~Infinite Secret Santa 2013~ *Santas Revealed!*Summer Road Trip

Pairing : 2woo, donggyu (I choose donggyu)
Prompt : summer road trip (the two of them only!), hot weather, random petrol stations/supermarkets, cigarettes, snacks and so on
A big long summer vacation for INFINITE finally had come. Gonam already informed this to all of the members, and they had almost one month to have a refreshing time before they start to work like a crazy cow again for their next comeback.
Sungyeol, the most choding in INFINITE had a sudden plan to run away. On the second day of their long holiday, the other members couldn’t find him or Myungsoo in their room. Sungjong found a small note in Myungsoo’s table, and it explained everything.
Remember how Myungsoo said that he wanted to have a long trip just with Sungyeol? Yeah, he went to Jeju already with Sungyeol, and he said in the note that they will come back on the third day before the end of their vacation.
The second week, there’s another two members who are also missing from the dormitory.
“Hyung, mian. I will go with Sungjong to Sungjong’s house until the end of our holiday, and actually I already planned this for a long time with Sungjong.”
Sunggyu groaned when he heard it, and he turned to Woohyun and Dongwoo who looked at him confusedly.
“But why didn’t you tell us about this plan? Why? We also don’t have a plan for our holiday, and I…”
A hung up call sound could be heard from other side, and Sunggyu sighed a bit because of it.
“I guess your boyfriend left you for another girl, Dongwoo,” Woohyun slapped Dongwoo’s chest slightly and Dongwoo rolled his eyes a bit.
“So, both of you also have another plan to do? If yes, I guess I will just go back to home again and stay there until the end of holiday.”
Dongwoo and Woohyun looked at each other and they gave an awkward grin to each other.
Woohyun turned to Sunggyu and smirked.
“Gyu hyung….”
Woohyun walked slowly to Sunggyu’s place and Sunggyu threw a weird gaze to Woohyun.
“Mwo? What do you want to do now?”
Woohyun gave a big smile to Sunggyu, “Actually… I have another plan for this holiday…”
“MWO!?” Sunggyu moved a few steps back, looking Woohyun with his little hamster’s eyes and frowned forehead.
“So you'd leave me like that? Just like that?” added Sunggyu.
Woohyun smiled, “Mianhae, Gyuzizi. I just want to have a runaway trip by myself, and I already told to you right, that I really… really want to go to US by myself.”
“Like you can talk English by yourself,” Dongwoo gave his opinion with his rolled eyes.
“Oh?” Woohyun turned to Dongwoo, “Don’t you know that I’m the best one at English, when we went to US in our world tour?”
Now it was Sunggyu’s turn to roll his eyes because of Woohyun’s statement.
“Hoya did the best, and you? All you can do is that aegyo,” Sunggyu mimicked Woohyun’s heart action and he hissed before he sat beside of Dongwoo’s place.
Woohyun bit his lips, “BUT YOU LIKE IT, GYU GYU!!”
“So when will you go to US then?” asked Dongwoo slowly.
“Actually…”
“TODAY?!” Sunggyu blew up again and Woohyun grinned slightly.
Sunggyu moved his hand to Woohyun, giving some signals to him to go away quickly.
“Go, if you already had a plan.”
“Gyu hyung…”
“GO!”
“I will go if you say that you will not get too angry.”
“I WILL NOT GET ANGRY AND NOW GO AWAY.”
Woohyun pouted a bit, “If you’re still angry, I will not buy the lotion that I took before from you again.”
“Really?”
Woohyun nodded slightly.
“How many bottles will you buy for me?”
“How much do you want?”
Sunggyu frowned his eyebrows a bit, and he said, “10?”
“Okay, if you want that.”
Sunggyu’s eyes flinched a bit and Dongwoo chuckled for a while.
“He’s weak for a gift, indeed.”
“I’m not okay?!” Sunggyu turned to Dongwoo and Woohyun, “Go go. Your plane will not wait for you, okay?”
“Gyuzizi jjang!”
Woohyun grinned and he entered his room slowly to take his luggage, leaving Dongwoo and Sunggyu alone at the end.
“Should we just go to our own hometown, hyung?”
Sunggyu hissed, “I really don’t want to go to my home now. Just… want to try something new.”
“Me too, hyung.”
They both went blank together for a while when suddenly they looked at each other and grinned in the big one.
“Should we go for summer road trip?”

“Dongwoo ya, is the watermelon in the cool box already?”
Sunggyu walked out from the dormitory’s door, putting on his sunglasses slowly to cover his eyes from the sunshine. Dongwoo who had prepared for everything just grinned and nodded slightly.
“I already put one big watermelon on Gonam’s hyung coolbox. And ah, how about the small barbeque’s stove, and also Samgyeopsal?”
Sunggyu walked towards the green jeep that they would take for their road trip and nodded.
“I put it on that small box. Just check it first.”
Dongwoo opened the small box that Sunggyu meant and he nodded cheerfully.
“OKAY!” Dongwoo ran to the driver’s seat, and he sat on it silently. His hand moved to the key’s place, and he turned it to turn on the engine.
A loud sound came out from the machine, and Sunggyu frowned his eyebrows because of it.
“Is it safe to take this jeep?”
Dongwoo nodded and opened the door, “Get in quickly, hyung! It’s safe! Gonam hyung always uses this car to go for his road trips!”
Sunggyu slowly moved and got in to the car, and he looked around slowly for the car’s interior.
The car interior was just like another jeep. It’s quite messy, but still good for a long trip like what they wanted to take that day.
“Gonam hyung likes to take this car for his road trips?” Sunggyu turned to Dongwoo who fixed his white fedora on his black hair, “With whom?”
“His girlfriend, I guess,” Dongwoo grinned, “So? Should we start our trip?”
Sunggyu grinned and clapped his hands.
“Let’s go!”
Dongwoo and Sunggyu planned to go to a small beach near Naksan, and it would take them for 2 hours from their dormitory to there. They talked to each other to fill the empty space in their trip, and sometimes they put on some of their CDs and they sang their own songs, while changing their own parts.
But not even 30 minutes before they left their dormitory, Sunggyu felt something strange with their car.
“Ya, Dongwoo.”
Sunggyu’s call interrupted Dongwoo’s humming for a while.
“Don’t you think something’s weird with this car?”
“Ne?” Dongwoo turned to Sunggyu and Sunggyu leaned his head closer to Dongwoo’s place, trying to listen for some weird sound came from his side.
Sunggyu’s face already faced Dongwoo’s ‘little brother’ and it made Dongwoo flustered a bit.
“Hyung…”
“Mwo?”
“It looks so strange, hyung…”
Dongwoo blinked rapidly and he could felt his heartbeat going faster than before.
It made him so he couldn’t focus on his driving, and the car went to the left and right randomly.
Sunggyu felt a little bit dizzy because of it, and he turned to Dongwoo slightly.
“Drive well or both of us will die!”
“Just stop doing this hyung because people will see something strange from us.”
“What? Doing what?”
“This…” Dongwoo grabbed the steering wheel hard and he sent a slight gaze to Sunggyu’s head who was closer to Dongwoo’s pants.
Sunggyu finally noticed what Dongwoo meant, and he went back to his own place silently.
“Mian.”
Dongwoo took a deep breath and chuckled.
“I guess if someone looked at that, they will think that you're giving me a in the car, hyung.”
“I know,” Sunggyu rolled his eyes, “But still this car…”
Dongwoo put his ears well to find what Sunggyu meant, and he heard a clacking sound from the machine. He tilted his head a bit, and he noticed what’s wrong with the car at the end.
“Hyung…”
Sunggyu who still focused to find something wrong on the car looked around,
“Wae?”
“Do you want to forgive me and help me now?”
“Mwo?” Sunggyu turned to Dongwoo who grinned widely.
“What did you do?”
“I forgot to fill the gas tank…”

“I said to you, right? Remember to fill the gas tank…” said Sunggyu fiercely to Dongwoo who already stood outside and was filling in the gas tank slowly. He grinned and chuckled a bit, while rubbing his neck slightly with his right hand.
“Mian. I forgot because I was busy with the watermelon and the cool box there.”
“Forget it,” Sunggyu opened his sunglasses and turned his gaze to a small convenience store beside of the petrol station that they stopped by. Sunggyu turned to Dongwoo who looked tired, and he sighed a bit.
“Ya, Jang Dongwoo.”
Dongwoo lifted his head and tilted his head to Sunggyu.
“Do you want to drink something? There will be one hour more again, and I guess we can drink something fresh to make us cool.”
Dongwoo nodded and grinned.
“Can I ask for a can of beer, hyung?”
“In the morning? No.”
“How about hot coffee?”
“It’s too hard to drink it when you have to drive again.”
Dongwoo sighed a bit.
“So what do you want to buy for me, hyung?”
“Cold mineral water. Or orange juice.”
He always chooses the cheapest one, Dongwoo nodded and said, “Whatever you want to buy, just buy it hyung.”
“Okay,” Sunggyu jumped out from his seat and he walked to the small convenience store.
Dongwoo finished filling the gas tank before Sunggyu went back, and when Sunggyu got back to their car with two bottles of guava juice, they continued their trip again.
Sunggyu helped Dongwoo to open it, and Dongwoo drank it slowly.
“Aah… daebak.”
“Yeah, right?” Sunggyu drank by himself from his own bottle, “This guava juice is the best one.”
“But hyung,” Dongwoo chuckled a bit while driving to other side, trying to take another way to go to Naksan, “Don’t you think it’s really strange?”
“What?”
“Both of us. Usually we don’t go together, right? But now we're going on a day trip together.”
Sunggyu hissed, “Yeah. You always go with Hoya, and me always go with Woohyun.”
“Is there any INSPIRIT that ships us then?”
“I guess,” Sunggyu rolled his eyes after took another sip from his guava juice,
“But seriously, why do they make this kind of thing? Pair us like a couple or something…”
“Well, they like it, hyung. Just let it go.”
“But still…”
Dongwoo laughed a bit, “But hyung… I like it so much.”
“What? That pairing system?”
“Ani…” Dongwoo smiled, “This trip.”
Sunggyu tilted his head, “Wae?”
“Because I really want to go with you actually, but you always choose to go with Woohyun than me.”
“Really?” Sunggyu leaned his head closer to Dongwoo, “So you were upset at that time?”
“A little bit,” Dongwoo grinned, “Because I have been together with other members, but I haven’t went to somewhere with you, hyung. Just both of us.”
Sunggyu nodded and slowly, Sunggyu could saw a same scenery that he saw in the internet when he looked up beaches with Dongwoo.
“Oh?” Sunggyu sat properly, “So, did we arrive?”
Dongwoo turned to the same direction with Sunggyu’s eyes and chuckled.
“I guess, hyung. Let’s stop the car and check it if it’s right.”
Dongwoo stopped the car slowly on the left side of the street, and Dongwoo jumped out to find someone to ask for more information.
After he got an okay sign, he ran back to the car and he grinned to Sunggyu.
“This is the place?”
“Oh, hyung. Let’s go!”
Sunggyu and Dongwoo went to take all of their stuff and they went down to the beach sand, they arrange the stuff so they could got their place to sit, to cook some samgyeopsal, and to eat watermelon.
Dongwoo was the one who was responsible for the stove and so on, and Sunggyu was the one who was responsible for the small table and a big black cloth that they took from Myungsoo’ s room. They planned to use that big black cloth to be their place to sit on the sand, and maybe, lie down to take a rest for a while.
After 30 minutes, they were all well prepared to start their short lovely holiday.
Dongwoo cut the watermelon and gave a piece to Sunggyu who sat silently on his other side. Sunggyu took the watermelon, and ate it slowly. His eyes were still on the sea’s wave which ran crazily, trying to get to Sunggyu’ s place.
“Wah… this watermelon is really daebak,” Sunggyu hissed and turned to Dongwoo who ate the watermelon slowly too. He grinned and laughed a bit, “Thank you to Nam Woohyun who left the watermelon.”
Dongwoo and Sunggyu laughed together and after they finished the watermelon, they lie down slowly and silently on the big black cloth that Sunggyu put on the sand.
The sound of sea’s wave filled the emptiness between them, and a deep sigh came out from Sunggyu’s mouth.
Dongwoo’s eyes turned to Sunggyu and he smiled a bit.
“Hyung…”
“Wae?”
“Gomawo.”
“For what?”
Dongwoo smiled while his eyes went to the sky again.
“Fr being our leader. The best one.”
Dongwoo could heard Sunggyu’s hissing from other side.
“But still you all like to tease me, right? Even in the recording time…”
Dongwoo chuckled, “But you know we always are joking right?”
Sunggyu rolled his eyes, “But your jokes are sometimes too much.”
Dongwoo laughed and turned to Sunggyu who closed his eyes to enjoy the sound of wave better.
“So… our leader feels upset?”
“Forget it, and just go away now.”
An awkward silence was filling the air again, but now Sunggyu turned to Dongwoo who closed his eyes, like what Sunggyu did before.
“But Dongwoo…”
“Ne?”
“Thank you.”
Dongwoo turned to Sunggyu who smiled faintly.
“What’s wrong with you, hyung? Did you get hit anywhere on your head?”
Dongwoo laughed hard and made Sunggyu feeling upset suddenly.
“Ya forget it. Forget it!”
“Eyy…” Dongwoo grabbed Sunggyu’s arm and shook it cutely.
“Forget it, I don’t want to say it.”
“Ey hyung…”
Sunggyu sighed and turned to Dongwoo.
Thank you. Thank you for being the second oldest, and sometimes for being the one who is more mature than me. Thank you to keeping supporting me, and thank you for this one day crazy trip. I love you.
“Hyung.”
Sunggyu flinched a bit and he released his hand immediately from Dongwoo’s grip.
“Forget it, I will not tell you.”
“Wae?” Dongwoo tilted his head, “If you don’t tell me, I will do something to make you”
“What will you do?”
“I will examine your again like in the Weekly Idol.”
“What?” Sunggyu cocked one brow and made Dongwoo grin wider.
“You want to do what? Come here.”
Dongwoo stood up and moved back slowly, “I’m kidding, hyung. I’m kidding… you know it right?”
“I don’t know about it. YA! COME HERE!!”
Dongwoo ran quickly to avoid Sunggyu and Sunggyu ran following him, trying to catch him and give some punishment.
And they ended their discussion with a game of catch with each other, the threw each other to the water, and ate the samgyeopsal that they brought together.
“Hyung?”
“Mwo?”
“I love you.”
“Greasy Dino.”
“But you like it, right?”
A smile on Sunggyu’s face could be seen.
“Ya Jang Dongwoo.”
“Hm?”
“Let’s go to this kind of trip together again next time.”
“Oh? REALLY?”
Sunggyu nodded and Dongwoo clapped his hands cheerfully.
“Gyuzizi, I love you!”
“Enough.”
“Should I kiss you then?”
“ENOUGH.”

StarlightSpirit: Eeep this is so cute! The world really needs more Donggyu because these two are so good together and I loved this! Road trip fics are so good and you did good for such a short amount of time to write it! :)
