Going back together
MY VAMPIREMorning finally arrived and my eyes were swollen and red. Waking up after that event was tiring.
"Hey, morning" Jun greeted me.
Oh right. I remember now. After Saneel disappeared, the guests went to their homes and was unsure if they're going to follow her words. Then I decided to rest before heading back home.
I was asleep on Jun's lap and we hadn't talked much.
"Morning" I stood up and went to changed my clothes and prepared myself to leave. My reflection looked horrible. I couldn't forget Saneel's face.
After Jun close the mansion's main door, we started to walk to the train station then I found an old lady selling roses and I bought 2 white bouquets.
"Can you come with me for a while?" and I headed to the graveyard of the little girl and her family. I knew Jun followed so I didn't worry much.
I placed one bouquet on their grave and prayed for their peace and happiness.
After my prayer, I went to walk in an empty grave site and engrave Saneel's name with the dagger which killed her twice. This was all I could do.
Then I burried the dagger deep and covered it again, gave my prayers and flowers and stood up.
I was startled when Jun grabbed my hand. I missed his cold hands. We both squeezed each other's hand and he kissed my forehead.
His lips were cold but I was happy to feel it once again.
"Let's go home" his voice, his smile... I want them all... I missed it a lot.
"Yeah"
We were able to get that early ride and we rode immeditely.
I was sitting beside the window and Jun was still clasping my hand with his.
Jun laid his head to my shoulder.
"Sorry but I need to rest for a while. I haven't got much strenght left"
"Sure. Take your time."
Although he was a vampire, I guess he's drained. Maybe he hasn't drank blood yet. I've noticed that he started getting weaker in the mansion.
I laid my head on his and closed my eyes too. We were both tired.
But I'm happy that he's here.
I'm happy that I'm still alive - as a human. But I wonder who the other 2 roses are.....
zzzzZZZZzzzz
