It’s been a week,

It’s been a week since the last I saw her.

And the worse thing is, she doesn’t even bother to contact me.

“I’ll be busy this week. Take care of yourself. “ She told me the last time we had a call; that’s on Christmas day.

“You won’t be coming here for one week? Shin! You have to take care of me when my arm is still hurt. My arm is like this because of you.”

“I know. Mianhae~ anyway, call me if you have something to ask for. Or when you feel sick.”

And our conversation end there.

It’s been a week, and I haven’t receive a message nor a call.

“Kyuhyun-ah, stop staring at your phone or it will break soon.” Yesung hyung said as he walked towards his room. He opened the door, and turned his head back. “Ah. Take a bath and get changed. We are going to have a dinner together outside.”

“Ah~ I’m too lazy to get out. It’s so cold.” I answered.

“You’re too lazy to go outside because you want to stay here and wait for Min Jung’s call?” Donghae hyung suddenly came out of nowhere and sit cross-legged on the floor near me.

I throw a stare at him. Am I that obvious?

“Here~ have some fruits.” Ryeowook hyung came bringing a plate full of small-cutted apples and pears.

Meanwhile, Eunhyuk hyung is right behind him. He took two slices of apples at once with a fork and put it in his mouth.

Both hyungs are now sitting cross-legged together beside Donghae hyung.

“Girls… they won’t call you first. You should be the one to take initiative.” Eunhyuk hyung said after he has finished munching apples.

“I’m not waiting for a call. What’s with you guys?” I grabbed Eunhyuk hyung’s fork and took a slice of apple.

“Ya! We have been living together for how many years? Do you think it’s possible that we don’t know what’s in your mind?” Eunhyuk hyung keep on trying to make me talk.

I took another slice of apple and leave the living room without saying a word.

“Kyuhyun-ah, I don’t want to cook tonight so take a bath and change quickly!” I heard Ryeowook hyung’s voice before I close my room’s door.

SHIN MIN JUNG’S POV

Days passed so fast. Today is the last day of our ballet practice. We will have a small showcase tomorrow. Seonsaengnim held this showcase on purpose; it’s to show the teaser of the ballet concert that will be held two weeks later.

“Here.” Dong Wook oppa handed me a bottle of water. “It’s 4PM, you need to take your vitamin now.”

“Oh! Oppa, gomawo~” I smiled.

Being together for 5 hours a day in a week, Dong Wook oppa has memorized my medicine taking schedule.

“Ah~ I’m nervous.” I said.

“Waeyo?” He glanced at me while he’s drinking water.

“We will back on stage tomorrow… after 2 years….” I let out a sigh.

“Yeah, I’m quite nervous too. Being able to dance on stage together with you again, it’s like a dream.” He smiled.

“Can we do it?” I mumbled, feeling worry.

“Of course we can. Eyyy~ Why is Shin Min Jung like this? Where is my 2 years ago full-of-optimism Shin Min Jung?”

2 years ago Shin Min Jung… she is not here anymore. She has left, two years ago…

“Guys?” Yerin seonsaengnim knocks the door.

“It’s not locked, seonsaengnim.” Dong Wook oppa answered.

“Sorry guys for interrupting.” She walked into the room. We’re in a backstage room where dancers out their outfits, make-up stuffs and etc.

Dong Wook oppa took a chair and let her sit. “Your hoobaes want to have a dinner together tonight, and they want you both to join. What do you think?”

“Sounds good.” I said. “We’ll be going.”

“But I thought I haven’t said anything?” Dong Wook oppa look at me, raising one of his eyebrows.

“I know oppa will be going if I go too.” I grinned.

Seonsaengnim smiled and holds my right hand. She grabbed oppa’s left hand and put it together.

When I looked at her in confusion, she starts talking. “I am so happy to see you guys again. You guys are my ‘gold pair’. You know, in ballet, not everyone can be paired so perfectly. You guys have the same amazing talent, have the same desire, the same spirit, and the same passion in ballet. And the most important thing is, you guys have the same feelings for each other.”

“I have seen a lot of pairs in all my life teaching ballet. A lot of them have talents, have passion, but too badly they don’t like their pairs. When dancers are paired together, they are supposed to dance together to complete each other. Most of them don’t do it that way. They see their pairs as their competitors. Or even worse, they hate their pairs because they think their pairs are better than them. Their feelings don’t match, that is what destroys everything.”

“The reason why I bring this up… You guys might have guessed it. Yes, I want you guys to stay. Join in my ballet team. Let’s have a world tour and show the world who you guys are.” Seonsaengnim exchanged glance with me, then she looked at Dong Wook oppa.

“Of course I won’t force you guys. But please think and consider about this carefully.” She smiles and stood up.

“Alright, let’s have our very last practice now. The other dancers are waiting outside.” She walked towards the door and open it.

“Ah!” She glanced at her watch. “We’ll have dinner at X Restaurant at 7PM. I’ll let everyone go home earlier tonight.”

CHO KYUHYUN’S POV

“Kyuhyun-ah, you are not packing yet?” Sungmin asked as he took out two thick coat from the cupboard.

Super Junior-M is going to attend a TV Concert in Nanjing tomorrow.

My arm is still injured, but I can’t be absent too long so I decided to join.

“I’ll just pack later.” I replied.

“Is your arm okay?” Sungmin asked again.

“Hmm.”

“You are not going to have dinner with us? Min Jung is probably busy that’s why she can’t contact you… why are you being so sulky?”

“I am not.”

“See? You are being sulky now.”

“Aish. Alright, alright. I’ll have dinner outside with hyungdeul.” I grabbed my towel and walked towards the bathroom. “Where are we going?”

“X Restaurant. Siwonnie has reserved a table for us.”
