Narrator’s POV

Myungsoo dozed off on the chair beside the bed with his earphones on. The sun was already out when Haerin started to move on her bed. She sat up slowly and she realized she wasn’t in her room. She bolted up right.

Myungsoo blinked at her.

“You…why…”

“Ya, if you cant drink, why didn’t you tell us?”

“I…didn’t know that the punch was alcoholic.” She muttered. Myungsoo soghed and stood up.

“Who’s room is this?” She stood up.

“How come you’re not asking if I did something to you?” L asked.

Myungsoo’s POV

“Puh-lease, Myungsoo, I don’t think you’re a .” She replied as she stood up.

This weird girl, how can she just trust anyone?

“Where are the others?” She asked as she fixed her hair. I peeked at the windows. I saw two black sedans outside. Great.

“I think~”

“Good morning! Oh, noona, you’re up?”

Haerin nodded and smiled at Sungjong.

“Park Haerin!”

Haerin stopped in her tracks. We walked to the front door. Sungyeol was talking with her older brother.

“Oh…..oppa.”

“Why did you drink? Don’t tell me you forgot that you have low tolerance? How could you stay in an all boys~”

I saw her tilt her head. Her brother closed his mouth.

“It’s already 10 AM, young lady.” He said. Haerin grabbed my wrist and looked at my watch.

“Ah…..so….why?”

“Company party. You’re going to be late!”

Narrator’s POV

Haerin’s mouth went agape.

“Ah, right!”

“Thank you for taking care of this…….child.” Chanyeol shook Sungyeol’s hand and nodded to Myungsoo.

“Do we have to go?” Haerin asked.

Chanyeol sighed and went to his car.

“Hurry!” He hollered.

Haerin pouted.

“Go now, Haerin. Your brother was really worried.” Sungyeol said.

“Arasso, thanks for having me here, Yeol. Tell Sunggyu oppa too.”

Then she looked at Myungsoo.

“Try getting some sleep.” She said as she gently touched his eye bags. Then with a wave she went out of the house. Myungsoo’s brows furrowed as he felt the warmth of her touch.

“Our ice prince is melting~” Sungyeol teased. Myungsoo picked up a pillow and thew it at his face.

Myungsoo went back to his room and plopped on his bed. Haerin was the first girl to claim him as he friend. He never liked or trusted girls before, but with Haerin, he felt different. And he knew he was in danger.

In danger of falling for her.

But as of now, gangster-nim didn’t care.
