When we walked in we saw a lady sitting at the front desk. Her eyes were focused on the computer and she was sipping at her bubble tea. It seemed as if she was on her lunch break but was still working.

            “Uh, excuse me… is the model Seohyun in yet?” Kyuhyun questioned.

            “Uh, I’m sorry… what was that?” the lady looked up at us. She had been in a daze and didn’t hear him.

            “Seo Joohyun, is she in?” Kyuhyun said again.

            “Uh, yes she is… but who are you?” she peered from Kyuhyun to me.

            “I’m her friend and he’s also…” Kyuhyun smiled. He wasn’t the best liar…

            “Oh, okay, well she’s in the middle of things now… you can wait out here if you wish to…”

            Seohyun turned from side-to-side flashing poses in every direction. She was a pro at modeling. She had been doing this for a long time.

            “Okay, great! Why don’t you take a break? You did great work today!” the photographer put his camera down.

            “Thank you~” Seohyun smiled an angelic smile and headed over to her dressing room. At the dressing-room door, she met Victoria, her secretary. “Yes, Victoria, what’s up?”

            “Seohyun, there’s someone outside who wants to see you.” Victoria replied.

            “What? There’s someone outside waiting for me?” Seohyun sat at her makeup table and sat back to relax.

            “Yes, actually, two men, your friends, want to talk to you…” Victoria repeated.

            “Oh, well since I’m done modeling for today, I guess that I’ll go check it out,” Seohyun was a bit curious and stood up to leave the dressing room. Seohyun walked out and came to a halt when she saw who was waiting for her.

            I looked up from the magazine I had been reading while waiting. I saw a woman staring at us. Could that be Seohyun? “Seohyun!” I tapped Kyuhyun, who seemed to be half-asleep, “Wake up, is that Seohyun?”

            Kyuhyun snapped out of his daze, “Seohyun?” he repeated.  He looked over and saw whom I had been talking about, “SEOHYUN!” he stood up and yelled out her name.

            Seohyun turned around and met eye contact with Kyuhyun. Friends? Was that Kyuhyun she saw? Kyuhyun her childhood friend?

            “Seohyun? Do you remember me? It’s me, Kyuhyun. We used to be best friends,” Kyuhyun walked towards Seohyun.

            “I… don’t know who you are, I’m sorry…” Seohyun stepped back, suddenly recalling many childhood memories. They had been good friends actually, but that was in the past. She had long forgotten the past and had vowed to never look back.

            “What? Seohyun, you really don’t remember me?!” Kyuhyun frowned.

            “No, I’m sorry…” Seohyun exited the waiting room.
