YeonYeon Pov

When I woke up I was alone and it was already dark. My head still hurt a little from crying and my eyes felt dry. I decided to go and take a walk outside. I grab my jacket and walked out the cabin door.

“YeonYeon.” I look behind me and saw Gi-Kwang. He jog towards me out of breath.

“Gi-Kwang.” I said with a fake smile. Even though he was JungHo’s cousin I didn’t know him well enough to be real friendly.

“Are you okay?”

“Ne…” He looked nervous, “Are you okay Gi-Kwang?”

“Yeah, I was just wondering if you were okay because you didn’t come out since dinner.”

“I’m fine.” What happened a couple hours of go finally crossed my mind, so did MinSeul, “Gi-Kwang.” He looks at me, “Have you -…never mind…do you know where JungHo is?”

“Hyung?...” Gi-Kwang thought for a sec, “He sent EunHye home a while ago. Waeyo?”

“Never mind, do you know where MinSeul went.”

“Last we saw her she went towards the lake.”

“Thanks.” I went off in the direction of the lake.

JunHyung Pov

We went and took a walk around the campsite after she was done crying. She didn’t say a word, not one; she had her head down and walked on without paying attention. I kept my eyes on her, I had tons of questions but I knew this wasn’t the right time to be asking her. She started to walk towards a light pole and I ran and stood in front of it. Her head ran right into my chest.

“I can’t protect you from every pole around here you know.” She looked up at me with her sad eyes and continue walking. I walked after and grabs her hand. She looks at me.

“What are you doing?”

“Come with me.” With that I dragged her along with me. We walked pass the people at the bonfire and towards the lake again. I heard girls gasping and talking.

“Yah, JunHyung let go of me…where are you taking me?” I can feel her trying to remove my hand from her wrist.

“Just be quiet and follow me.” A smile form on my face. As we reached the lake I felt her struggle lessen, but there was still a force trying to get away. There were a couple of couples watching the silver moon.

“Why did you bring me here?”

“I wanted you to see the moon.” I look at her; she just gave me a blank look.

“Waeyo?” I put my hands on her shoulder and she just look surprise.

“I don’t know what or who made you cry but I want you to know that I will always be here to help you and lend you my shoulder.”

“I don’t want to be a burden for you…I’ve burden enough people with my troubles already. I don’t need to bring another person into it.”

“MinSeul.” I held her face in my hands as I look into her eyes, “I really want you to trust me.” The tears began to glisten in her eyes again before she remove my hands. She wipes her eye and smile at me for a sec.

“Thank you, but no thanks…I’ve bother you enough for this evening.”

“MinSeul-.”

“JunHyung!” We both turn our head and saw Hyorin and two of the three girls. She looked like she was mad as she walked towards us. She looked at me than at MinSeul. “What is she doing here…with you?”

“I was just-.” MinSeul cut me off

“He was just telling me a story he heard about the moon and wanted me to see if it would be a good story to tell a girl.” She looks at me, “I recommend you not telling it because it .” She took a deep breath, “If you’ll excuse me I am going to go.” She walks pass the girls and everyone. I walked as she left and was out from my sight, for some odd reason I wanted to follow her.

“Oppa.” I felt someone tug on my arm. I look and forgot that Hyorin was there holding onto my arm, “You want to go and sit on the pier with me.”

“Umm…sure.” I walked with her to the pier with her two friends following us.

“What is wrong with you?” I heard one of the girl asks. Hyorin turns around and notice her friends was feeling down.

“What is wrong Soyou?”

“A-ani.” She looks at me very quick and grabs the other girl’s arm. “I’m going to head back with Dasom, you two have a nice night together.” She leads the other girl away and they disappear into the night just like MinSeul.

 Author Pov

MinSeul walks back towards the cabin and runs into the person she least wanted to see right now.

“Get out of my way.” She said sternly.

“I want to talk to you.” Said Doo-Joon

“I don’t want to see you right now.” she tries to go around him, but he blocks her way, “Get out of my way.”

“Let’s talk first.”

“Go talk to Bora, I’m pretty sure she’ll listen to you.” He look surprised and realize something

“Let me explain.”

“You don’t need to explain anything.” She was annoyed with all the boy and girl drama for a day. Seeing him, disgusted her, “I don’t understand you at all. What are you trying to do, huh?” she balled her fist, “Was leaving you not enough! Did you want me to die…is that what you want?”

“Min-.”

“You gave up on us three years ago...why can’t you just leave it at that. Why did you follow me?”

“Did you ever think that I still have feelings for you?”

“I did…but whenever I look back all I saw was lies.” She sighs, “You were no better than her...a leech.” Doo-Joon stood there dumbfounded, “Let leave it as we never knew each other.”

“MinSeul.” YeonYeon ran towards them with Gi-Kwang behind her. She looks right at Doo-Joon, “Am I interrupting something?”Gi-Kwang was also curious a why they were both there alone

“Ani.” MinSeul says quickly, “Kaja.” She walks pass the two guys back to the cabin. Gi-Kwang walks to Doo-Joon.

“Doo-Joon, gweanchah-a?”

“I’m okay.” He smiles at Gi-Kwang, “Kaja it is getting late.” Doo-Joon walks away with Gi-Kwang following him.

MinSeul stayed up that night looking out the window of her cabin at the moon.

“Otteke?” she asked the moon, “What am I going to do about all of this stuff? I know that I don’t love him anymore but he keeps popping up.” She remembers what she saw at the lake. “I don’t love him anymore, Park MinSeul…let it go.”

The next morning MinSeul ran around the camp with a couple of guys following her around. She didn’t care but kept running. Someone ran next to her. She turns her head and looks, it was Yoseob.

“Morning.” He smiles and waves at her, she nods and continued running. “So you like running in the morning too?”

“I always run in the morning when I am not doing anything.” She kept looking forward, “If you don’t mind I am going to keep going…anneyeong.” She sprint pass him and sees Bora and Doo-Joon walking together. He smile at Bora, with a smile that MinSeul was all too familiar with. He notices her and ignores her and continue walking hand in hand with Bora.

After breakfast everyone went to the lake. Yoseob was in charge of the activity.

“Okay everyone…today we are doing a scavenger hunt, tug of war, and swim relay.” All the guys got excited wanting to see the girls. “Everyone doesn’t have to participate in the swimming relay because not everyone can swim.” MinSeul stood next to YeonYeon, who kept looking at her phone.

“He said he was going to come back and check on you.” YeonYeon looks right at MinSeul, “Don’t worry too much.” YeonYeon nods.

“MinSeul.” Ami and Karen came running over “Can you be our partner for the scavenger hunt?”

“Ne…but doesn’t it call for the same amount of boys and girls. And your only limited to 10 per group.”

“We were thinking that you and YeonYeon-ssi along with us two should be fine.” Said Ami.

“Yea, I understand that…” she looks at YeonYeon, “What about the guys?”

“I’ll be in your group.” A boy in our year came over, “I’m Lee InGuk.” He smiles but another guy pops out of nowhere.

“I’m Lee Joon, I would like to be in your group too.” YeonYeon and MinSeul looked at each other. The two girl just had smiles on their faces. Pretty soon they had guys from all over the camp volunteering for their group.

“What is going on here?” Doo-Joon broke up the group and saw the four girls surrounded by guys. The rest of the groups along with SISTAR cam and checked out the situation, “What is going here?” he spoke to MinSeul in a stern voice. MinSeul got up and walked to Doo-Joon.

“We’re finding partners for the events of today.” She tilt her head, “What is it to you?”

“Aniyo.” He stuck his hands into his pocket and looked at a different direction, “I just want to know why all the guys were hovering over here…I guess they were looking at a wallflower.” MinSeul scoffs.

“We’ll see who the wallflower here is.” MinSeul crosses her arms over her chest, “I’m not as soft as I look, Yoon – Doo- Joon.” She turns back to all the guys, “So who wants to be in my group?”

“Me.”

“I do.”

“Pick Me.” All the guys around them began to yell and shout. MinSeul just looks at Doo-Joon and smirks. SISTAR were upset that they were getting beat by non- queenkas. Just then someone breaks into the group.

“I want to be in your group.” Gi-Kwang puts his hands in his pockets, “Always winning isn’t fun.” He went and put his arm around YeonYoeon. MinSeul couldn’t help but smile at Soyou’s face.

“Me too.” DongWoon jump in, “I never get pick so I want to be in a different team.”

“Guess I’ll be part of this group also.” HyunSeung walks over. JunHyung almost walked over too before someone beat him to it.

“I guess I’ll be the last member.” YeonYeon’s heart flutter at the familiar voice. JungHo walked form behind the guys, “Since I have always been your partner in crime.” He walked over to YeonYoen. MinSeul just kept on smirking at Doo-Joon.

“Looks like I have my team.” Doo-Joon scoffs, “Good luck forming yours.” They all walked away.

Everyone got in their team and got ready for the hunt after Yoseob passed out the lists. Doo-Joon, and JunHyung were partner up with SISTAR and two other guys because Yoseob wasn’t allowed to participate. Both teams were competitive but they didn’t win the first activity.

Everyone headed towards the lake where a long rope was waiting for them. As everyone thought it came down to the two groups. The struggle between the two was great but Doo-Joon’s group won. The girls jump for joy.

“Yeah oppa.” Bora hugs Doo-Joon and they both smile happily as he hugs her back. MinSeul and they all dusted the dirt off of them. Gi-Kwang helped YeonYeon up, but Soyou sees it.

“Gwaenchah-a?” he asks her as he help her up. Her soft hands that he used to remember.

“Gweanchah-a.” she dust her hands

“Gi-Kwang opppa.” Soyou ran and hugged him, “We won!”

“Congratulations!” Gi-Kwang smiles. JunHyung walks over helps MinSeul but she just gets up herself.

“You put up quite a challenge.” He comment

“You don’t say so yourself.” She smiles at him.

“Why don’t you come and hangout during break?”

“Aniyo…I have other things to do.”

“What other things could you possibly have to do here at camp?”

“I have to keep myself active and,” she looks over his shoulder, “out of trouble.” Doo-Joon was staring right at her and JunHyung. “See ya later.” MinSeul walked away.

MinSeul Pov

After lunch I went to go and run one more time before the last activity. Running keeps my mind off a lot of things…until the problems jump out right in front of me. I took out my headphones.

“What do you want?” Doo-Joon stop right in front of me

“What is with you and JunHyung?”

“Nothing.”

“If you are trying to get with my friend to get at me I suggest you stop.” The anger was in his voice. I couldn’t help but chuckle.

“I don’t stoop as low as you…dating my own girl’s friend.” I walk passes Doo-Joon, “but it seems like all you Kingka have that problem.” I was about to walk away when I felt someone grab my arm and pulled me face to face with him.

“Isn’t that what friends are for?” Doo-Joon looked me right in the eye, “You’re there to tell us what we are doing wrong.” I took his hand off my arm.

“There is no point if the person doesn’t listen even if the other was on their knee.” I walk away from him and made sure he couldn’t catch me.

Author Pov

Everyone changed into their swim outfit except the ones that wasn’t participating in the swim relay. MinSeul came out with a boy short bottom piece and a swimming top, but she wore a cover on top to reveal less. Only her, and the guys were participating in the swim relay. Many of the girls sat out for the swim relay. MinSeul was the last swimmer going up against JunHyung, they had to grab the flag that was all the way out towards the middle of the lake.

“Swimmers on your mark.” Shouted Yoseob, “Get Set,” everyone got ready, “Go!” the swimmers started swimming.

YeonYeon sat on the pier by herself watching from the side lines and cheering her team on. Soyou, who was jealous at how close Gi-Kwang and they were decided to do something to show YeonYeon.

It was between JungHo and Doo-Joon, the third swimmers.

“Are you ready to get beat?” JunHyung and MinSeul, along with all the other swimmer stood on  a platform.

“Like you would ever.” JunHyung notice he cover she wore. It was already wet from swimming to the floating platform. It hugged her body tightly which got all the guys staring at her perfectly tone body.

“You that is going to slow you down right?”

“Wouldn’t that be an advantage for you?” She stood up as she notice JungHo getting closer. “Looks like you might be last.”

Soyou and Dasom walked slowly towards YeonYeon as she watched the race. JungHo and Doo-Joon were head to head. They all handed to the swimmers the baton and they were off.

“AHH!” Everyone turn to look at the pier. MinSeul stop and looked and saw everyone began to gather around the pier, but YeonYeon wasn’t were she was sitting. “Help me! Somebody!”

“YeonYeon.” She swam back towards the pier with JungHo close by.

Dasom and Soyou were freaking out by the pier, “What do we do?”

“I don’t know.” Says Soyou.

JungHo was scared for his life.

FlashBack

JungHo walks out of a party tent by the Han River in a tux.

“Jung listen to me!” YeonYeon chase after JungHo. He stop half way to his car and looks at her, “It wasn’t what it looked like.”

“What do you mean it isn’t what it looked like?” JungHo yells and YeonYeon had tears coming down her face, “You were just in there kissing Gi-Kwang…My cousin.”

“He kissed me.” She spoke through her tears, “You have to believe me.”

“WE both know that he likes you so why…tell me why you would even let him near you?”

“I love you JungHo, I’ll never do anything like that to you.” He didn’t budge or spoke a word. Gi-Kwang runs to them.

“Hyung!”JungHo looks at him, “I’m sorry hyung. I didn’t mean it…it just happened.” JungHo balled up his fist.

“You two can go and do whatever you two want…I’m done with both of you guys.” He looks at YeonYeon, “You guys can go drown together for all I care.” He walks back towards his car and drove off, but in his rearview mirror he saw something he didn’t expect to see. He stop and parked his car and ran out. YeonYeon had jumped into the Han River and Gi-Kwang was trying to find her. He took off his blazer and jumped in as well. After a while of searching he heard Gi-Kwang.

“I got her!” Gi-Kwang yells as he pulls her out from the river. JungHo swan out of the river and ran towards them.

“Yeonnie wake up!” She didn’t open her eyes. JungHo got scared and perform CPR on YeonYeon. She cough up all the water and he was relieved. “Yeonnie!” he held her head in his hands, “Yeonnie answer me.” She tries to open her eyes. They weren’t completely open but she recognize him.

“JungHo.” She smiles before fainting and scaring JungHo and Gi-Kwang.

“Yah!” he shook her, “Kim YeonYeon, wake up!”

“Hyung!” Gi-Kwang pointed at his hand and he saw blood. He looked at his arm and there was blood on it.

“Call the ambulance now!” he held onto YeonYeon, “Now!”

End

He got to YeonYeon first before MinSeul could get there. He pulled her onto the shore and perform CPR on her.

“C’mon Yeonnie.” He pumped her chest. MinSeul ran out of the water as soon as she got on shore.

“Yeonnie.” She held onto her hand, “Wake up!” MinSeul was looking around and notice the other two girls panicking and becoming nervous. MinSeul walked towards them but Doo-Joon stop in front of her. “Ka!” she brush past him, “What did you guys do to YeonYeon?”

“W-we don’t know what you’re talking about?” SoYou stutter

“I know you did something to her just admit it.” She yells

“We didn’t do anything to that stupid girl.”

“Yah!” she was about to slap them but someone held her wrist. She looks and saw Doo-Joon. “Let go of me.” She struggle in his grip

“Not until you calm down.” He yelled at her, “You can’t just go around blaming people for something that they might have not even done.”

“They know what they have done; you can see it in their eyes.” He looks at her watery eyes,

Or are you just saying these things because you’re protecting you and your queenkas…because they are never wrong in your eyes or anyone else’s.”

SLAP!
