Donghae waited in the restaurant that he'd be meeting Jessica in. Eunhyuk had "canceled"... Donghae was wearing a tie. He had a difficult time choosing out what to wear... He didn't want to dress sloppy, and he didn't want to dress too fancy either. Donghae had gotten tickets to see a late night show. He thought that it'd be pretty romantic... Just the way he wanted to spend time with the one he loved. In his other hand, he had a copy of the album with his photo card in it. He didn't know whether or not to get something for her, so he'd eventually decide to just give her a special copy of the album since that was technically the purpose of tonight's dinner. 

Donghae placed the wrapped up album back into the bag he'd put it into. He placed the bag on his lap and nervously tapped on the table with his fingers. He was excited to see her... 

Everything the restaurant door opened or closed, it made a chiming sound and every time he heard the chime, Donghae looked up to see if it was Jessica who'd arrived. 

Finally after the thirteenth time turning his head to look, he finally saw Jessica enter on the fourteenth time. He quickly looked away with a big smile on his face. He wanted to act surprised when he saw her. He didn't want her to think that he'd been waiting long or that he was extremely excited to see her. 

He heard her footsteps approach the table and tried to look serious as he "studied" the menu. 

"Hey, Donghae!" Jessica tapped on Donghae's shoulder. Donghae pretended to be startled. He turned and faced her.

"Oh, Jessica!" Donghae got up and went to open the seat on the other side of the table for her. 

"Thanks," Jessica looked around. "Where's Eunhyuk?" 

Donghae smiled, "Something came up and he couldn't make it... But he said that he really wanted to come." 

"Oh, I see." Jessica picked up a menu and looked at it. Donghae pretended to look at the menu too, but he already knew what he wanted to order. So instead, he just watched Jessica. It was like a front row seat to watching her angelic beauty. Donghae smiled thinking about how beautiful she was. He didn't even realize that he sighed out loud. 

Jessica looked up from the menu and looked at Donghae, "Sorry, am I taking too long to choose?" She put the menu down. 

Donghae quickly shook his head, "Oh no! Take your time..." Donghae realized that his sigh of pleasure from watching her choose what she wanted to eat might've seemed like he was impatient. 

Jessica shook her head, "What're you going to order? Maybe you could help me order. You know what I like to eat, don't you? Do you remember?" 

'Of course I remember!' Donghae thought to himself. "Then shall we have sushi?" 

"Sure!" Jessica her lips. "And dessert?"

"Chocolate ice cream," Donghae instantly replied, "Your favorite."

"You still remember?" Jessica laughed, "But you don't like chocolate." 

"As long as you like it. I'll get strawberry." Donghae waved for a waiter to come over.

After they finished dinner and dessert, Donghae payed the bill. While eating, Donghae had been building up the courage to tell Jessica that he wanted to take her to see a show. As they were standing up to leave, Donghae stopped Jessica and faced her. "Jessica"

Jessica looked back at Donghae and smiled, "Yes?" 

Donghae bit his bottom lip and handed out the D&E album to Jessica. "This is for you." 

Jessica took the album, "Thank you, oppa." She hugged Donghae. 

Donghae felt his cheeks turn pink. Okay, now he HAD to ask her. He couldn't back out. Donghae hugged Jessica back. "Jessica, can I bring you somewhere?" Jessica stopped hugging Donghae and she came face-to-face with him once again. 

"Yes, of course."
