Chapter 50: Out Sick
Perfect for MeI woke up the next morning with a high fever. Since I live alone, there was no one there to help me with anything, so I called Yoona. My brain felt like it was sizzling.
“Ryeowook oppa?” Yoona picked up the phone. She sounded as if she had just woken up too.
“Yoona, I…” I held the phone away from my mouth as I coughed into the pit of my arm.
“Ryeowook oppa, are you alright? Are you sick?” Yoona sounded worried now.
“Yoona, I think I have a fever. I feel really sick, so I cant come into the agency today.” I coughed into my arm again.
“Omo, Ryeowook oppa! Are you alright? I’m coming over!” Yoona jumped out of bed and went to find an outfit from her closet.
“Yoona, don’t come over, I’ll just make you sick.” I sniffled and reached for a tissue from the tissue box on my night table next to the bed.
“Oppa, someone needs to take care of you!” Yoona persisted. She couldn’t just leave Ryeowook to be sick all alone!
“Yoona, I need to sleep, so I’ll be sleeping for most of the time. Why don’t you just come over after work?” I suggested instead.
“Ohhh…” Yoona pouted, “Fine oppa. I’ll come over after I’m finished with work.” Yoona gave in. “But make sure you eat and drink something warm. Make sure that you’re warm.”
“Okay, Yoona dear, don’t worry.” I hung up and lay back in bed. I dozed off again.

Meanwhile, Yoona opened the door to the agency. If it wasn’t too busy today, Yoona was going to leave earlier and go to take care of Ryeowook. Yoona sat down and put her head in her arms. She closed her eyes.
“Is this a dating agency?” Yoona heard someone enter the agency. Really? Was there really someone in the agency? Yoona picked her head up off the table and saw a gentleman standing at the entrance.
“Yes,” Yoona stood up and walked over to him. “Hello,” she stuck out her hand for him to shake.
“Hello,” he shook her hand.
Yoona looked around, realizing that this was the first time that she ever had to handle a client on her own. Most of the time, Ryeowook was also there, so she didn’t really have to know what to do…
Yoona led him over to the seating area. She gestured towards the seat, “Sit down. Would you like something to drink?”
“Thank you, but I don’t need anything to drink,” he sat down across from Yoona.
Yoona looked straight at his face and realized that he looked a bit familiar, but she wasn’t sure who he was… “How may I help you?”
“I was dating a girl back in high school, but we were forced to break up… and years later we were separated.” He looked away from Yoona, “And I want to find her.”
“What was this girl like back then?” Yoona asked, trying to dig some more information out of him.
“… Do you know Jessica Jung the singer?” he questioned her.
“Jessica Jung…” Yoona thought about it. Oh yeah, Jessica Jung! Yoona nodded, “I watched her movie.” Yoona paused and suddenly exclaimed, “And you’re Donghae! Donghae from the movie with Jessica!” Yoona covered , “OMG!!” I can’t believe I’m sitting in the same room with a celeb! Yoona thought to herself. “So you two were lovers?” Yoona couldn’t believe the gossip she was receiving just from working in a dating agency. Even though I told her about Seohyun and Kyuhyun being celebs, Yoona hadn’t really helped them with their relationship. If Yoona helped Donghae with Jessica, Yoona would technically be helping celebs…
