Wind
Kai from the SkyVery short update. I just need to separate this to emphasize the previous and next chapters because those are the turning points of the story. YES, the chapter after this is a crucial one :P Hmm, I wonder what's going to happen~^^
My eyes stayed glued at the scene before me for several seconds before I was able to come back to my sense.
There is a boy lying on my lawn. And he hasn't moved at all. Oh dear, could he be dead?
I ran out the house in my pajamas. When he was just a few steps away, I slowed down. What could have happened to him? Was he on the roof or something?
Still, he never moved.
I hurried to his side to check for bleeding or concussions. He seemed fine, but I'm pretty sure the impact hurt him enough to render him unconscious. A cold breeze began to blow and caused me to shiver. That was when I noticed that he was wearing pajamas too. He probably feels as cold as I do. He didn't look like a burglar at all. Maybe it's ok if I...
With much effort, I placed his arm around my shoulder and limped into my house. I was perspiring all over by the time I laid him on the couch. Try carrying an unconsious man around and you'll understand.
I went to the bathroom to wet a clean rag and came back to wipe his face with it. There were bits of mud and grass on his cheek. It was when I ran the cloth across his jawline that my breath was taken away. He was beautiful from afar. Upclose, he is perfect.
"Who are you?" I whispered, but was only answered by the hush of wind against the night.
Riiiiiing~
I smashed the alarm clock to stop wailing at me. It was time to get up, but I felt too groggy. Why do I feel like I've been up all night? What was I doing? Gah, too early to think. I'll probably remember later.
I trudged out of the bedroom and into the bathroom. My lids were still half-closed, but I managed to get there. Just as I was about to remove my pajama bottoms, I saw someone looking right back at me from in front of the toilet.
"Aaaaaaah! Who are you?!" I screamed.
He turned to look and returned the surprised scream before vanishing right before my eyes like a blowing wind.
