“Your cheeks get red again.” Kyuhyun-ssi said as he lowered his hand from my forehead.

“Oh, really?” I said, touching my cheeks.

“Well, I assume it as you’re feeling comfortable here. At least you don’t look pale like just now when you came.” He shrugs.

I don’t know what to say so I get up and tidy up the table.

“Err, let me do this.” Kyuhyun-ssi said.

“Oh? What did you say?”

“Shin, I’ll do it.” He said. “You’re not feeling well and I’m not supposed to ask you to come over, but you did. So I’ll wash the dishes tonight to repay you.”

I looked at him in amazement.

He, Cho Kyuhyun, is going to wash dishes? For me?

“Dwaesseoyo. Look at your right hand, it’s still bandaged. How can you wash these?”

“Err, I’ll just ask Ryeowookie hyung for help.” He shrugs. “Shin, sit down and listen to this.” Kyuhyun-ssi walked four steps towards the tape beside the TV and grabs a remote. He clicks on it and the song starts to play.

“It’s my favourite song from our 6th album.” Kyuhyun-ssi said. “Bittersweet.”

I closed my eyes and made myself comfortable.

“This song is nice.” I smiled.

CHO KYUHYUN’S POV

I give up.

I give up.

How am I supposed to wash dishes with one hand?

Why did I tell her that I’ll be the one who clean the dishes tonight?

Aigo. I’ll just ask the other hyungs for help.

I walked back to the living room after I washed my hand.

Oh, did Shin fall asleep?

She is sitting cross-legged in the living room, leaning back on the sofa with her head lolling on the side.

Nah, what did she said? The song is nice? She fell asleep listening to it…

I sighed and sit beside her. Can she sleep like this? Doesn’t her neck hurts?

Aih, I’ll just wake her up and ask her to go home. It’s quite late now.

But then, looking at her face, she looks so tired.

Should I wake her up?

Or I’ll just let her stay here?

Thinking it twice, maybe I should not wake her up. She just fell asleep, so I’ll let her sleep for a moment.

And her head…

I sit closer beside her and put her head softly on my shoulder.

Shin Min Jung, you are really troublesome.

But weirdly, when her head touched my shoulder, everything…. Everything just seems right.

“Shin…. Shin…. Wake up.” I called.

“Hm?” She rubs her eyes and wake up.

I noticed she wakes up really easily, I only called her twice, though.

“Oh, mianhaeyo.” She seems like realizing that she is leaning her head on my shoulder, and she quickly sit farther away.

Stupid.

Why did I feel like losing something when she sits away like that?

“Mi-mianhaeyo. What happened?” She smiled awkwardly.

“Eh, you fell asleep after the dinner, so I decided to let you sleep for a while because you looked tired….” I simply said.

SHIN MIN JUNG’S POV

“Ah, jinjjayo? Aigo…”

Oh my goodness. How can I fell asleep on his apartment?

“I have one guest room here, but well… I can’t carry you with my hand like this, so I put your head on my shoulder. Mianhaeyo, it must be uncomfortable sleeping like that.” He said.

Uncomfortable?

To be honest, it’s too comfortable…

“Oh, it’s nothing. Gomawoyo…. because I usually don’t fell asleep easily… what time is it now?”

“It’s 2:18AM.”

Oh? “I’ve been sleeping for 6 hours?”

He nodded.

“But usually I only slept for 3 to 4 hours a day…. I have insomnia.” I confessed.

“Ah, you do? I shouldn’t have waked you up then.” He bites his lower lip.

I shook my head. “Aniyo. It’s okay. I can’t stay here anyway.” I smiled gratefully.

“Alright. So here’s your coat and bag.” He hands me my stuffs. “I called a taxi, he’ll be driving you home.”

“But my car is here.”

“It’s 2AM in the morning, I won’t let you drive. Now be a good girl and go home.” He pushes me softly and we walked downstairs.

Kyuhyun-ssi unexpectedly accompanies me home by taxi…

Just what happened to him tonight?

Whatever is it, I want him to stay like this…

“We’re here.” I said.

“Oh, I almost forget this, but how are you gonna open the apartment’s door later?” I asked him as both of us get out of the taxi.

“Don’t worry, I’ll ask the security for help.” He smiled.

“Geurae.” I nod. “I’ll be going now, then.”

“Goodnight.” He waved.

Kyuhyun-ssi looks cute like that, waving awkwardly but ugh, did I just say he looks cute?

Hurrrr

I waved back at him while cursing myself for thinking I like seeing him like that.

Kyuhyun-ssi looks different like that… different from the usual Mr. Cho who likes to get angry…

Damn it. Why am I still thinking about him? He is just waving, okay.

“Err, see you tomorrow?” He scratched his head awkwardly.

And for the first time in my life after I met him again, I can’t wait for tomorrow…
