CHAPTER 51

 

 

“Are you going to your work now?”

 

Jongwoon nod at his wife

 

“Yes babe, why?”

 

Ryeowook stares at him, she feels so weak and so dizzy

 

“Can you just drop me to school and fetch me after my class? I can’t drive”

 

“Why?”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“I just don’t want to drive”

 

“Then I’ll ask my driver to fetch you later”

 

“I want you to fetch me later and not your driver ok”

 

“Fine”

 

Jongwoon stare at her closer

 

“You look so sleepy, what time did you sleep yesterday?”

 

Ryeowook sigh

 

“I finish doing my report at two thirty in the morning. I feel so tired and I really don’t want to go to school today”

 

Jongwoon stares at her with worried face

 

“I keep on noticing these past few days that you’re always lazy to get up in the morning and you always feel sleepy all the time. What’s wrong with you babe, are you sick?”

 

“I don’t know, I feel so sick in the morning until the afternoon then all of a sudden I’ll feel fine again. I find it hard to wake in the morning. I always want to stay on bed and sleep all the time”

 

“Do you want me to bring you to the hospital?”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“Babe, how are we going to know what is wrong with you if you will not see a doctor?”

 

“I’m fine”

 

Jongwoon frown

 

“Bummie told me that something is wrong with you. You’re acting so weird these days. You’re always sleeping during your vacant time and you became so choosy on the food that you’re eating”

 

“I don’t want to eat because it feels like I want to puke everytime that I’m going to eat”

 

“Are you bulimic?”

 

“No”

 

Ryeowook hugs Jongwoon

 

“Hubby, can I just skip class today? I’m really not feeling well. I want to sleep”

 

Jongwoon stare at her

 

“You’re pale and look so sleepy. That’s what I’m trying to tell you babe, you need to sleep early and stop waiting for me to arrive”

 

“But I can’t sleep without you”

 

“But you need to sleep early, look what is happening to you because of staying up so late every night just to wait for me. I always told you not to wait for me because my work usually ends at two in the morning because of business meetings and other business stuffs”

 

Ryeowook pouts

 

“Ok. I’ll let you skip your class today, but how about your report?”

 

“Let’s go to school now, so I won’t be late on my report then I’ll go home after”

 

Jongwoon drops his wife at her school

 

“Off you go, do you want me to walk with you inside?”

 

“No need”

 

“I’ll wait for you here, good luck babe”

 

Ryeowook nods, Jongwoon kissed her. Ryeowook went out of the car and walk slowly inside the school until she reaches her classroom. She sits beside Kibum who is looking at her with worried face. She laid her head on the table while facing Kibum

 

“Wookie, are you ok?”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“I feel so sick”

 

“Again? I really think you should see a doctor because you might have eaten something that caused you to be sick”

 

Ryeowook raised her eyebrow

 

“Food poison?”

 

“It’s not like that but maybe. Just see a doctor for you to know”

 

“I just want to sleep you know”

 

Kibum her hair

 

“Stop my hair. I might fall asleep because of that”

 

“Then sleep, I’ll just wake you up when it’s your turn to report”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“No way, Bummie I’m going home after my report. Mianhae”

 

“It’s ok because you really look so terrible. Hyung will fetch you?”

 

“He’s waiting in the car”

 

Their Professor arrive, Ryeowook was the first to report her criticism about the previous concert that they watched. She suddenly stop talking, she feels dizzy and stare at her Professor while holding her lips

 

“What’s wrong Ms. Kim? Please continue”

 

“Can I go at the bathroom? I think I’m going to puke”

 

“Ok”

 

Ryeowook excuses herself, their Professor look at Kibum and smile

 

“Is your sister in law pregnant?”

 

Kibum shook his head

 

“No, she’s sick”

 

“I see”

 

Ryeowook went to the bathroom and stand in front of the sink as she puke. She stares at the mirror and sigh

 

“What’s wrong with me? Maybe Bummie is right. I might have eaten something, but I can’t tell Jongwoon because he will surely send me to the hospital and I’m so scared”

 

Ryeowook takes a deep breath before returning to her classroom

 

“Can you still continue Ms. Kim?”

 

Ryeowook look at her Professor

 

“Can I go home now? I really feel so sick”

 

“Ok, just give me the hard copy of your report and go home now. Take a good rest, arasso”

 

Ryeowook get the hard copy of her report inside her bag and give it to her Professor

 

“Thank you Professor Jang”

 

“You go home now and have a rest”

 

Professor Jang looks at Kibum and smile at him

 

“You can accompany your sister in law outside, if you want”

 

Kibum nods and help Ryeowook to carry her things and walk with her. Jongwoon see them and he went out of the car and walk towards them

 

“Hyung, I think Wookie is really sick let her rest for the meantime”

 

Jongwoon look at Ryeowook

 

“We’re going at the hospital”

 

“I don’t want, I’m fine. I just need to sleep”

 

Jongwoon carry her towards the car, Kibum follows his brother, bringing Ryeowook’s things. Kibum put her things in the back seat then opens the door for Jongwoon, as he lay Ryeowook carefully at the front seat

 

“Bummie, I’m sorry that I need to go home early”

 

“It’s ok; I’ll just give you notes. Be safe and take a good rest”

 

Ryeowook smile weakly, Jongwoon ruffles Kibum’s hair

 

“Go back to your class now and study hard, arasso. Thank you so much Bummie”

 

Kibum smile and wave his hand before going back inside the classroom; Jongwoon grab his phone and calls his secretary

 

“Changsu, I’m not coming for work today. My wife is sick, just call me whenever you need to”

 

“Arasso Sir Jongwoon”

 

“Thanks”

 

Jongwoon hang up and went inside the car

 

“Babe, whether you like it or not we’re going to the hospital”

 

Ryeowook’s eyes widened and went outside, Jongwoon sigh and follows her

 

“Hey, what the hell are you doing?”

 

“I’m not going with you; if you want to go to the hospital then you go alone”

 

“What?”

 

Jongwoon walks towards her and hold her wrist

 

“You go inside the car now”

 

“No!”

 

Jongwoon try to control his temper

 

“Babe, I’m already getting mad at you already, please just follow me. You go inside the car and we’re going at the hospital now”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“I don’t want to go there”

 

“Go inside”

 

“I don’t want”

 

“I TOLD YOU TO GO INSIDE!”

 

Jongwoon shouts at her and went inside the car. Ryeowook’s tears start forming in her eyes as she opens the door and went inside the car. Jongwoon takes a deep breath

 

“Fine, if you don’t want to go at the hospital it’s up to you. I don’t care anymore, you’re really hard headed”

 

“But I’m re—“

 

“SHUT UP! Stop being noisy ok, I hate it!”

 

Ryeowook bows her head as Jongwoon start driving

 

 

 

 

Ryeowook follows Jongwoon silently, he went to their room ignoring Dabong who run towards them and wave his tail. Ryeowook carry him on her arms

 

“Jongwoon is mad at me again. You need to behave if you don’t want him to get mad at you too”

 

Ryeowook went at the kitchen to get his milk and pour it on his bowl then put him down. She watches him happily while patting his head

 

“You really grow so fast”

 

Ryeowook touch her head as she felt dizzy again

 

“I’m so dizzy again. I need to sleep now”

 

Ryeowook put Dabong on his bed and went upstairs to sleep. Jongwoon was typing something on his laptop when she enters the room

 

“Come here babe”

 

Jongwoon put his laptop on the bed and look at her. Ryeowook walk towards him and sit on his lap

 

“Babe, let’s go to the hospital please”

 

Ryeowook stares at him with teary eyes

 

“I don’t want. I’m really scared of hospitals”

 

“They will not do anything bad to you. The doctor will just check you, so we will know what’s wrong with you and we know what to do”

 

Ryeowook hold his lips while pouting

 

“I know that you’re worried about me hubby, but I’m really fine. I’m just tired and I just need enough rest”

 

“But babe”

 

“Shhh, I’m fine ok. I’m going to sleep now”

 

Ryeowook lie on bed and stare at him

 

“Are you not going to work today? You’re already late, you need to leave now”

 

Jongwoon kissed her forehead

 

“I’m not going to work today. I need to watch over you, just to make sure that you’re fine”

 

“But I’m fine”

 

“Shhh, just go to sleep now”

 

Jongwoon her hair gently and sing a sweet lullaby to put her to sleep

 

 

 

 

Ryeowook wake up seeing Jongwoon beside her, watching her sleep

 

“Jongwoon, what time is it?”

 

“Eight in the evening”

 

Ryeowook’s eyes widened as she sit on the bed and stare at him

 

“OMO I overslept”

 

“Good thing you know, you’ll grow so big because you only know how to sleep and eat”

 

“YAH!!!”

 

Jongwoon kissed her

 

“Babe, please cook now. I’m really hungry”

 

Jongwoon hold his tummy while pouting

 

“You suppose to wake me early”

 

Jongwoon hold her face

 

“You’re sleeping so peacefully and I want you to have enough rest, that’s why I didn’t wake you”

 

“I’ll cook dinner now”

 

Ryeowook kissed his lips and stand. She felt dizzy all of a sudden. Jongwoon catch her before she falls on the floor

 

“Babe, are you ok?”

 

Jongwoon look at her with worried face, Ryeowook smile weakly

 

“Nice catch hubby”

 

Jongwoon frown and carry her towards the bed

 

“It’s not time to play around”

 

“I’m fine, I just feel a bit dizzy”

 

Jongwoon sigh

 

“I guess, I’ll just order for our dinner. What do you want to eat?”

 

Ryeowook smile and wrap her hands on Jongwoon’s arm

 

“I want a watermelon smoothie”

 

“YAH! What do you want for dinner? A proper meal, arasso”

 

“But I want that”

 

“Ok. I’ll order that watermelon smoothie, but what do you want to eat?”

 

Ryeowook pouts

 

“I want you to make it”

 

“Babe, I don’t even know how to cook, then you wants me to do a watermelon smoothie for you? That’s totally insane”

 

“Then you need to learn for me”

 

“WOOKIE”

 

“Please”

 

Jongwoon sigh

 

“Fine, but you need to promise me that you’re going to eat dinner”

 

Ryeowook nods happily

 

“Let’s go at the kitchen now so you can make my watermelon smoothie”

 

Ryeowook smile brightly as she drag Jongwoon to the kitchen
