I heard a soft knock on my door but didn’t bother to pay attention to it. I’m tired and the last thing I wanted to do is to have a good sleep. I didn’t sleep quite enough because of thinking what Kai had said last night. I put my pillow above my head and the next thing I know is the footsteps of my mother and the dragging of my curtain which made me blind my eyes. “Mm.” I said when I still didn’t wake up. If I let my mouth speak, the sleep spirit will go away.

“Mishil.” She said patting my again. “Wake up. We need to go somewhere.”

“Do I really need to go there?” I said in a slurred voice. “I want to sleep more.” I said tucking myself in my blanket.

“You could relax there and you would definitely love the place there.” Even if I am not looking, I know that she is smiling. “It’s refreshing. You love the cliff and the sea right?”

“Mm.” I manage to response.

“Wake up now. We don’t want them to keep waiting.” I heard my mother walk outside.

“You can go. You can leave me here. I’ll take care the house.” I said in a loud voice for her to hear.

Just as I am going back to my sleep again. Just as I am starting to set off to dreamland, someone pull the blanket which made the air gushed into my skin. I curled automatically. “Eomma.” I whined. “Let me sleep.” I said in a soft voice. Then something made me really awake. Someone pulled my ankle dragging me out of the bed and pulling me at the floor. “Yah Eom--” he crouched down matching my stares.

“I guess you’re awake now.” He said.

“What are you doing here?” I said surprised. I didn’t notice that my hair is sticking out and we are still on the floor.

“Waking you baby.” He said as his eyes followed his fingers brushing on my exposed legs and then stopping on my knee. At that moment I felt shivers on my spine.

“ert.” I said kicking him on his knee when I regain my consciousness which earn a laugh at him. I stood up and get my towel and headed at my bathroom.

“Sorry you’re too beautiful in the morning.” Before I enter the bathroom, he grabbed me on my waist. “I miss you.” He said in my ear almost a whisper. He leaned down attempting to kiss me on my lips but I hurriedly cover it with my towel.

“I still have my morning breath. Don’t.” I said warning him. He chuckled like a kid then he kissed me on my forhead.

“Okay. I’ll just wait you downstairs.”

Once I closed the door, he knocked and said “Hey make it fast. We have been here for almost 30 minutes now.”

“OKAY!” I shouted. I feel a little bit relieved when I saw him this morning. At least what happened last night is nothing. I brushed my teeth while I stared at my reflection.

You know this is not right. If you don’t stop, it would get worse. “It is not I’m cheating one of them.” Definitely not because it is much worse than cheating. I wash my face still thinking.

We went in one van only using Kai’s dad van. I chose to sit beside the window while our parents chose to sit at the back seat. I put my bag beside me and close my eyes. Just as the van started to move, he sit beside me picking my bag and putting it on my lap. I glared at him but he just shrugged. “What? I can’t sit on my own van?” I rolled my eyes and look outside.

Just as the van stop because of the red light, I saw couple holding hand in hand. “What are you thinking?” he asked breaking my thoughts.

“I wish everything is just right.” I said not breaking my look on the couple. He followed what I am looking and I know he knows what I am talking about.

“It’s impossible. Isn’t it?” he said which made me look at him. He lean his head on his seat and close his eyes. “It has been always.” He said. I just look at him as his breathing became so slow. I take that as he’s sleeping. I look at the window again. Will it be possible that Kai will be the one who will give me away? Will he give me up? Or will it be me?

If he give me up to make everything right, will it be okay? Will I just let it go? I lean my head on my seat too and just as I was to put my arm on the arm rest, I saw his palm just open. More like waiting. If I chose Kai, Suho will be definitely hurt. If I chose Suho, why didn’t I think if Kai would be the same as Suho too. What I think is right when I choose Suho, I haven’t realize the times that Kai had also been through when he waited for me. Just like his open palm right now. He is waiting for me, not even asking my hand. It is still my decision if I would put it in his.

I slowly put my hand on his and before I even look at the window again I felt his hand close holding me. I look at him and saw how he’s ease on his position. I felt a tear rolled in my eyes. I’m sorry Kai for causing you pain until now. I’m sorry if you have to wait until this moment. I bit my lip so others won’t hear that I’m sobbing in this position. I close my eyes to stop myself from sobbing before others would notice that I am crying for no explainable reason. But I guess I’m wrong. He leans in and kiss my temple. His hand slowly travel on my back and pulled me. This made me sob more. I didn’t know that he’s awake.

“I will not leave you.” He said when I look at him. “remember that.” He hug me for almost 30 minutes before he finally release me and before we reach our destination. “Just tell me if I already need to stop.” I cried even more. Is he waiting that I would tell to break everything up with me? “Sleep baby. Stop thinking of what might probably making you sad.”

I went down the van and as I set my foot on the ground, the cool wind made my dress sway. “Hey! Let’s take a picture here.” Kai’s dad said. “It’s been a long time.”

“have we been here before?” I asked my mom.

“Of course silly.” My mom said.

“I don’t remember going here before.”

“Maybe. You and Jongin are still 3 years old before.” My mom said smiling while getting the camera on her bag.

“I met Jongin before?” I asked again.

“Don’t worry. I don’t remember it too.” He said smiling while he put his hat and put a fake glasses.

“I don’t get it why do you need to put it when it has no importance.” I said referring at his glasses.

“It’s important.” He said. “This made you fall in love with me more.” He said close in my ears when our eyes met, he winks at me.

“Picture.” His dad says setting the tripod and setting the timer of the camera. Just as he settled his position beside our, the camera click flashing. “Okay let the two kids have a picture of their own. You two.” His father said referring to us. He pulled my wrist which made me startled. “Okay. 1.2..” Just when his father said 3, before the camera flash he suddenly hold me in my waist.

SUHO’s POV

“Joonmyeon.” My father called me. I put back my phone and wonder why my fiancé is not even texting me today. “We are here for business meeting Joonmyeon. Don’t get yourself distracted.” I sigehed inwardly. I just hope that Mishil is here. I mean the place is beautiful for us. I stop my train of thoughts when I saw someone in a floral dress pass by. I don’t know if it is me or I really saw Mishil. Then a man followed him and that is when I saw it looks like Kai. “Joonmyeon. You don’t want to fail me again.” I look at my father. I actually don’t want this. I don’t want being held. I just want my father to recognize me as his own son.

“A-Appa. I’ll be back.”

“Joonmyeon.” My father shouted at me but I hurriedly run and follow them if they are really Jongin and Mishil.

MISHIL’s POV

I went on the cliff and saw the beautiful sea under it. I heard how the waves keep splashing on the hard rock. I spread my wings wide feeling the wind again like lifting me up. “Woo!” I shouted.

I felt him put his hand on my waist before joining my hands spread like in titanic movie. “You always do this.” He said.

“Mm. because I thought I would always fly.” I said.

“Ah. I can make you fly.” He said.

“What?” I creased my forhead at him.

“This.” He then lifted me up. I let out a scream when he lifted me up.

“yah put me down.”

“I thought you wanted to fly.”

“Can you make us fly together?” I asked a stupid question when I cupped his face and look at his eyes. He just reply me with his smile before he put me down beside the big oak tree near the edge of the cliff.

“Maybe not now.” When we are both sitting under the tree. “But maybe tomorrow.” He said hugging me again as we saw the clouds move in the sky. I stand up take a look at the sea again. He followed me behind. I walk inch by inch until I’m already at the edge so close. “Mishil be careful. You might lose your balance and fall down there.” He said worriedly.

“Isn’t it my specialty?” I joke but he took it so seriously. Just as I was to leave the place, he’s right I almost lose my balance. I thought I was going to fall down there but he’s fast pulling me.

“It’s not a good joke. Don’t ever do that.” He said. I let out my tongue at him and then flick his forehead.

“Kill joy.” I said and then run at him.

“Yah. Who are you to flick me.” He shouted and then chase me. Just as we were going to go down the cliff, my steps halted abruptly as soon as I saw the figure in front of me. “Gotch--”
