CHAPTER 17

 

Taeyeon was staring at Ryeowook seriously

 

“Where is Jongwoon?”

 

“He’s taking a bath, why?”

 

“We have a date today”

 

Ryeowook raise her eyebrow and let her in

 

“Just have a seat and wait for him”

 

“Honestly, why do you need to be here?”

 

“Because this is my home too”

 

Ryeowook smile at her and went at the kitchen. Taeyeon was reading a magazine when Ryeowook came at the living room carrying a tray. She place it on the table

 

“Have a snack first while waiting for him”

 

Taeyeon look at her

 

“Mianhae, but we’re going to eat outside and I’m on a diet. I hate cakes”

 

Ryeowook sigh; Jongwoon came down topless, Taeyeon stare at his body full of delight

 

“Hi Taeyeon, you’re early”

 

Jongwoon greeted her

 

“Don’t have something to do today, so I decided to drop by early”

 

“I’ll be done in twenty minutes”

 

“Sure”

 

Jongwoon look at Ryeowook who is staring at him blankly

 

“Alien, have you seen my white polo?”

 

“I put it inside the cabinet”

 

“Thanks”

 

Jongwoon run upstairs; Taeyeon eye Ryeowook seriously. The doorbell start ringing, Taeyeon opens the door and was surprised to see Kibum.

 

“Hi Bummie”

 

Kibum just look at her for a moment then smile upon seeing Ryeowook standing beside her

 

“Hi Bummie, come inside”

 

Kibum go inside ignoring Taeyeon

 

“Do you want to eat before we start practicing?”

 

“I brought some brownies and pie. Umma bake it awhile ago before going to work. I told her that I’m going to visit here today”

 

Ryeowook smile and went at the kitchen to get some plates, juice and forks

 

“It’s really delicious”

 

Kibum and Ryeowook were happily eating when Jongwoon went downstairs; he looks at his brother blankly

 

“Hi Hyung”

 

Kibum smile at him

 

“What are you doing here?”

 

Jongwoon frowns

 

“I’m visiting Wookie, and we’re going to practice for our performance in Piano Pedagogy class next week”

 

Taeyeon wrap her hands around Jongwoon’s arm

 

“Baby, let’s go now”

 

Jongwoon’s eyes are still focus on Kibum and Ryeowook, ignoring Taeyeon who keeps on pulling him. He sits on the sofa.

 

“Can we just stay here for the meantime? I’m still thinking of a good place that we can visit for our date”

 

Taeyeon sit beside him while frowning

 

“But”

 

“Please”

 

Taeyeon sigh; Kibum smile while staring at his brother

 

“Why are you smiling?”

 

“Do you want to eat Hyung? Umma baked it”

 

Kibum offer him some brownies

 

“No thanks”

 

“Ok”

 

Kibum start feeding Ryeowook, Jongwoon’s eyes widened as he watch his brother and Ryeowook being sweet with each other again.

 

“Bummie, let’s watch a movie on Saturday, I want to watch Despicable Me”

 

Kibum nod happily

 

“Sure sweetie pie, that will be nice; then we go at the amusement park after, I want to ride a roller coaster and see the horror house”

 

Ryeowook clap her hands like a kid

 

“That will be a great idea but I’m afraid to go inside the horror house, you know that I am afraid of the ghost”

 

“Don’t worry I’ll protect you from them”

 

Jongwoon take a deep breath while listening to their conversation

 

“You’re not going anywhere on Saturday”

 

Ryeowook frowns at him

 

“Why?”

 

“Because Saturday is our day, remember?”

 

“But I want to watch a movie an-“

 

“Then you’ll go out with me”

 

“But Bummie and I will go out together, let’s just go out on Sunday”

 

Jongwoon shook his head while staring at his brother

 

“NO”

 

Kibum hold her cheek and smile

 

“Then, let’s just go out on Sunday”

 

Jongwoon stand

 

“That alien girl will not go out with you either on Saturday and Sunday, because we’re going somewhere”

 

Kibum smile at Jongwoon

 

“Where are you going Hyung?”

 

“We’re going in Hawaii to have vacation”

 

Ryeowook stare at him blankly

 

“So, she will not go with you anywhere. Get that?”

 

“Wookie and I will be having a performance next week for our piano ped class, so she can’t go with you in Hawaii”

 

“I’ll talk to your professor to reschedule that performance”

 

“That will be fine”

 

Kibum smile as he stares at his brother. Jongwoon look at Ryeowook

 

“I’m going out with Taeyeon today; I’ll be home before dinner so you need to cook my dinner. You stay here and don’t go anywhere without my permission”

 

Jongwoon look at his brother

 

 “Watch over my alien babe, and don’t do something stupid. She’s mine”

 

Kibum smile

 

“I know and I will take care of her, Hyung”

 

Jongwoon went upstairs to get his car key. Taeyeon was waiting for him at the living room; Kibum start tickling Ryeowook, so she starts running around the living room while Kibum chase her.

 

“You’ll be dead if I catch you sweetie pie”

 

“Yah! Stop it please”

 

Kibum stuck his tongue out and keeps on chasing her, Ryeowook stop because she’s already tired of running around, Kibum grabs the opportunity and hold her tight and start tickling her. Ryeowook was laughing hard while lying on the floor, making Kibum on top of her.

 

“Go ahead and laugh”

 

Kibum told her, Ryeowook’s tears are forming in her eyes as she keeps on laughing hard. Jongwoon was shock when he saw them on the floor. Taeyeon walks towards him, dragging him on the door.

 

“I didn’t know that your wife is Bummie’s girlfriend”

 

“Of course not”

 

Jongwoon set his eyes upon them, Kibum is so close to her and he can’t help but to feel jealous towards his brother. Jongwoon’s eyes widened when Kibum brush his nose from Ryeowook’s nose and stare at her closer.

 

“I’m sorry Taeyeon, but I think I’m not feeling well and want to puke, let’s just have a date when I feel nice again”

 

“But”

 

Jongwoon push her outside and close the door. He stares at his brother and Ryeowook, still lying on the floor while staring at each other’s eyes. He walks towards them and grab Kibum’s arm and pull him away from her.

 

“What are you doing to my wife?”

 

“We’re just playing Hyung”

 

Jongwoon raise his eyebrow while staring at Kibum, Ryeowook stand up and stare at Jongwoon

 

“Don’t you know that she’s not allowed to fall because she’s pregnant?”

 

“Huh?”

 

Ryeowook’s eyes widened

 

“BUT I’M NO—“

 

Jongwoon covers and smile at her

 

“You’re pregnant, right alien babe?”

 

Jongwoon hug her tight still covering

 

“I’m so happy, finally we’re going to have a baby”

 

Kibum was laughing softly while staring at Jongwoon

 

“How can she be pregnant if you’re not having yet?”

 

Jongwoon look at him

 

“YAH! It’s none of your business”

 

“Fine, I’m just telling you the truth. Wookie is not a mary for her to get pregnant without having with her husband”

 

“Whatever Bummie, and please shut your mouth. You need to go home now, my alien babe needs to rest for the baby”

 

Ryeowook poke him

 

“I’m not pregnant ok; Bummie will not go because we still need to practice”

 

“He will go home now, and stop pretending that you’re not pregnant”

 

“Honestly, you’re the one who keeps on insisting that”

 

“Bummie will go now”

 

Jongwoon smile at Kibum and drag him out and close the door immediately. He smiles at Ryeowook

 

“You’re going to be pregnant now”

 

“NO”

 

The doorbell start ringing again, Jongwoon opens it. He frowns when he sees his brother’s face; Kibum smile at him.

 

“Why are you still here?”

 

“I forgot my bag Hyung”

 

Kibum went inside and grab his bag on the sofa, he kiss Ryeowook’s cheek

 

“Bye sweetie pie, let’s practice before you go in Hawaii”

 

“Ok”

 

Jongwoon stand beside his brother and hit his head

 

“Who told you to kiss that alien?”

 

“It’s normal for me to kiss your wife because she’s my sister in law”

 

Jongwoon frown, Kibum smile and whisper to him

 

“Hyung, don’t make it so obvious that you’re jealous”

 

Kibum pat his shoulder while smiling brightly, he walks towards the door and wave at Ryeowook before leaving.

 

“You cook our lunch now”

 

“It’s still early and I thought you have a date, where is Taeyeon?”

 

“I cancel it to watch you, because you keep on flirting with my brother”

 

“No way”

 

“Yes way, you’re such a flirt”

 

“Ni zhishi jidu yu ji fan” (You’re just jealous with Kibum)

 

“WHAT?”

 

“Nothing”

 

Ryeowook smile at him and went at the kitchen
