CHO KYUHYUN’S POV

“Is everyone ready? We should go now.” Manager hyung shouted as he gathered everyone in the living room. He pointed his finger at us and starts counting, “Hana, dul, set, net*…. Where’s Ryeowook?” Our manager hyung always count the number of members before we set off everywhere.

“I think I saw him going to the kitchen just now?” Donghae hyung said, while checking on his bag to see if he left anything in his room.

Ryeowook hyung came out from the kitchen carrying a tray with a pot and cups on it - just right when manager hyung is about to find him. “I am here. I brewed tea for everyone, because it’s cold outside.” He smiled caringly and starts to give each cup for everyone.

All members are still sleepy; it’s early in the morning and we haven’t had our breakfast yet so without saying much, everyone took one cup and starts drinking it. Yeah, we are like kindergarten students who are lining up to get foods given by teacher – only here in the dorm, we don’t line up of course.

Manager hyung shook his head, but he didn’t say anything because he knows Ryeowook hyung as well as the members do.

Ryeowook hyung also offered him a cup of tea and he mouthed ‘gomawo’ before quickly drinking it.

“Alright, can we go now?” Manager hyung asked and glanced at his watch before seeing Ryeowook hyung going to the kitchen and hurriedly say, “Ryeowook-ah, don’t wash the cups. Let the dorm ahjumma do it, we should go now.”

“Ne~” Ryeowook hyung came out again from the kitchen after putting the cups on the sink. He put on his backpack and all of us go out of the dorm after manager hyung counts the number of members once again.

“Aish! I forgot to bring my phone’s charger!” I tapped my forehead. The lift we are using is going downstairs. “Donghae hyung~ didn’t you borrow my charger yesterday? Where did you put it?”

“I returned it to you last night.” Donghae hyung replied lazily as he rubbed his right eyes.

“I couldn’t find it anywhere?”

“I put it on the desk in your room, though.” The lift’s door is opened and we have arrived in level 1.

Sungmin pressed the open button and let the members go out first. “I’ll help you to find it. Let’s go up again now.”

But manager hyung put his left hand in between the lift’s door just when Sungmin is about to press the close button. “The van is waiting.” Manager hyung said, looking at both of us. “We’ll be right back, hyung. 5 minutes?” I pleaded.

Manager hyung let out a sigh, but then he took out the dorm’s key from his bag and handed it to Sungmin. “5 minutes.” He reminded.

“I’ll find it in Donghae hyung’s room. Maybe he didn’t return it to me.” I told Sungmin.

“Geurae, I’ll find it in our room, then.”

I stride towards Donghae hyung’s room as soon as I walked in to the dorm. I look for my charger on his table, but what I found are only some personal belongings of Donghae hyung such as photo frames, fans’ gifts, some souvenirs from overseas, combs, and some vitamins.

I riffled through the lyrics papers on his bed, and I still can’t find my charger.

Aish, where did Donghae hyung put it?

“Kyuhyun-ah! Come here.” I heard Sungmin calling from our room. I tidy up the lyrics papers and put it on the Donghae hyung’s table before closing the door and leave his room.

“Did you find it?” I asked as I walked into the room.

“Oh.” Sungmin replied, but I see an odd expression in his face. “Your charger is on the table, among the laptop and other gadgets' chargers.”

“Oh, jinjjayo? Whoa, gomapta, Sungmin-ah!” Ignoring his expression, I took the charger happily and put it in my bag.

“Kyuhyun-ah.” Sungmin called again.

“Ne? Wae?”

“Neo… heoksi*… are you hiding something from me? I mean, from us?” His tone of voice sounded serious. And worried.

What is he trying to say? “Musun marieyo*?” I frowned.

Then, without saying anything, Sungmin pulled out the drawer. He grabbed a small clear plastic and showed it to me. “Whose pills are these?”

Ah, Shin’s vitamins… Her vitamins that I found in Sungmin’s car several months ago and at that time I thought that it’s Sungmin’s and he is sick... But then it turned out to be Shin’s vitamins.

“It’s Min Jung-ssi’s.” I replied.

“Mwo?”

Sungmin looks doubtful. “Why? Something’s wrong?” I asked, feeling a bit worry for no reason now.

“Ani, do you know what pills are these?” He asked back.

I was about to answer when Sungmin replied his own question. “I’m not sure…” He’s more like talking to himself. “But Sungjin sometimes bought pills for his girlfriend’s mom, and I have seen the pills several times. It’s similar to these.” He holds up that small plastic.

I didn’t say a word, waiting for him to continue.

“Kyuhyun-ah, is Min Jung suffering from heart disease?”

Hello! Thank you so much for reading & subscribing <3 Much love for everyone! Hehe I’m currently busy with exams, but I’ll try to update at least once a week to end the story faster (because it has been almost 2 years since I started chapter 1, wow O.O) Now I’m already thinking of the last chapter, and I need everyone’s opinion.

Do you want the story to have a happy/sad ending? I already have ideas for both happy and sad endings, but I think it’ll be great to ask for your opinions :D So please vote by commenting below! happy or sad ending? ^^
