SHIN MIN JUNG’S POV

Being nice for a night doesn’t turn Cho Kyuhyun into a white horse prince.

We went to the supermarket today, and guess what he did?

“Shin, take this.”

“Shin, take that.”

He paid for all the groceries of course, but in the end he even asked me to bring all the stuffs into his car. ALL.

When I told him he should be the one carrying the stuffs since he’s the man, he said his right hand is still injured so he couldn’t carry anything that is heavy.

Aish.

Cho Kyuhyun, you’ll see my revenge.

I’ll cook something that you can’t eat with one hand. Like… steak?

Or I’ll make pasta or spaghetti and I’ll put lots of pepper inside…

Kkk or- “Shin.” He called, stopping me from my evil mind.

“What?” I replied, trying to sound like I’m annoyed.

Well, in fact I’m REALLY annoyed.

“Let’s just have our lunch outside today.” He said, as if he knows what I was thinking.

Kyuhyun-ssi-I mean, Cho. Yep, I’m going to start calling him Cho right now. Who cares if it’s inappropriate and blah blah blah I really hate this guy!

So well, he drove us to a small restaurant in Cheongdamdeong, and woah it is damn crowded!

“It’s so crowded here. Let’s go to the other restaurant.” I said.

“I always got a table here.” Cho replied, while trying to park his car.

Geez. What will he do now?

Force the waitress to let him in? Does he think that he could just go in if he forces the waitress to let him in?

After wearing his cap and mask, both of us walk together towards the front door of the restaurant.

“Excuse me.” He said while trying to squeeze in between the crowd and cut the queue.

I ducked while walking behind him to avoid people’s gazes. Oh, this is so embarrassing.

“Excuse me, excuse me.”

We are still walking amongst the crowd with difficulty when he suddenly stops, and my poor head hits his back.

“Ouch! What are you doing?!”

Tsk. Cutting the queue is already embarrassing and difficult enough, why did he stop walking in the middle of queue like this now?!

“Oh, oppa! Wasseoyo?” I heard a girl voice. Oh, he is talking to Cho?

I had to stand on tiptoe to peek behind his back. The girl looks familiar to me but I don’t know who is she.

“Mmm.” He nods. “Can I have a table for two, please?”

“Do you even need to ask?” The girl smiled. “I’ll deal with these starving costumers for a while.”

I don’t know it’s because Cho is a loyal customer or he is close to the restaurant’s owner, but Cho just come in and walk into the restaurant as if it is his house.

We sat in the corner so no one would notice us.

“Kyuhyun-ssi, wasseoyo?” An ahjumma with friendly smile walked towards our table.

“Ah, annyeonghaseyo, ahjummeoni.” He gets up and bows down, greeting the ahjumma.

“Oh? Is this your girlfriend?”

“Aniyo.” He shook his head. “This is my… friend, Min Jung-ssi.”

Friend? Well yeah, friend. But I never consider him as my friend though, he’s just like… err, I don’t know. An evil stranger(?)

I exchange greetings with the ahjummeoni who turns out to be the girl’s mother, the owner of the restaurant.

The ahjumma goes back to the kitchen after taking our orders. I thought it’ll be awkward between us because I don’t know what to say, but then the girl who approached us earlier comes to our table.

“Oppa~ I thought you came with Sungmin oppa?” She said.

“Ani, I come with a friend.” He replied.

She knew Sungmin oppa? Then she must be a fan or someone related to Super Junior?

“Ah~~” She looks at me. “Oh! Min Jung sunbaenim?” She looks in disbelief.

Eh? “I’m sorry, but do you know me?”

“Of course.” She nods. “I’m Jung Hee, your ballet hoobae.”

Ah… no wonder she looks familiar!

“Oh, annyeonghaseyo~ please have a seat.” I greeted.

“Nah it’s okay, I won’t be long.” She said, smiling. “Min Jung sunbaenim, I’m so glad to see you. I… am a fan. Seonsaengnim told me I should learn a lot from you.”

Aww, she is such a sweetheart.

“Kamsahamnida.” I smiled.

“Ah! Oppa, how did you get to know Min Jung sunbae?”

Cho looks at me and smirks. “We met through destiny.”

”Oooh~ how romantic is that~” she squeals. “are you two a couple?”

“Aniyo. It’s not like that.” I shook my head. Couple? With this guy? Heol…

“Really? Ah~ I know right. You look good together with Dong Wook sunbae though, Kyuhyun oppa just need to find another girl, kkk”

“Dong Wook? Nugu?”

“Min Jung sunbaenim’s partner. Eh, I mean for the ballet performance. But both of them look real though.” Jung Hee explains happily.

Maybe it’s just my imagination but his facial expression changed after Jung Hee said Dong Wook oppa is my partner. I try to ignore him and talk to Jung Hee. When I glanced at him again, I noticed that his expression is back to normal.

So maybe it’s just my imagination?

The foods we ordered came not long after that.

She nods and left.

CHO KYUHYUN’S POV

“Dong Wook? Nugu?” I asked.

Donghae hyung, Sungmin, nor Min Jung has ever talked about this name before. But since Jung Hee said this guy looks good together with Min Jung…. Wait. Why do I want to know anyway?

“Min Jung sunbaenim’s partner. Eh, I mean for the ballet performance. But both of them look real though.” Jung Hee explains.

Partner.

I never know Shin has a partner.

But it has nothing to do with me. Not my business.

Why Jung Hee has to stay here, though? It’ll better if she doesn’t tell me about that Dong Wook guy.

Gosh. Cho Kyuhyun. Why am I blaming other person…

“Aigo, the food is here. Enjoy your food~ I’m going to serve the customer first, call me when you guys need something.” Jung Hee smiled.

“Jalmeokgeseumnida*!” We both said, and we start having our lunch without saying a word.

I guess the atmosphere got awkward because of Jung Hee?

“Oh look. Isn’t that Sungmin oppa?” Shin said, gesturing his head. “The other members are here too.”

I turned my head and saw the members are walking towards the table 3 rows behind us.

“Should we ask them to sit with us?” Shin asked.

“No.”

“Waeyo? They are your members.” Shin gives me a weird look.

“Ani. Stop asking and eat your food. Didn’t you said that you need to go to work today? You can just go after this.” I replied.

“Weirdo.” Shin mumbled.

LEE SUNGMIN’S POV

The members and I went to Jung Hee’s restaurant to have lunch. It was so crowded as always, but we managed to get a table, as always.

“Just order the usual menu, ppali. Oppa is starving.” Eunhyuk said.

Jung Hee nods and goes to the kitchen to order, and she comes back to our table in a second.

“Oppadeul, it’s a surprise seeing you guys here. It’s been a while, eh?” She greeted.

“Shindong hyung said he misses your restaurant’s foods.” Donghae replied.

“Hooo~ oppa missed the foods, but didn’t miss me?” She pouted jokingly.

We all laughed.

“Anyway, we are coming here because I’m going to drive you to that hotel… for your ballet practice. What is the name of the hotel again?” I said.

“Ah, matda. Sungjin oppa said he has something to do today.” Jung Hee taps his forehead. “Oh~ By the way, Kyuhyun oppa is here too.” She tells.

“Oh? With who?” Kangin hyung asked.

“With Min Jung sunbae. Do you guys know her? Ah, Sungmin oppa knows her.” Jung Hee answered.

“Oh, with Min Jung-ie. Where are they?” Ryeowook turns his head.

“Oppadeul knows her?”

“Of course. She went to our dorm for twice, or thrice?” Yesung hyung replied. “And she is my best friend.” Donghae added.

“Whoa daebak. Min Jung sunbae is oppadeul’s chingu? Daebak. I’m really a fan of her.” Jung Hee squeals.

“How did you know her?” Eunhyuk asked.

“She is my ballet sunbae. Oppadeul should see her dance. It’s really daebak.” Jung Hee keep on promoting Min Jung.

I look around, trying to find Kyuhyun and Min Jung but I really can’t see them anywhere.

“Oh! I forgot something. Since Kyuhyun oppa and Min Jung sunbae is here, I guess Kyuhyun oppa will drive Min Jung sunbae to the ballet practice.” Jung Hee said.

Jung Hee is really good at reading others’ mind. That is what I am just thinking about.

“Wait wait.” Ryeowook looks confused. “Why is Kyuhyunnie with Min Jung now?”

“Isn’t it Sungmin who is trying to get Min Jung?” Yesung hyung added.

“Aigo. Matda.” Jung Hee looks at me. “Aish… Why is your relationship so complicated?”

I shrugged. I try to avoid the conversation and look around the restaurant.

There.

Kyuhyun and Min Jung.

Sitting together in the corner.

Having lunch while talking, and laughing.

They look so comfortable with each other like a best friend.

I suddenly had a weird feeling.

I don’t know whether I should get jealous with Kyuhyun or not.
