Narrator’s POV

Haerin dropped her utensils. Myungsoo looked at her and the man who was standing before them.

“Oh, Dongwoon-ah.” Haerin stuttered.

“Hyung misses you so much ever since you left HIM.” Dongwoon placed one hand on her shoulder roughly. Myungsoo felt something inside him boil.

“Dongwoon-ah, it’s not like that~”

“You left him, Haerin. And who’s this other guy? Your new one?” He smirked. Myungsoo raised one brow.

“Dongwoon~”

“Don’t try to reason with me.”

“Let go of her.” He said darkly. Dongwoon looked at him.

“Who are you? Her boy~”

“Stop this. Go back to your table.” Haerin stood up. Dongwoon pushed her down, that was when Myungsoo had it. His fist flew straight to Dongwoon’s face.

“Myungsoo!” Haerin yelped. People looked at them. Dongwoon stood up and he smirked. Then he stalked off.

Myungsoo exhaled roughly and sat down.

“I don’t……get you.” Haerin shook her head as they went out of the place.

“You…….seem to have a lot of troubles with men.”

“Wh---what did you say?!”

Myungsoo walked off.

“Ya! Kim Myungsoo~”

Myungsoo walked without looking back. He didn’t know why he was so angry earlier. He just didn’t like the way that man treated her.

But did he really have to use his fist?

Your POV

First second he becomes this charming schoolboy who’s friendly the next he changes into this jackass again. Weirdo.

“Dongwoon was right.”

I spun and found Junhyung facing me.

“It’s been a while.” He said. I saw his other friends behind him.

“Oh, Junhyung-ah, how are you doing?” I asked. He shook his head at me.

“Where’s your boyfriend?”

“I don’t have one. He was just my friend.”

“If he was just a friend he wouldn’t punch Dongwoon like that.”

Myungsoo’s POV

I noticed that it has become very quiet behind me. Haerin~

Where is she?

She wasn’t following me all this time?

I went back and found her talking with some guys. They were not from our school.

“You left me for him didn’t you?”

“No, I told you already, I broke up with you because you’d just get~”

The man grabbed her shoulders.

“You’re lying to me.”

Narrator’s POV

Suddenly, Haerin was yanked out of Junhyung’s grasp. Her back collided with Myungsoo’s chest.

“Is something the matter?” He asked, his lips were in a straight line.

“You must be the boyfriend then.” Junhyung commented.

“Does that matter?” Myungsoo smirked as he started pulling Haerin with him. But Junhyung pulled her back.

“If you’re not, then let go of her.”

“No.”

“Why?” Junhyung asked pointedly.

“Because she’s mine.” Myungsoo said as he pulled her away. Haerin was shocked when he said that but she just let him pull her.

Your POV

“Myungsoo, wait. Stop.”

He let go of me, we were already inside the school grounds now.

“That man earlier~”

“I know, you have crazy stalkers everywhere.” He chuckled.

“Are you…….bipolar?” I blurted. He shrugged.

“Thanks for saving me back there.”

“You owe me one.” He replied.

“How can I ever repay you, gangster-nim?”

He chuckled.

“I’ll tell you later, get to class now.” He said as he pushed me gently to the building.

“Where were you?” Sehun asked as he approached me.

“I went out to eat. How was class?”

“Fine.” He replied as he placed his hands on his pocket.

“Haerin-ah! I have~” Hyorin stopped in her tracks.

“Who….?”

“Ah, Hyo this is Sehun, Sehun this is Hyorin.”

“Hi, I’m Song Hyorin, Haerin and I take the same classes.”

“Hello.” Sehun nodded and left. Hyorin blinked. Haerin chuckled.

“He doesn’t talk much. Let him be.” She chuckled.

Narrator’s POV

“What are we having for tonight?” I asked as I slipped in the house, I found Sehun reading a book on the living room.

“Kai?” I asked.

“He was here earlier, but he received a call, he left.”

I nodded.

“Rinnie, do you want to eat out? I don’t think hyung’s coming back soon.”

“Sure, let’s go.”

The two friends stepped out of the house. Sehun grinned as they hopped in his car.

“Whom did you eat with earlier?” He asked as he steered the wheel.

“Myungsoo.”

“You two are close now? Hyung was worried over it.”

She chuckled.

“He….has a different side in him, Sehunie, but he’s a great friend.”

He rolled his eyes.
