and spend slightly longer period to talk to Jae?" Seohyun suggested.

"From what Jae said earlier, she didn't sound like she's angry with you. I think she just missed you a lot but she didn't want to add extra burden on you." It was Yoona's turn to say something to Jessica.

"Jessi, Taetae has been telling me that for the past one week, Jae has been keeping to herself a lot. Focusing more on her revision and usually just mumbling to herself about not being able to see you." Tiffany's words added on the guilt to Jessica. "But I believe after all this, it's going to be worth it. The memories that Jae will get out of this will be something to be kept for life."

Jessica looked at Tiffany as she gave her her famous eye-smile. Jessica slowly nodded her head as she wiped away the remaining tears on her face.

"But I really feel like seeing her right now. Do you think it's okay for me to do that?" Jessica asked in a pleading tone as the rest of the girls looked at her.

Sooyoung and Hyoyeon was already there when the 3 of us reached the park. The 5 of us then did some warm-up before we started to play. We decided that Sooyoung would be the only goalkeeper. Me and Taeyeon were in a team while Yuri and Hyoyeon in another team. Both of us would then try our best to score as many goals as possible.

We've been playing for 10mins and the score was still 0-0. Even though me and Taeyeon kept on being on the offensive, Yuri and Hyoyeon had improved a lot on their defensive skills. The rule of the match was that if your team was on the attacking, the other team would have to defend and if the ball was stolen from the attacking team, the defending team would have to bring the ball back to the starting point at the center before they can change to be the attacking team.

The ball was currently in Yuri's possession as Taeyeon was trying to counter her attack. Chipping the ball over Taeyeon's head, Yuri sprinted forward and went after the ball before passing it diagonally to Hyoyeon. But before Hyoyeon could get to the ball, it was intercepted by me as I ran up to the center to swap the attacking team. Now it's my team's turn to attack as I passed the ball to Taeyeon who quickly side-step Yuri who was guarding her. Hyoyeon was at a state of confusion on who to block as she saw me and Taeyeon running forward towards her. Taeyeon used that opportunity to fake a pass to me and when Hyoyeon turned her body slightly to me for a split second, Taeyeon ran forward with the ball and kicked it hard towards the goal post. But Sooyoung was very alert as she punched the ball forward and it landed at Hyoyeon's feet. Seeing Sooyoung lying on the ground, Hyoyeon kicked the ball into the empty goal.

"Yeah!!! Goal!!" Hyoyeon shouted by herself as the 4 of us walked towards her.

Since I was the eldest among them, I knocked Hyoyeon on the head with my knuckles.

"Wae?!!" Hyoyeon asked with a confused look as she rubbed her head.

"Pabo-yah.. You're suppose to bring the ball back to the center before being on the attack." Sooyoung explained.

Hyoyeon looked at her and then scratched her head. "I was on the defending team earlier, is it?" All of us nodded our heads. "Mianhae. It's just a reflex of mine to kick a ball into an empty goal." She laughed at her own comment as the rest of us facepalmed ourselves.

We continued playing as me and Taeyeon managed to score a goal each while Hyoyeon scored one. We had been playing for 30mins now as the ball was now at Taeyeon's feet. Yuri was blocking her as Taeyeon just kicked the ball away as hard as possible. It flew towards the goal post but it hit a girl who was standing at the side instead. The ball hit her on her head as she kept rubbing her head. The 5 of us then quickly ran to her to apologise but we were halted in our tracks when we heard an angry voice behind us.

"Yah!! What did you do to my sister?"

We turned behind and saw a big-size guy walking towards us. We looked at each other and bowed our head to apologise. Taeyeon stepped up to explain to the guy about what happened when he suddenly shouted at her.

"Accidentally? What do you mean by accidentally? Now who's going to pay for the damage done to my sister's head? I demand compensation."

I looked at the guy and turned to look at the sister who was still rubbing her head. 'How painful can a ball hit you? The two of them look suspicious. Are they trying to cheat us into paying them some money?' As I listened to Taeyeon who was still trying to her best to calm the guy down, I lost my temper.

"Yah!! Can you stop shouting and talk in a polite manner? For god sake, it's just a ball. It's not as if she'll die because of that hit." I shouted at the guy as I stared at him. I was getting irritated with the way he kept shouting at Taeyeon and cutting off her sentence.

The guy then turned his attention to me as he put his hands on the hips and stared back at me. Anyone who saw him at the moment would be slightly afraid but I didn't care at all.

"Trying to be a hero is it? You're lucky she didn't die but look at her. She's in a lot of pain. The ball must have hit her hard and I obviously need to send her to a doctor. So you better pay us for the medication fees. If not, you're going to get it from me."

"Fine. I will bring her to the hospital myself right now and if there's any medical charges, I'll take care of it." I continued my stare at him.

"Don't bother. Just give me the money and I'll bring her to the doctor myself." The guy answered as I saw him fidgeting for a moment.

'I knew it. The both of them are just trying to cheat us.' I said to myself as I smirked at him. "There's no difference to whether you or me bringing her to the doctor. Unless you both were just trying to cheat us of our money." I boldly chided him.

For split second, the guy was speechless as he then turned to the girl and after whispering to her, the both of them started to walk away. But before that, he turned back and pointed a finger at me as a warning sign.

After they left, the rest of the girls looked at me.

"That was dangerous, Jae. That guy looked like a gangster and he could easily punched the lights out of you." Yuri said.

"So what? I can't stand the way he kept shouting at Taeng. No one is allowed to look down at any of my friends. Especially not in front of me." I replied.

"But I agree with Yul, Jae. That guy look like he's still not happy with us." Sooyoung voiced out her concern.

"That's so cool." Hyoyeon suddenly said with a poker face as the rest of us just shook our heads.

"Let's take a break for awhile." Taeyeon suggested as we rest under one of the trees.

"Guys, are you all planning anything for your girlfriends for Valentine's day?" I asked them as I stretched my legs out. "I was thinking about celebrating it together. As in all 10 of us. I know it's not really romantic but I was thinking that it's going to be cool. But this is just my suggestion."

"Actually, it's not a bad idea. Since most of us will probably plan to have dinner with our girlfriends anyway." Yuri answered.

"As long as we don't sit at the same table, I've got no problems with it." Taeyeon said.

"Of course, we'll have our own separate tables, Taeng. I won't want to share a table with you and hear all your chessiness to Fany." I said as the rest of the girls agreed with me.

"But do you have any place in mind, Jae?" Sooyoung asked as the rest of the girls shifted their attention to me.

"I was actually thinking of renting a boat and cruise down the Han river. I'll ask them to set up 5 tables for us for dinner and we can also enjoy the banpo river rainbow show at the same time." I explained to them as they had their mouth opened.

"Renting a whole boat? Woah... I don't think any of us can compete to you when it comes to being romantic." Hyoyeon said. "But I don't think I can afford it, Jae."

"I'll cover the cost of the boat but I think the dinner would be affordable so no worries. If not, you can always perform on board for us and I'll waive off your cost." I grinned at Hyoyeon who looked excited.

"Really? So I can do any performance and won't have to pay for anything?" I nodded my head at Sooyoung. "Okay, call. I'll do a performance for my Sunny Bunny on that night."

All of us looked at her before starting to . Without me realising, Taeyeon took out her phone and typed out something before putting it back. After resting for 10mins, we decided to continue with our game for another hour before stopping when it's almost 5pm. We were walking towards the carpark when we heard someone calling us.

Back to Jessica's house:

After discussing, Jessica made up her mind that she would just give Jae a call tonight and talked longer to her girlfriend. The girls were gathered at Jessica's room, with Jessica lying on her bed looking exhausted. The girls were now discussing about the message that Tiffany received from Taeyeon an hour ago.

To Fany:

Fany-ah, an update for you. Jae's planning for all 10 of us to celebrate Valentine's day together. She will rent a boat to cruise down Han river while we enjoy dinner on board. 

P/s: Soo and Hyo are planning to do some performance that night.

To Taetae:

Thank you for the information, Taetae. I'll inform the rest of the girls later. Take care, okay.

"So what do you girls think about Jae's plan to rent a boat to celebrate Valentine's day together?" Tiffany asked.

"I don't think it'll be a problem. I think it's actually better since it'll be more private with only us around and Sica can execute her plan accordingly. Right, Sica?" Yoona turned to look at Jessica who seemed lost in her own thoughts. "Sica?"

"Why does it seem to me like Jae's not interested to celebrate her birthday? She's more concern about celebrating Valentine's day." Jessica sat up as she looked at the rest of the girls.

"Well, Jae has always been the kind of person who'll think of others first. So I think from Jae's point of view, making Valentine's day a memorable day for you is more important than her own birthday." Sunny replied to Jessica.

Before Jessica could say anything further, Tiffany's phone rang. Thinking that Taeyeon wanted to update her about Jae's plan, Tiffany put her phone on speaker mode so that everyone could hear their conversation.

"Fany-ah, don't panic when you hear this but we're currently at the hospital. "

"Mwo?!!!" The voices of the girls were heard throughout the room.
