I was just going to go downstairs to have my breakfast when my phone rang. Who is it? This early?

the word 'Cho Kyuhyun' appeared on the phone screen.

“I’m going to buy some furnitures. Can you come with me?”

I go to the dining room and see eomma is there waiting for me. I smiled and sit beside her.

“Why are you buying furnitures?” was what I said instead.

I poured some water into my glass and drink it.

“I plan to buy some furnitures before you move in to the new apartment.”

“WHAT?” I coughed. So he’s serious?

Eomma patted my back and gives me some water to drink.

“Min Jung-ssi, gwaenchanayo?”

I cleared my throat. “YA! I NEVER AGREED TO MOVE IN.”

“Tsk. Whatever you say, you’ll still moving in anyway. Ya! I’m still sick, be responsible!”

“Aish. Arasseo. Where and what time will we meet?” I sighed.

“Hmm, around 5PM? I’ll pick you up.”

“Okay.”

“And don’t be late again, sajangnim.” Kyuhyun-ssi said and he hung up.

I looked at my watch. It’s 4:57PM.

I hate waiting but I arrived earlier to make sure she won’t be late again this time.

I took my phone out of my pocket and texted her.

“Min Jung-ssi, don’t forget we have an appointment at 5PM.”

I received a new message in less than a minute.

“I’m right here so would you please open the door?”

I turned my head to the left; Min Jung-ssi is not there.

Knock, knock.

I turned my head to the right and saw Min Jung-ssi standing there sullenly. Aish, does she hate going out with me that much?

“Annyeong.” I greeted as she closed the car’s door.

“Annyeong. Are you feeling much better?” She replied.

“Hm.” I nodded.

“Ah, good then. Kyuhyun-ssi, I think I need to talk to you about this. Er, moving to the apartment.”

“I decided already. You are going to stay in the apartment, no matter what. You said you’re going to take responsible because you made me sick.” Was what Kyuhyun-ssi said.

I could not take back my words. Besides, it was me who made him sick.

“Ya! Min Jung-ssi, we’ve arrived. Stop frowning or else other people will think that I did some bad thing to you.” Kyuhyun-ssi said.

We walked in to the furnitures store. Some employees glanced at us and give me a weird look so I took off my cap. Luckily I wear my mask-the one I always wear when I’m in airport.

“Kyuhyun-ssi, why did you took off your cap? How if a reporter spotted you here?” Min Jung-ssi whispered.

“The employees are looking at me as if I am a thief. Moreover, it’s inappropriate to wear cap indoor.” I whispered back.

“Yes I know, but I’m so dead if your fans spotted you here.”

“Ah, eoseo oseyo*! Is there something I could help?” A female employee approached us.

“Ah, we’re looking for a cupboard, sofa, bed…”

“Ahh~ I know! Both of you are going to buy new furnitures for your newlywed house, isn’t it?” The employee smiled.

“Eh? Geuronge aniyeyo*!” Min Jung-ssi shook her head.

“Gwaenchanaseyo, gogaeg*.” The female employee is still smiling.

“Aigo! Finally it’s all done!” I sighed in relief and wear my seatbelt.

“Min Jung-ssi pigonhaeyo*?” Kyuhyun-ssi glanced at me.

“Geureomnyeo*!” I turned my head toward him. “Yah, I was the one who choose all the furnitures.”

Kyuhyun-ssi nodded and said, “Yeah, because you’re the one who’ll be staying there.”

“Tsk. But still, it’s your apartment!” I pouted.

Kyuhyun-ssi smiled. “Arasseoyo, that’s why I’m going to treat you dinner tonight for my gratitude.”

“Oh, jinjjayo?”

“Hmm. What would you like to eat?”

“Dwaesseoyo*. You can just drive me back to company since I still have some work to do.” I replied.

“Work? But you didn’t have your dinner yet.”

“Gwaenchana. I could just order some delivery foods.”

“Andwae. It’s not good for your health so I’m going to treat you dinner first before driving you back to the company.”

“But….”

“No buts.” Kyuhyun-ssi turned his head and looked at me in the eyes. “Since we’ll be living in the same building, I’m also responsible for your health and I don’t want to take care of you if you’re sick so sit quietly and listen to what I said.”

For some seconds I’m like hypnotized by the look of his eyes.

Deg. I could even hear my heartbeat.

What’s wrong with me, seriously? I remembered I take my pills this morning, why is my heart beating so fast?

Kyuhyun-ssi smirked. “Shin sajangnimmmmm~” He said and continues ruffling my hair.
