Chapter 43 : A day with clams and ghost stories?

SEHUN'S POV:

"Childhood friends?" We all looked up to the person who just spoke.

"A-ah. . Luhan oppa! What brings you here to our....sand castle?" ~~~~~ asked nervuosly.

"What do you mean Childhood friend with me and Sehun?" Luhan hyung asked in a flat tone.

"A-ah..." ~~~~~ lost words.

"Um. . Your umma knows about it Luhan hyung." I said while waving both of my hands.

"Wait. . That ring looks familiar." Luhan hyung said as he went near me and grabbed my left hand.

"Why do we have the same rings?" Luhan hyung asked me as he brought his left hand beside mine.

"M-mollaseo." I stuttered as ~~~~~'s eyes widen.

"You gave that to Sehun oppa when you left for China." ~~~~~~ said as her eyes widen 10 times than before when she realised what she called me.

"Bwoh?" Luhan asked her as he raised a brow.

"Omonim or may i say Mrs. Xi told me about the past. She told me that when you were in 2nd grade, you and Sehun were really close along with me but not as close as you two lovebirds right now. When you and your parents were going to China, you gave me this necklace right here and that right which Sehun is wearing right now." ~~~~~ explained as she showed Luhan her necklace and pointed at my ring.

Suddenly, Luhan hyung grew silent as his face was blank.

"Y-yah hyung, g-gwaenchana?" I asked him while patting his face.

Luhan looked at me with eyes that were really dark that showed no emotions.

"H-hyung, your scaring me." I said while moving 10 inches away from him.

And with a flash, Luhan hyung fell on the sand beside me with eyes closed.

"Y-YAH! Sehun carry Luhan to where our parents are!" ~~~~~ shouted as her face plastere a panic look.

I carried hyung bridal style, which was an awkard way to carry hyung.

I ran as fast I could but hyung wasn't helping since he was heavy.

"Hyung, if you weren't in this state right now. . . I would  have thrown you already." I mumbled to myself as I arrived to where our parents are and placed him on this chair which was long.

"Umma! Mrs. Xi!" I shouted as Mrs. Xi and Umma came in a flash.

"What happened?!" Umma exclaimed.

"Hyung fainted when he heard about the story of my ring and ~~~~'s necklace?" I said unsurely while rubbing my neck.

"Oh..." Umma said while getting a wet towel for Luhan hyung.

Mrs. Xi was fanning Luhan.

"Xī fūrén, nǐ yǒu... Àomiào! Lǔ hàn fāshēngle shénme shì?(Mrs. Xi, do ha- Omo! What happened to Luhan?)" Mrs. Hwang exclaimed in chinese which I didn't understand.

"Tā hūnle guòqù.(He fainted.)" Mrs. Xi replied back in chinese.

"Wèishéme?(Why?)" Mrs. Hwuang asked Mrs. Xi which made me out of place.

"U-uh...I guess I got to get going now." I sheepishly said while walking away heading back to the guys.

"Arasso." Mrs. Xi said as she continued fanning Luhan hyung while talking to Tao's mom.

I scratched the back of my head while being confused on what they were saying.

"I certainly need to learn chinese or what Luhan hyung calls it 'mandarin'" I said while sitting beside Kris hyung.

"What's the problem, Sehun-ah?" Kris hyung asked me as I pouted.

"I don't understand mandarin!" I cried as I started waling on the floor.

"It's alright." Kris hyung chuckled.

"....." I pouted while drawing circles on the sand.

"Yah! Lets try finding clams!" ~~~~~ exclaimed as she ran towards us with 8 buckets on her arms.

"Right now?" Suho hyung asked.

"Mmm." ~~~~~ nodded while smiling at us.

"Kaja!" Kai hyung exclaimed as he slung an arm around ~~~~~~.

"Wait! we will be separated by groups. Each group must have 2 people in it since Luhan oppa is not here." ~~~~~~ said as she stopped Kai.

"I'll be with ~~~~!" Kai hyung exclaimed.

"I'll be with IU!" I exclaimed.

"Suho." Kris hyung cooly said while he slung an arm on Suho hyung's shoulder.

"I'll be with Leo." Sunggyu hyung said while holding Leo's tiny hand.

"I'll be with Lay gege!" Tao hyung jumped in glee while hugging Lay hyung's arm.

"I'll be with Chen chen." Xiumin hyung said while linking arms with Chen hyung.

"I'll be with L.Joe." D.O hyung said as he smiled at him.

"I'll be with Baekhy." Chanyeol hyung said with his deep voice which didn't go with his face.

"Okay! Here's your bucket." ~~~~~~ said while giving our partners a bucket.

"Kaja!" Kai said as they both started to walk.

'Kai. . If you put your dirty hands again on ~~~~~. I'll rip your head off even if your my hyung.'

 

YOUR POV:

Kai and I started to find a spot on the water.

"Kai you'll be the one incharge of the bucket." I said while sitting on the water since it was low tide.

"Okay." Kai said as he sat beside me.

I started digging my hands and felt a hard thing.

I grabbed the hard thing and looked at it.

It was a. . . CLAM.

"Kai! LOOK! I found one." I happily exclaimed while showing it to Kai.

"That fast?!" Kai exclaimed while being shocked."

I nodded as I placed the calm inside the bucket.

"Start looking for one Kai!" I ordered as I continued digging with my bare hands.

"Gege~ Why are there no clams?" I heard Tao whine.

I chuckled as I imagined Tao acting like a 5 year old who is finding his toy.

As minutes past, I fould almost 15 clams.

"Found another one!" I proudly smiled as I place the clam inside the bucket.

"It's unfair!" Kai whined since he haven't found a single clam.

"It's okay Kkamjong." I said while finding another clam.

"Tch." Kai whispered as he suddenly felt stiff.

"Woah... It's big." Kai said as he looked on the sand infront of him.

He started pulling that big thing as he finally got it.

It was a BIG tyle of CLAM.

"WOAH! KAI, THAT'S THE BIGGEST CLAM I EVER SEE! DAEBAK!" I exclaimed as my eyes widen like saucers.

"YAY!" Kai exclaimed happily as he got his first clam.

"Your the best Kai!" I exclaimed as I hugged him.

Kai was somehow blushing which I didn't notice.

I broke the hug and continued finding one.

"How many clams have you all found?!" Kris oppa shouted.

"sixteen plus one big clam!" I exclaimed while not ripping my eyes of the sand.

"five!" Sunggyu oppa shouted.

"one!" Tao shouted happily.

"ten!" D.O and L.Joe shouted in unison.

"nine!" Chen shouted as I heard Xiumin syaing 'I'm going to eat you clams later. . bwuahahahahaha'

"eleven!" IU shouted.

"thirteen." Baekhyun shouted.

I felt two big hard things on the sand.

I started pulling it and got both of them.

I looked at it with big eyes.

"KAI! LOOK!" I said while shouting happily.

"DAEBAK!" Kai shouted while smiling at me.

I placed both of the big clams on the bucket.

I smiled back at him until Umma called us.

"Kids, lunch time!"

"Ne~" We all said as we stood up while bring out buckets.

We all started walking.

I could see the Kai is having a hard time carrying the bucket filled with clams.

I held the emptry side of the handle.

Kai looked at me with wide eyes.

"I'm helping you chocolate chip." I said while chuckling.

I heard Kai chuckling as we continue walking.

We arrived at the place where our parents were.

"Omo! What are you kids bringing?" Mrs. Zhang asked us.

"We have clams Mrs. Zhang." I said while smiling at her.

"Jinjja?" Her eyes sparkle.

"Mmm. We have lots of clams mama." Lay said while showing her each of our buckets.

"Wow, we'll have this tonight arasso?" Mrs. Zhang asked us.

"Ne~" We all replied.

I saw Luhan rubbing his eyes with a messy hair.

"Kyeopta. ." I mumbled to myself as a smile was formed on my face.

"Why are you smiling?" Chen asked me.

"Nothing~" I sang while smiling.

Suddenly I stopped my tracks when the sun hitted Luhan which made his beauty shine.

'Badump, badump, badump.'

My heart beated really fast.

I felt butterflies inside my stomach as I just shrugged it off but a thought hit me.

'Why is my heart beating fast? No....This can't be..'

I placed a hand on my chest and started thinking.

I shrugged the thought off as I went to the guys who were drooling over the food.

"YAH! Xiumin ge stop drooling on my GUCCI!"

"Kai stop putting your dirty hands on ~~~~'s picture!"

"Chen stop spitting your juice on my face!"

"Kris stop being such a meanie!"

"My candy ith THOLEN!"

All of the attention was now on Leo.

"H-he has a lisp." Kris stuttered with his eyes wide open.

The other's hanged their mouth open.

"Tsk tsk tsk, you guys are so noisy. Your noise was up to there." I said while pointing the part where I stood.

"Not our fault." Chanyeol said smugly which received a smack from Baekhyun.

"Kids, you may start eating now." Our parents said as we started eating.

We shared our talks and laughters with each other.

I stole a glance at Luhan who was smiling and laughing beside Lay.

'Badump, badump, badump.... YAH! Stop beating so fast! -.-'

 

>>FAST FORWARD<<

 

Everthing went fast.

Its already 6:10 pm.

Right now we're around this camp fire.

"TIME FOR GHOST STORIES!" Tao screamed by the sudden announcement of Kris and Suho.

"G-ghost stories?" I asked them as I clutched on the hem Sehun's sweater.

"Yep." Suho said casually as he sat down beside Kris and D.O.

"Ok." I said while getting nervous all of the sudden.

"Okay, it happened in a beach somewhere here in Seoul. There was a news on the early 80's that there was a couple who was pushed by the cliff. As police were inevestigating, they didn't know that they were in a wrong spot..." Suho was cut-offed when Tao and Xiumin started screaming like little girls.

"Yah! Stop shouting." Kai hissed as he brought his attention back to Suho.

"As I was saying, they were in a wrong spot. The spot they were staying was a place where alot of couples die. In a flash, all of them were killed. They said that spirits are roaming around every night when there is full moon which we're having right now. ." Suho paused and pointed at the moon.

"They said that you'll be hearing loud screams every night whether you are in the beach where it happened or not. So, all of you must be careful or not you'll be the next victim." And with that Suho ended his story.

"KYYAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!" Tao, Xiumin and I started screaming when someone covered our eyes.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" I heard them laughing as the person removed their hands.

I looked at the person and pouted.

"Ha-ha. Very funny." Tao and I said in chorus as we crossed our arms.

"Okay, whose next to tell a story?" Suho asked.

"Me!" Baekhyun said as he raised his hand.

"Okay." Suho oppa said.

"It happened at a certain school. . .Le Dweul University. It was said that there was a time where students were killed at night time. They said that the school was a cementery at first and it became a hospital then it became a school.." Baekhyun paused for awhile.

"So, there was a time when the III class A was dismissed at 9 pm. Everyone in the class hurried out as they were tired. A girl name Sunmi was somehow bumped by one of her classmated which made her pick all of her stuff that was on the floor. When she got all of her stuff, her phone rang. She answered the call and talked to her umma for how many minutes. When they finished talking, she noticed that she was the only one left. So she hurried and went inside the elevator.." Baekhyun was interrupted by Kai.

"They have an elevator?" Kai asked.

"Yes." Baekhyun said firmly.

"UNFAIR!" Tao exclaimed.

"Why do they have elevators while us have STAIRS!?" Tao continued.

"Mollaseo." Kai said while Baekhyun was waiting for them to finish.

"As I continue, She pressed the button for lobby. She prayed that the elevator would go alittle bit faster since it was already 9:20 pm and her parents were worried about her. As the elevator was already on the 4th floor, the elevator stopped functioning. She started to worry since the lights were out. She pressed the emergency button and said that she needed help. There was a voice who answered her and told her that he/she will be sending three people. The girl wondered why three people? As minutes pass, she started to feel uncomfortable. She felt like someone was behind her. Before she could look from behind, somehow choked her. She tried here best to remove that person's hands from her neck. Finally, the hands were gone. She looked around and started to get scared. Again, someone choked her but it was stopped when the elevator started moving again. ." Baekhyun paused as he drank his bottle of water.

Beads of sweat were forming on my forehead along with Xiumin who was biting his nails and Tao who was hugging Xiumin's left arm.

"As the girl arrived at the lobby, she noticed that nobody was there and all of the lights were dead. She started to run towards the exit until someone choked her and killed her. The next day, the police investigated the school and found nothing. . even the girl's BODY." Baekhyun ended his story there.

Lay was looking calm along with D.O, Suho, Kris, IU, L.Joe, Sunggyu who was comforting the crying Leo, Chanyeol and Chen.

Sehun and Luhan were just sipping their bubble tea which I have no idea where they got it.

"Look at Tao, Xiumin and ~~~~~." Kris said while smirking at us.

"You guys scared?" Suho asked us while raising a brow.

"A-ani." I tried not to stutter but failed.

"Jinjja?" Kai said while smirking at me.

"Ne!" I said while glaring at him.

"Whatever you say.." Kai said.

"KYAAAAAAHHHHH!"

We heard a scream from afar as we stared at each other with wide eyes like saucers.

"W-what was t-that?" I asked while clutching harder on Sehun.

"M-mollaseo." Lay said while sweating.

"W-was your story hyung REAL?" Baekhyun asked while looking at Suho nervously.

"W-well. . Yes." Our eyes widen at the answer of Suho and started screaming.

"WAAAHHHHH!"

"KYAAHHHHHH!"

"WE'RE GONNA DIE!!!!!!"

"WHAT?!" We all shouted at Xiumin.

"WE'RE GONNA DIE!!!" Xiumin wailed.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" We all screamed again.

"Yah! What's going on here?!" a voiced asked

". . . ." we looked at the person.

"KYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" We screamed our lungs out as we saw someone with a flashlight on their face.
