            MinSeul walked to the girls and congrats the girl on a great rehearsal. The girls went to the dressing room to get changed before having their free time. JunHyung watch MinSeul without a word. MinSeul didn’t bother and continue with her own work.

            “Hyung.” DongWoon taps his shoulder, “Are you coming?”

            “Oh yeah I am.” He follows the maknae out the door but took one last looks and MinSeul.

            MinSeul took a deep breath before continuing her work. She didn’t know why but her heart really started to hurt a lot more than it has before. “Is it because he is here?” she shook the pain off and continues working.

            A knock on the door got her attention. She looked over her shoulder to see DooJoon poking his head through the door. “DooJoon, you’re still here?” she puts the papers down, “Why aren’t you with the guys?” DooJoon walks over without saying a word and picks up a magazine.

            “I can’t.” he flips through the pages.

            “What do you mean you can’t?”  He looks at her a laugh, “What so funny?” she placed her hand on her hip.

            “If I get caught with those girls, what do you think happens back home when I get caught?” he puts the magazine down and did a throat slitting motion, “Moon will never forgive me.”

            “Moon isn’t mean.”

            “Is that you talking from my point of view or your point of view?”

            “Arraso.” MinSeul went back to working on her papers. DooJoon walks over and sits in the chair next to MinSeul. He watches her as she worked, “Bwoh?”

            “JunHyung told me something.” MinSeul froze for a quick second.

            “Is it important?” DooJoon crossed his arms over his cheat and leaned back into the seat. His focus on MinSeul.

            “He said that you two got into a little misunderstanding.”

            “You can say that.”

            “You know Min…” MinSeul closed her eyes and took a deep breath before turning to look at DooJoon.

            “If you’re gonna make an excuse for him, don’t.” she sighs, “He wrote that song for Hara-ssi.”

            “Is that what you believe?” DooJoon stands up, “JunHyung has been writing that song since you left him the first time.” DooJoon’s voice was stern, “The reason he never published his song was because CUBE wouldn’t let him because he was a rookie.”

            “You know…I’m not stupid.” MinSeul looks at him, “Where do you think I have been working for the past two years?” she took a deep breath, “I worked with CUBE’s branch here in Paris. Words travel from Korea to here and from here to who know where.”

            “You actually believe those words?”

            “You expect me to believe yours?” DooJoon lean back into his seat, “I still don’t completely believe your words sometimes. I only try to because I believe in Moon.”

            “Min…it isn’t about how much you believe me but I’ve been with JunHyung since we graduated, from then until now he still loves you the most.”

            “What about Goo Hara-ssi then?” MinSeul was shaking, “What was she? A side chick, is that it? JunHyung told me he’ll wait…but he didn’t. I was going to come back when everything finally settles down. Now I don’t know if I can.”

            “MinSeul, stop being so selfish!” DooJoon was furious, “Why do you only think about yourself? Why do you only think about how hurt you are? What about JunHyung? Sure he has done his part but what about what has happened to him.” he sighs, “JunHyung loves you with all his heart that he even dumped Hara-ssi. He thought that maybe you were never coming back so he started to date her, but he couldn’t lie to her about how his feelings were for you so he dumped her. He can’t live without you like how I can’t live with Moon.”

            MinSeul knew exactly what he was talking about. She was selfish, but it was because she felt like she couldn’t trust him anymore. Every time her heart got broken was it really because of her or the man she supposedly loved.

            “Min.”

            “DooJoon can you please leave me alone.” He observes her and notice she was trembling.

            “Min are you okay?”

            “Just leave me please.” She closed her eyes and looked like she was about to cry, “Jebal.” DooJoon walked out the room but something in the back of his mind told him to not leave her. He left her anyways because her tears scared him the most. He knew she rarely cried unless it was serious.

            As soon as DooJoon left MinSeul fell to her knees crying; with her hand over her heart. She felt like she could barely breathe.

            JunHyung followed the group around unwillingly around the mall. He couldn’t forget MinSeul. Her sad eyes that showed her broken soul deep inside.

            “Hyung, ppalli.”

            “Yeah, I’ll catch up.” He walked a little faster to catch up to the group. NaEun couldn’t help but look at JunHyung.

            “What is wrong?” asked DongWoon

            “Is JunHyung okay?” DongWoon looks back at his Hyung.

            “He been like that since yesterday after we refused to go on the tour around Paris. MinSeul noona got mad too, that why she didn’t really talk to us earlier.”

            “Why did you guy not go on the tour?”

            “Because MinSeul noona wasn’t going along with us.”

            “Yah! Do you know how expensive tours in Paris are?” NaEun looked upset, “They aren’t cheap and almost impossible to get on one, majority are non-refundable also. Especially since there are six of you guys she must have had to fight for them. I would be mad too if you guys were to do that after all my hard work.”

            “Is it really that hectic?”

            “Yes.” She sighs, “MinSeul probably didn’t go because she didn’t have money to buy herself one.”

            “Wouldn’t she have used the company money?”      

            “I don’t think she could, that isn’t something the company pays for.” NaEun sighs, “You guys are ungrateful. No wonder it took you guys longer to find ‘the one’.” DongWoon places his arm around NaEun and pulled her closer.

            “Hey but I still got you.”

            “Yah!” she was blushing trying to pry his hands off but he hangs tight as they continued walking. JunHyung heard the whole conversation and thought about it.

            When they got back to the company the girls got into their own van and drove off back to their hotel. The boys went back into the company to find DooJoon and their manager.

            “What are you saying?” DooJoon was yelling in English to Nick.

            “I’m sorry but just because you know Michelle on a personal level doesn’t mean I can give you personal information about her.” DooJoon combed his fingers through his hair. The guys walked over.

            “What is wrong Hyung?” ask HyungSeung

            “MinSeul disappeared a little while ago. Everyone has been trying to find her but no one knows where she went. I trying to tell this friend over here to tell me where MinSeul lives but he refused to tell me.” JunHyung freaks out a little

            “Is she answering her cell?” DooJoon shakes his head.

            “Everyone has tried.”

            JunHyung tried to think of places that she would go or things she would have done. He remembers how pale she looked. “Where was the last place you saw her?”

            “I was talking to her in her office.” JunHyung runs towards MinSeul’s office in flash, everyone followed him without knowing what was going on. When he tries to open the door it was locked.

            “MinSeul!” he knocked on the door, “MinSeul!” he knocks again, “Someone call her cellphone to make sure she isn’t in here,” Nick took out his phone and dial her number.

            “What are you doing?” ask KiKwang

            “When the girls were performing earlier I notice MinSeul looked pale. She could probably have fainted.”

            “Everyone quiet I am calling.” Not too long after her ringtone came on from the other side of the door.

            “MinSeul answer me!” JunHyung was freaking out even more, “Someone unlock this door.” The memory of her being locked in the bathroom scared him even more. He starts to run into it, “Ppalli!” Nick come with the key to unlock the door but it suddenly started to open. Everyone step away from the door. MinSeul walked out the door slowly her face swollen from crying. JunHyung look somewhat relieve. “Min, are you okay?” she looks at him slowly.

            “I’m okay.” She looked at all the people that surrounded her, “What is wrong with everyone? Why is everyone here?”

            “Did you not hear us calling you?” ask Nick

            “Sorry,” she chuckled, “I took a nap in the office, because I wasn’t feeling well.” She bows, “Sorry if I made you guys worried. Everyone can go back and do what they were before.” She was about to go into her room.

            “Michelle.” She looked at Nick, “You should go home, I’ll take care of everything else.” She nods her head before entering her room to grab her things.

            “I’ll be leaving then.” She says goodbye to everyone before walking away. JunHyung followed her, but gets stopped by his manager.

            “You aren’t allowed to follow her.” His manager step in front of him, “Your scandal with her took quite a while to settle down, we can’t let it start up again.”

            “Hyung.” He looked at his manger in the eyes, “You’ve been with me since my debut, and you’ve seen how I was when she left me.”

            “And she almost destroyed you and your career.” He sighs, “It took you almost a whole year if it wasn’t for Goo Hara-ssi’s help.” JunHyung sighs, “I can’t allow what happened to you happen a second time.”

            “Hyung, I love her.”

            “Do you think she feels the same way about you? Since you’ve been here, I notice she avoids you guys like a swarm of bees. She didn’t even look like she notice you until you talk to her later.” He sighs, “Have you once thought that maybe she doesn’t want to leave Paris.”

            MinSeul walks weakly to the hospital with her heart over her chest. She was trying hard to breathe and stay conscious. When she reached the counter the nurse all looked shock.

            “Ms. Michelle,” the nurse ran from behind the counter to help her, “Are you okay?”

            “I need to see Dr. Choi.” The nurse helped her to a chair.

            “He is still seeing a patient, I’ll let him see you as soon as possible.” Choi Jin Hyuk walked in to the lobby and sees the nurse leaning over MinSeul. The nurse turns around, “Dr. Choi, Ms. Michelle Park is here. She looks like she having another heart problem.” He looks and see MinSeul sitting in the chair with her head down. He walks over and sits next to her.

            “MinSeul.” She had her eyes closed, “MinSeul-a.” she opens her eyes slowly and looks at the man before her.

            “Dr. Choi.” She closed her eyes and wince in pain.

            “What is wrong?”

            “I…I fainted earlier in my office, now I have a headache and feel like throwing up.” She places her hand on her forehead, “When I woke up it had already passed two hours.” Dr. Choi examines her head and doesn’t notice any wounds on her hand.

            “It doesn’t seem like you have any external wounds but we are going to have to do some scan of your head to make sure everything is okay.” She nods.

            MinSeul was placed in a hospital ward to rest as they checked the records. Dr. Choi came into check on MinSeul as she fell asleep. He updated his chart, but instead of leaving he sat and stared at her.

            “MinSeul, I beg of you to let go of whoever that person is.” He sounded sad, “Your heart can’t take much more of this.”

            MinSeul was rush to the hospital after fainting after her first concert was finished. JinHyuk and a couple more residents run towards them.

            “What is wrong with her?” he asked the paramedics.

            “21-year-old Asian female, she is unconscious. Her co-workers said that she looked like she was having a heart attack.”

            After doing a complete check up on MinSeul, Jin Hyuk notice how thin she was. She was underweight and her bones were almost visible. When MinSeul woke up JinHyuk was the first to greet her.

            “I see that you are awake.” MinSeul takes a look around, “Do you know how to speak English or Korean?”

            “Where am I?” she spoke in Korean

            “You were brought here after you fainted.” He looked at his clipboard, “Do you know why you fainted?” MinSeul shook her head, “I looked into your family background and you guys don’t have any history of heart problem but apparently you suffered from something like a heart attack.” MinSeul was expressionless, “Park MinSeul-ssi, did you recently break up with someone or lose someone in your family?”

            “I have no one here…I’m alone.” Those were the last couple of words she said for the next couple of days.

            Jin Hyuk notice the nurse bringing out the tray of food from her room. He went and checked on it and the food wasn’t even touched. He walks into the room and she sat there watching the clock go silently.

            “Ms. Park, you have to eat something.”

            “There is no point.” She looks at him.

“How do you expect to get better if you don’t help your own body.”

“Dr. Choi, every time you come in here you always asked me the same questions. Like ‘Why I am here? Do I have a guardian? Why am I not taking care of myself?’ ” She looks down at her hands, “I was sent here by my parents because of my relationship I had back in Korea. I’ve been lied to my whole life. Even the ones that you think would make you happy for the rest of your life, and the ones you are supposed to be able to rely on.”

            “You’re suffering from Broken Heart Syndrome.”   

            “Is that supposed to make me feel better?”

            “I’m not kidding. I couldn’t find anything wrong with your heart.” He sighs, “But with your story I now understand.” He walked closer to her, “You need to look at the positive thing in your life. Starving yourself because you aren’t happy isn’t something you should be doing.”

            “I was basically abandon here.” She begins to tear up, “I love my boyfriend, but we were part of two different worlds. We were so close yet so far. Our status was of the same, but apparently people judge our compatibility.” The tears finally fell, “I lost the most precious thing that I could have had, the only thing that could of turn my world right-side up.” She looks at him, “How can I look at anything positive if it always become negative in the end.” He was weak to tears of a woman, JinHyuk was lost at what he was supposed to do.

            MinSeul suddenly felt a pair of arms around her. “MinSeul-ssi...if you really need to cry let it out now or you’ll probably never get a chance again.” With that she cried her heart out.

            A month or so afterwards MinSeul was brought back to the hospital after hearing the news of Goo Hara and JunHyung. She hospitalized for two whole weeks. JinHyuk took care of her and helped her recuperate.

            MinSeul woke up light headed. She looked up at the clock and saw that she had been out for almost ten hours. She felt a bump on the side of her head that was swelling, she also notices the new bandage on her arm. She took her bag and took out her phone to see how many missed call she had. Just right then a call came from B2ST’s manger phone.

            “Don’t pick that up.” She looked up and saw JinHyuk at the door with a food tray, “You need more rest than what you just had.” He took her phone and hung it up. He put her phone back in her purse and placed the tray on the table and rolled it to her.

            “What is this?”

            “Your food,” he looked at her, “Eat it. When we did the scan I notice that you didn’t have anything in your stomach, and it almost been half a day since you’ve been here.”

            “Thank you.” She took her spoon and ate it gratefully. JinHyuk sat there and watched her eat. She felt embarrassed but she knew that if she didn’t finish her food, he wasn’t going to let her leave even if she wanted too.

            “So,” he finally spoke up after she was done with her food, “do I have to ask this time or are you going to tell me?” MinSeul wiped and pushed the table aside.

            “My ex, he is here.” She didn’t look at JinHyuk, “I had a run in with him and a couple of his friends. I had a talk with his friend…” she paused, “I felt like it was my fault for everything.”         

            “How long before you fainted that you felt the pain?” she had a guilty look on her face.

            “Two days ago.”

            “Park MinSeul!” he was agitated, “How many times do I have to tell you that you can really die from this. This isn’t a drama that something magical can bring you back to life. If you die, you really are going to die.” MinSeul puts her spoon down and stops eating.

            “Have you ever thought about being suicidal?” she breaks the silence, “The only thing you think about is pain because it is only thing that you feel. Happiness doesn’t even exist. When pain isn’t even enough anymore, BANG!” she places her fingers like a gun up against her head, “Death is the only thing you’ll want.”

            “Are you saying you want to die?”

            “I would be lying if I said that I never did.”
