“What is it?” I said as I close the door. “Ani, I got to attend a party tomorrow. A formal party. Eomma said we'll be meeting her best friend; the host of the party and she'll also introduce me to-” “Introduce you to a girl?” I cut Sungmin's words. “Hmmm. Honestly I don't know what to do. It'll be so awkward.” Sungmin said. “It's okay, Sungmin-ah. Just assume this is an ordinary party~” I replied. “Aish.” Sungmin sighed. I turn off my psp and put it on a small table near my bed. “But didn't you told me you wanna find a girlfriend and get married just like other people do? Here's your chance.” I . Sungmin glanced at me and sigh once more. “Yeah. But I'm also not in a hurry to get married~ I don't like matchmaking.”

Aigo. Pity Sungmin. “Just assume you're finding a new friend. After all, this is the first time your eomma try to introduce you to a girl. Who knows that girl is your type? Besides, you get along with girls pretty well.” I cheered him. “Yeah, I hope so. I'm just.... you know, nervous.” Sungmin said.

Company is closed today. All staffs are busy with Sparkling Pearl's anniversary party-some of them even standby in the hotel since afternoon to make sure everything is okay.

It's still 6PM, the party will start in an hour but some reporters are here already. After we arrive, a reporter approach eomma and ask her some questions related to the company-it must be for the newspaper news.

I step in to the ballroom and see some hotel staffs checking the microphone, stage equipment and the light effects. Hmmm, seems like everything's ready. “Min Jung!” I turn around and see Yoon Hee waving. I wave back as she walk closer to me. She's wearing a y purple long gown with dark blue and yellow studded stone covering her gown on the belly part. Her naturally curly hair styled to the left side and there's a pretty purple flower tucked on her right ear. She's so gorgeous!

“Aww, Min Jung you look stunning tonight!” Yoon Hee look amazed. “Geurae? I feel weird.” I smirked. Well, the truth is I feel I look like the evil stepmother in fairy tales. I'm wearing a long sapphire blue gown which is strapless on one side with pearl studded stone covering the gown on the chest part. My long straight hair is styled neatly up and for the last touch, the hair stylist put a hair ornament which look like a crown on it. “No of course not!” Yoon Hee laughs. “You're so beautiful!”

“Gomapta. You're the one who look amazing tonight.” I replied. She blushes. “Anyway, some guests are coming. I'll go and greet them.” She patted my arm and go to the ballroom's front door.

The commissioner, director, finance manager, and all the officials in the company come one by one. It's nearly 7PM, more reporters and guests are coming too but I don't see Donghae.

“Min Jung-ah, I heard that Donghae will be the guest for tonight?” Yoon Hee ask. I nodded. “But why is he not coming yet? It's almost 7.” I bite my lower lip. This donghae really....

“Hey girls! I'm not late, right?” Donghae tapped our back. We turn around to nag him but then, “Wow. Both of you........” He look....amazed? lol his face look so funny! “Erase that stupid expression, fish. You look so funny.” I burst out laughing. “Ya! What do you mean by stupid expression?” Donghae pouted. “Okay, okay. Now go to the backstage over there and get ready. You'll be the opening guest.” I push him-telling him to go. “Arasseo.” Donghae smiles. “Anyway, both of you look so beautiful tonight.” He whispered and wink before he walks away.

“Aigo~ that Donghae thinks we're gonna fall for that.” Yoon Hee said.

The party starts 15 minutes after Donghae comes. Me and Yoon Hee were just seated when she exclaimed, “Min Jung-ah! Over there! Isn't he Eunhyuk from Super Junior?” Yoon Hee pointed. Ah! Donghae told me he'll bring him. “Yeah. Wait a minute.” I said and I walk towards Eunhyuk-ssi.

“Eunhyuk-ssi. Annyeonghaseyo.” I greeted and bow a bit. “Oh, annyeonghaseyo.” He greeted back. “Donghae is at the backstage. You can go there if you want.” I tell. “Nahh it's okay. I'll just sit.” He smiles.

I walk back to my seating place, while Eunhyuk-ssi seats on guests seating place. “Why don't you ask him to sit with us?” Yoon Hee whispers. “I saw him just now and seems like he look more handsome in the real life?” I pretend not to hear what did she said. Duh, this fangirl.

Yoon Hee was about to talk to me again when... “Min Jung-ah.” Eomma called and wave to me-asking me to come towards her. Thanks eomma! You called me on the right time! “Chahmsimahnyo*” I said.

I walk towards eomma and see she's talking with a woman... Oh, she's the one I met on the cafe. She's with a younger man... Oh?! It's Sungmin-ssi?

“Annyeonghaseyo.” I greeted the two guests. Sungmin-ssi greeted back and he seemed surprised. Eomma and his eomma introduce the two of us and we do formal introduction. His eomma is quite friendly and she says she hope both of us will get along well. From her body language I know she's obviously try to match me and his son. Well, eomma too. Eomma seems to like Sungmin-ssi much.

After we talked a bit, eomma and Sungmin-ssi's eomma said they've got something to do so they'll just leave me and Sungmin-ssi. The atmosphere between us become a little bit awkward after they left but fortunately the MC says it's the time for the performance from our special guest (which certainly is Donghae), so I decided to watch the performance.

Before the performance starts I introduce Sungmin to Yoon Hee and Yoon Hee look so happy~ kekeke.

“You're like a queen and beautiful I just can't be without you girl~” Donghae appears on the stage. “Oh? It's Donghae. I didn't knew he is here.” Sungmin said in a soft voice-seems like he's talking to himself, but it's loud enough for me to hear so I ask, “Sungmin-ssi, you didn't know?” He nodded. “I knew he's going to a party too but I didn't knew it's the same party.”

“Ah.” I nodded. After that we don't talk anymore. I look at Donghae who's performing on stage. Hmmm, if you want me to admit, he look handsome and charming though. He looks different on stage and off stage.

I look around and realize no one is talking. Everyone's attention is to Donghae who's on stage. Seems like everyone has been fascinated by him.... “Coz you are so beautiful~” Donghae took a rose (I don't know when & where he got it) and he go down from the stage. I hear some cheering sound from the girls staff xD

“nal sumsuiga haneun ne ibseul saranghandanmal oh~” Donghae start walking towards our seating. “Coz you are so beautiful~” I realize Donghae is looking at Yoon Hee! “nae geoteman meomulreo~” Donghae stop and knee down in front of Yoon Hee. “My beautiful~ my beautiful~ oh-oh” Donghae gave her the rose and kiss her hand. EWWW YOU'RE SO CHEESY, FISH. I'm so gonna after this! Kekeke~ but wait. I think I see something in Donghae's eyes. Something different. The way he look at Yoon Hee. “Shigani heulreoddo naiga deuleodo~ saranghae saranghae kamsahae kamsahae~”

Oh! Don't tell me Donghae is falling for Yoon Hee? I look at his eyes one more time and I'm so sure there's something different in the way he look at her.

Donghae go back to the stage, and after the song finished he bow once and go to the backstage. “Min Jung-ssi.” Sungmin whispered. “Yes?” I don't know why but I whispered too. “I think Donghae likes your friend.” “Really?” I want to tell Sungmin-ssi that I also feel the same but since I'm still unsure, I only replied, “But that's impossible, cause the three of us are childhood friends.”

*Chahmsimahnyo* means = wait a minute.
