Knock! Knock! Kock!

The doors of the foul-smelling mansion opened.

"I told you I was right. You're here again"  The torches lit immediately as I entered.

"Welcome Euljis Blackard. Or should I call you by your present name? Jun?" His voice was being sarcastic. For a vampire prisoned here, he sure does have the attitude.

"You know why I'm here Lord Kei"

"Do I?" he burst into laughter.

"Can you really wake her up?" I'm persistent to wahe Andy up.

"Of course. Didn't I told you before?" He raised his brow and made a villainous grin. "But it will cost you something Jun."

"Name your price Lord Kei"

He made a wider grin. I clenched my fist. I think that this won't be easy to negotiate.

"Relax kid. I told you before that I need to get out here to wake her up."

"I can't do that! That's against the vampire law!"

"Then sorry Jun. Can't do you the favor"

"Is there no other option?"

"Well, If you're that desperate, bring her body here and I'll do it BUT a payment will be done."

"Which is?"

"You're not allowed to express feelings to her. Romantic or not. Once you fail to do it, I'll be taking your powers" and he smile widely.

"Fine! I'll return in a moment with her!"

I dashed out and started jumping from tree to tree. I decided something on my own and whren Andy finds out, she'll be sad... But I am selfish and just wish her to stay beside me. But is this decision going to be fine?

I can't let the council know I did a deal with that vampire. But how do I explain them about Andy's awakening?

I reached the mansion and got in through Andy's window. I silently carried her in my arms. It was dusk and vampires will start waking up so I hurried. Andy was still unconscious as I carried her to the cave mansion of Lord Kei.

"She's a real beauty eh?"

"Just do it before I change my mind!" I am really about to change my mind.

"Ooohh! Your blood is boiling too fast. Please.... You're so funny. Put her here" He pointed to a bed near him and candles were lit around it.

I slowly laid Andy's cold body and placed myself offside.

Lord Kei breathed deeply and closed his eyes standing across the bed. He began chanting words which Was unclear even for my vampire ears. He made a hand gesture shaped like a star and the candle flames started growing bigger engulfing the room. Do I stop him? But my body can't move a single inch!

Then the room suddenly became silent.

The chanting stopped and dancing flames also stopped engulfing the room. Everything was still.

What in the vampire world is going on?

10 minutes have passed and they he hasn't move yet. The canles were't melting and their flames were still not moving. Like a movie paused and left by the people people watching it.

But why can't I move too?

But I've got only one thing on my head now...

Her awakening...

Her smile...

Andy... Please wake up!!!
