CHAPTER 49

 

Ryeowook slowly open her eyes and found herself lying on the bed alone

 

“Hubby”

 

Ryeowook calls for Jongwoon. He came out of the veranda holding his phone and smile at her

 

“Good morning babe”

 

Jongwoon smile and walk towards her. He kissed her lips and sit beside her. Ryeowook lay on his lap, Jongwoon her hair gently

 

“Babe, I have great news for you”

 

Jongwoon smile brightly

 

“Kyu calls me awhile ago informing me that Minnie just give birth to a cute healthy baby boy”

 

Ryeowook smile

 

“I’m so happy for them. What time did Unnie give birth?”

 

“Seven in the morning”

 

“I suddenly become excited and want to go home soon”

 

Jongwoon kissed her forehead

 

“Yes, we are about to go home tomorrow”

 

Ryeowook nods happily

 

“Aunt and uncle are very happy, especially mama and ba ba. Umma and Appa are also happy for them. Kyu’s voice was trembling while talking to me because he’s so happy. He told me that he really cried because of joy when he saw his son and Minnie”

 

“How’s Unnie?”

 

“She’s fine; very fine. Kyu told me thet he’s shocked seeing Minnie recovering her strength fast, as if she didn’t give birth. By the way nai nai will be flying in Seoul today”

 

Ryeowook smile brightly

 

“Babe, you get up now so we can start shopping around. We need to buy a gift for key and then we need to look for the new collection of Hermes bag for mama”

 

Ryeowook look at him blankly

 

“She’s so funny; she grabs the phone away from Kyu just to tell me to buy her the new collection of Hermes bag. It’s not yet out in Seoul and she wants it badly”

 

“What if that collection is not yet here in Japan?”

 

“Well, I’ll call my secretary and send him in France and bought that Hermes bag for mama”

 

“So demanding”

 

Ryeowook sigh. Jongwoon kissed her, Ryeowook smile and went inside the bathroom to take a bath

 

 

 

 

Ryeowook was busy looking around while Jongwoon pays for the Hermes bag of his mother in law. Ryeowook walk towards the purple Hermes bag and stare on it

 

“OMO, it’s color purple. I love it, but I already have this design, the only difference is mine is red. I didn’t know that it is also available in color purple, aish”

 

Ryeowook grabs the bag and smile

 

“It doesn’t matter. I’m going to buy this”

 

Ryeowook was about to walk towards Jongwoon when someone hold her right hand

 

“Umma”

 

Ryeowook was shock to see a little girl, crying while holding her hand tight

 

“Umma”

 

Ryeowook kneels down and stare at her, still holding the little girl’s hand

 

“I’m not your mother sweetheart”

 

“I’m lost and I’m scared”

 

“Don’t cry little girl, come here”

 

Ryeowook hug her and wipe her tears

 

“We’re going to look for your mom, arasso”

 

The little girl nods

 

“Don’t cry now”

 

“Yes Umma”

 

Ryeowook smile brightly. She stands while the little girl hold on her hand tight. Ryeowook walk towards Jongwoon

 

“Please buy this for me”

 

Jongwoon smile at her then he notice the little girl staring at him, while holding his wife’s hand

 

“Umma, let’s go outside”

 

Jongwoon stare at Ryeowook

 

“I’ll explain later”

 

Ryeowook smile and carry the little girl on her arm, they went outside leaving Jongwoon who is staring at them blankly

 

 

Ryeowook was playing rock, paper, and scissors with the little girl happily while carrying her. Jongwoon watch them happily for a minute before walking towards them. Ryeowook smile while staring at him

 

“Who is that little girl?”

 

The little girl smile at Jongwoon and reach for him, asking him to carry her

 

“Appa”

 

Jongwoon stare at her with wide eyes. Ryeowook laughs softly

 

“Since when did I become a father?”

 

Jongwoon stare at the kid who keeps on reaching him then look at Ryeowook who is smiling brightly while staring at him

 

“Are you hiding something from me babe? Since when did you bear a child and how come I don’t know?”

 

Ryeowook moves closer at him and gives him the child

 

“You carry her, she likes you”

 

Jongwoon carry the child blankly. Ryeowook hold the paper bags for him. The little girl wraps her hands around his neck and hugs him

 

“Can you please explain what’s going on? Who is this kid? Is she our child?”

 

Ryeowook laugh softly

 

“What if I say yes, would you believe me?”

 

Jongwoon’s eyes widened while staring at his wife blankly

 

“But that’s impossible, because…because…because”

 

“Because I got a miscarriage before, causing our baby to die”

 

Jongwoon stare at her sadly

 

“She’s lost and we need to find her parents soon. I bet they are already worried and looking for her”

 

“I see, let’s go at the information center and report a lost kid”

 

Ryeowook nods, Jongwoon hold her hand; they went at the information center to report the lost girl. They were sitting inside for almost one hour, waiting for the girl’s parents

 

“OMO, one hour has passed. Where are your parents?”

 

Jongwoon carry the little girl and let her sit on his lap

 

“What’s your name little girl?”

 

“Shin Ye-eun”

 

Jongwoon smile

 

“That’s a very beautiful name. You know when I have a child in the future, if she’s a girl, I’ll name her Sulli. If he’s a boy, he will be Henry”

 

“I bet your child will be lucky and gorgeous because you’re so handsome and Umma is very beautiful”

 

Jongwoon smile

 

“How old are you Ye-eun?”

 

“Four”

 

“You’re just four years old but your mind is so mature. And you’re very talkative. I suddenly remember my mom, she’s so talkative like you”

 

Ryeowook was watching them happily. Ye-eun looks at her while smiling

 

“Umma, are you going to have a baby soon?”

 

Ryeowook looks at Jongwoon who suddenly fell silent and smile at her weakly and hold her cheek

 

“I wish I could have one soon”

 

“As for the moment you’ll be my parents, while my real parents are still looking for me”

 

“That’s wonderful sweetheart”

 

Ryeowook smile; Jongwoon get his phone inside Ryeowook’s bag and calls his secretary

 

“Changsu, if someone calls you about a lost little girl named Shin Ye-eun, please give me a call immediately”

 

“Arasso Sir Jongwoon”

 

Jongwoon hang up

 

“We need to get going, it’s too boring to sit here and wait. I’m already hungry and I know Ye-eun feels the same way too, right?”

 

Ye-eun nods at him while holding her tummy

 

“But we need to wait for her parents”

 

“Don’t worry babe, my secretary will handle it”

 

Jongwoon give Ye-eun to her and walk towards the front desk and give his secretary’s number

 

“Just call me if her parents are already here. We’re just going to eat, because the little girl is already hungry”

 

“Yes Mr. Kim Jongwoon”

 

Jongwoon smile then walk towards his wife and Ye-eun

 

“Let’s go now”

 

Jongwoon carries Ye-eun while holding Ryeowook’s hand. They eat their lunch at a Japanese Restaurant. Jongwoon watch Ryeowook while feeding Ye-eun

 

“Open you mouth sweetheart, this sushi is really delicious”

 

Ye-eun opens and eats happily

 

“Umma, can I eat ice cream after?”

 

Ryeowook nods happily

 

“Of course sweetheart, you can eat whatever you want so you you’ll grow fast”

 

“I hope Umma and Appa will find me soon”

 

“Of course they will find you. Don’t worry we’re going to help you find them”

 

Ryeowook smile and start feeding her again. After eating their lunch they walk around the mall until Jongwoon receive a phone call from his secretary informing him that Ye-eun’s parents are already waiting for her at the information center. Jongwoon and Ryeowook immediately return with Ye-eun

 

“Ye-eun”

 

“Umma, Appa”

 

Jongwoon return her to them. Ye-eun’s parents smile at the couple

 

“Thank you so much for taking care of our daughter”

 

“It’s ok, we enjoy it”

 

Ryeowook smile; Ye-eun give them a warm hug before they leave

 

“Let’s go now babe, we need to pack our things. Our flight will be at eight in the morning tomorrow”

 

Ryeowook hold his hand and smile

 

 

 

 

Jongwoon was working with the final output of his group’s business proposal when Ryeowook came out of the bathroom wearing white denim short and yellow off shoulder top. Jongwoon stares at her while she ties her long brown hair. Ryeowook look at him, but he turns his eyes away from her. She sits on the bed and turns on the TV and watches some cartoons. Jongwoon remains quiet as he focuses his attention on his school works. Ryeowook turn off the TV and get the DSLR camera lying on the table and start viewing their pictures happily.

 

“Hyde is really handsome. Mama will be jealous if she finds out that I watch their concert”

 

Ryeowook smiles at Jongwoon, but he didn’t even look at her and react. Ryeowook pouts while looking at him. She just gets the PSP of Jongwoon in her bag and start playing Loco Roco 2

 

“Aish! I can’t jump its hard”

 

Ryeowook told herself. She moves closer at Jongwoon

 

“Hubby, please help me to jump on the other side so I can eat the flower”

 

“I’m doing something”

 

Jongwoon told her while looking at the laptop and busy typing

 

“Is there something wrong? You’ve been quiet after returning Ye-eun to her parents and you’re not talking to me. Did I do something wrong again that makes you mad?”

 

Jongwoon shook his head

 

“Then why are you not talking to me?”

 

Jongwoon save his work on his laptop then turn it off and put it on the sofa and return on the bed. He grabs his PSP away from his wife and look at her closer

 

“I need to talk to you babe”

 

“What ar—“

 

Jongwoon kissed her

 

“Shhh, let me talk first before you speak”

 

Ryeowook nods. Jongwoon put the PSP under his pillow then pull Ryeowook on his arms

 

“Babe, I have a very big favor”

 

“What is it?”

 

Jongwoon takes a deep breath before talking

 

“I want us to have a child soon”

 

Ryeowook look at him

 

“How soon?”

 

“As soon as possible”

 

Jongwoon laid her on the bed while he is on top of her. Ryeowook put her hands around his neck and stare on his lovely eyes

 

“Jongwoon, do you think we can make it?”

 

“Of course”

 

“I’m not sure”

 

Jongwoon kissed her

 

“Please babe”

 

“What if I fail again? I mean you are very aware of my situation when it comes on getting pregnant. I really want to be pregnant soon, but I don’t know”

 

Ryeowook stare at her husband sadly

 

“Just forget about it”

 

“Hubby”

 

Ryeowook’s tears start forming in her eyes

 

“Don’t cry, I’m not mad”

 

“But you’re disappointed”

 

Ryeowook pouts, Jongwoon smile and brush his nose to her nose and kissed her lips gently

 

“Well, if you really can’t bear a child then I can’t do anything”

 

“I’m sorry”

 

“You don’t have to, it’s ok babe, at least we try and we will keep on trying”

 

Ryeowook nods, Jongwoon bury his face on her neck smelling her perfume

 

“You really love Elizabeth Arden”

 

“Of course”

 

Jongwoon start kissing her neck gently

 

“Jongwoon”

 

“Hmmm”

 

“I promise to give you a child soon”

 

Jongwoon stop kissing her neck and look at her, while her hair, removing her ponytail

 

“Can we try it again tonight?”

 

“But we just did it yesterday night”

 

“So?”

 

“Because I’m tired; I keep on running around awhile ago playing with cute little Ye-eun”

 

Jongwoon raised his eyebrow

 

“Then you have to play with me. You run and I’ll chase you, if I caught you, you’ll follow what I tell you to do. If you win I’ll follow you, but the rule is, you can’t go outside the room and go inside the bathroom”

 

Jongwoon smile, Ryeowook hold his lips

 

“That’s unfair”

 

“Then I walk and you run”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“I don’t want to play a game like this, because you’re surely catch me no matter what I do”

 

“Good thing you know then I already win”

 

“What?”

 

Jongwoon take off his shirt and start kissing her

 

“Jong…woon…wait”

 

Jongwoon stop and look at her

 

“What?”

 

“Can we stop now?”

 

Jongwoon smile and shook his head

 

“Babe, let me count the number of times you make love to me”

 

“Do you need to count that?”

 

“Of course”

 

Jongwoon look at his fingers as he start counting, then look at his wife while frowning

 

“Six, only six times”

 

“Five not six”

 

“Six”

 

“Hubby, it’s five. You don’t know how to count”

 

“Yes, it’s five but today is the 6^th times, that’s why it’s six”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“You know babe, I really can’t understand why you’re still scared to make love with me though we already do it for five times”

 

“Because I’m scared of you. You’re not being gentle with me whenever were doing it”

 

Jongwoon laugh softly

 

“Excuse me little alien, you’re the one who’s not gentle. Don’t put the blame on me”

 

“Yeah right and beside I can’t handle you…you know…your”

 

Ryeowook look down, Jongwoon smirk

 

“My what?”

 

“You know what is it, so no need to ask”

 

Ryeowook blush causing Jongwoon to smile

 

“Babe, I really don’t know what you’re talking about so you need to tell me what is it”

 

“YAH! You actually know it. Stop teasing me”

 

Ryeowook blush hard

 

“She’s blushing, so cute. Well, if ever we comeback in Seoul and give our mothers bad news, I’ll tell them that it’s your fault because you don’t want to make love with me because you can’t handle my…”

 

Ryeowook stare at him with teary eyes

 

“YAH! I’m not doing anything so don’t cry. Why are you so sensitive?”

 

“I’m still shy to be in front of you”

 

“That’s why you’re crying?”

 

“I’m not crying”

 

Jongwoon sit on the bed and pull her to his arms

 

“Babe, I’ve seen you for so many times and you don’t have to be shy. I’m your husband. I’m not other person. You’re not a conservative type of girl you know”

 

Jongwoon smile at her, Ryeowook sit on his lap and hold his lips

 

“Jongwoon, I don’t want to fail again. I don’t want to disappoint you and our parents again”

 

“Well if we fail again then we should try again until we succeed”

 

Ryeowook laugh softly and pinch his nose

 

“You’re really handsome Jongwoon”

 

“I know that, I’m really handsome since birth”

 

Jongwoon brush his nose on hers and start kissing her lips. Ryeowook moves closer to him pressing her s on his bare chest and wrap her hands on his neck, as she response to his kiss. Jongwoon removes her top and look at her beautiful s.

 

“I forgot that you’re not wearing bra whenever you sleep”

 

Ryeowook blush and look on his eyes

 

“You look so sleepy hubby”

 

“I always have energy for you”

 

Jongwoon smile and start touching her s, which makes her shiver. Jongwoon gently laid her on the bed and start kissing her again. He then moves down to her neck, her skin gently and kissing it. Ryeowook his hair as he kissed her neck gently. She was already enjoying the pleasure when her husband suddenly stops

 

“Jongwoon?”

 

Ryeowook cupped his face and look at him

 

“Hubby, what’s wrong?”

 

Ryeowook laugh softly when she realize that Jongwoon was already sleeping

 

“OMO. I can’t believe that he falls asleep…so cute”

 

Ryeowook brush her fingers on his face and hold his lips

 

“I thought you always have energy for me, but you fall asleep”

 

Ryeowook smile as she his hair gently

 

“Good night hubby, Saranghae”

 

Ryeowook grabs the blanket and cover their bodies and slowly close her eyes, joining Jongwoon in dreamland
