Hankyung and Heechul arrives at Sungmin and Kyuhyun’s house to celebrate her birthday

 

“Happy Birthday Minnie”

 

Heechul smile and hug her tight

 

“Happy Birthday honey”

 

Hankyung kissed her forehead and walk towards Kyuhyun’s parents and talk to them

 

“It’s good that you can join us today”

 

Kyuhyun’s mother smile at him

 

“My sister keeps on nagging me about Minnie’s birthday. We actually plan to go and surprise her. I’m so happy to see her again and I’m very excited to see our future grandson”

 

“We can finally see Key next month”

 

Hankyung smiles brightly

 

“It’s good that she already have a baby at the age of twenty seven”

 

Heechul sit beside Kyuhyun’s mother and hug her tight

 

“You didn’t join us in Christmas, so unfair”

 

Kyuhyun’s mother smile

 

“My husband and I are really busy. Kyuhyun is already mad at us that’s why we really try our best to be here today or else Minnie will also get mad at us. We don’t want that to happen”

 

Kyuhyun’s father joins them

 

“Where is mama Mimi?”

 

Hankyung looks at him and smile

 

“She already goes back in Beijing last December 30. My uncle needs her for his business meeting with Mr. Cheng”

 

“OMO, I’m planning to talk to her about business partnership with Beijing Corporation”

 

“Mama is already resigning. Kyu will be the President effective on March”

 

Kyuhyun’s father stares at Hankyung with wide eyes

 

“Kyu didn’t tell you?”

 

Kyuhun’s father nod his head

 

“No, I don’t have any idea”

 

Hankyung smile at them

 

“Even my sister in law didn’t even inform us. I guess we are really busy that we forget our son”

 

“But you don’t have to worry. Kyu is doing fine”

 

“So I need to talk to him about the business partnership?”

 

Hankyung nod happily

 

“Yes. Mama don’t entertain those kind of things anymore, she already transfer the authority towards Kyu and he is currently acting as the President of the Corporation”

 

“I see”

 

Kyuhyun’s father smile brightly. Sungmin walks towards them and frown at her parents

 

“Why are you frowning honey?”

 

“Where is Li xu?”

 

“She’s coming later”

 

“Where is she?”

 

“She went to her school because her piano teacher wants to see her”

 

“Why?”

 

Hankyung shook his head

 

“I don’t know”

 

Teukie and Kangin arrive with Kibum and greet Sungmin a very happy birthday. Teukie run to her sister and hug her tight

 

“Good thing you made it”

 

Teukie’s sister smiles at her

 

“Of course, for the sake of Minnie”

 

Teukie smile and look at Heechul

 

“Where is Wookie?”

 

“She’s in school right now. Her teacher wants to see her”

 

“I see, is she ok?”

 

Heechul just shook her head. Sungmin call them because she’s done preparing their lunch. They were eating happily when one of their helpers calls Sungmin, she had a phone call. Sungmin excuse herself and went at the living room to answer the phone

 

“Yeoboseo”

 

“Happy Birthday Minnie”

 

Sungmin fell silent for a second before talking

 

“Thanks Jongwoon”

 

“Is your sister there?”

 

Sungmin shook her head

 

“She’s not here; ba ba told me that she’s in school right now”

 

“I see”

 

“Jongwoon”

 

“Yes?”

 

“Please try and fix your problem with my sister”

 

“I don’t know”

 

“Please”

 

“I’ll go now, stay safe. Saranghae”

 

Jongwoon hang up; Sungmin sigh and return at the dining room

 

“Baby, who’s that?”

 

“My friend, just greeting me happy birthday”

 

“Is Jongwoon coming?”

 

Kyuhyun stare at Hankyung who just ignores them pretending not to hear anything

 

“He text me awhile ago, telling me that he can’t come because he have schedules”

 

Teukie stare at Sungmin blankly, but Sungmin wink at her

 

“But he don—“

 

Teukie elbows Kangin

 

“Oh yes he have a lot of schedules today, right Bummie?”

 

“Yes?”

 

Kibum smile weakly

 

“Let’s continue eating, arasso”

 

Heechul told her daughter, Sungmin flash a weak smile and return to her seat

 

 

 

 

 

Jongwoon was watching Ryeowook from a far distance, he park his car from a far distance, just enough for him to see her. Ryeowook looks so pale and tired; she’s wearing her glasses because of crying nonstop every night. There are a lot of bodyguards that surrounds her, so the media can’t go near her; she went inside the black limousine.

 

“Maybe she’s already going to Sungmin’s birthday celebration. It’s good to know that she’s fine”

 

Jongwoon told his self before driving his car

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hankyung was busy reviewing the monthly financial report of Beijing and Shanghai Corporation when Ryeowook came down bringing her luggage

 

“Ba ba, I’m going back at my house now”

 

Hankyung stare at her

 

“If that’s what you want, then go. I’m not going to stop you”

 

“Where is mama?”

 

“She’s working”

 

Ryeowook hug Hankyung tight

 

“Thanks ba ba for letting me stay here, but please don’t get mad at me. I really need to go home now”

 

Hankyung stare at her sadly

 

“Just take care and if your husband sends you away again, I’m really going to send you in Beijing away from him”

 

“Ok”

 

Hankyung kissed her daughter’s cheek before letting her leave

 

 

 

 

*KIM’S RESIDENCE*

 

 

Ryeowook went straight to the house of her in laws to fetch Jongwoon

 

“Umma, where is Jongwoon?”

 

“He’s upstairs, why?”

 

“I’m going to fetch him”

 

Teukie stares at her blankly, Ryeowook run upstairs and went at Jongwoon’s room, but he’s not inside. She went at Kibum’s room to ask him where she could find Jongwoon. She enters Kibum’s room and was shock to see Jongwoon inside, watching Kibum play PS3

 

“Jong…woon”

 

Kibum look around and found Ryeowook standing beside the door while staring at his brother

 

“Hyung”

 

Kibum calls for Jongwoon, but he just ignores him

 

“Why are you here?”

 

“For you”

 

Jongwoon didn’t speak

 

“Next week will be our first wedding anniversary”

 

Jongwoon look at her

 

“So?”

 

Ryeowook try to flash a smile

 

“I’m just wondering, what we are going to do to celebrate it?”

 

Jongwoon smirk

 

“If you want to celebrate it, go ahead. I don’t care because that day is no longer important to me and there’s no reason for us to celebrate it. I don’t love you anymore”

 

Kibum stare at his brother then look at Ryeowook whose tears are start falling from her eyes

 

“You go now. I don’t want to see you and we don’t need to talk”

 

Ryeowook walk away and sit outside while crying, she lean her forehead on the door as she cry

 

“Kim Jongwoon, please listen to me”

 

Jongwoon and Kibum can hear her talking while crying, Kibum walk towards the door and opens it, but Ryeowook immediately grabs the door knob and close the door and hold it tight to avoid them from opening it.

 

“Don’t open the door, just listen to me please”

 

Ryeowook keeps on crying

 

“I never cheated on you and that’s the truth. I love you so much and you know that very well. Jongwoon, please, let’s talk about this…I’m sorry, but please believe me that I love you and I am willing to give up everything for you. You told me before that if I cry you will be by my side and we will cry together, but why I’m the only one crying like this? Every time that we’re having a misunderstanding, I am the only one who is suffering and carrying all the pain, why are you doing this to me? Why do you always need to hurt me like this and leave me all the time? I’m carrying the entire burden, but you don’t even care. I don’t care how many times you hurt me because I love you. Jongwoon please, I know that you don’t love me anymore, but please go back…please comeback to me, let’s go home now. I’m not asking you to love me again and I can always wait for you to love me again, but please go back now…please”

 

Kibum stares at his brother

 

“Hyung, please go outside and talk to her”

 

Jongwoon ignores him; Ryeowook cries hard, Teukie saw her on the floor and hug her tight

 

“Wookie”

 

“Umma, Jongwoon don’t love me anymore”

 

Teukie shook her head

 

“Shhh, that’s not true”

 

“He told me that he doesn’t love me anymore and I can’t understand why. I love him so much, but does he really need to hurt me like this? It’s so painful”

 

Ryeowook bury her face on Teukie’s arms

 

“Umma, maybe because I can’t give him a child or because I am not the perfect wife for him, that’s why he don’t love me anymore”

 

“Please don’t think like that”

 

Teukie wipes Ryeowook’s tears

 

“Let’s go to my room, you need to rest for awhile”

 

Ryeowook shook her head

 

“I’m going home and wait for Jongwoon”

 

“Wookie, please stay for the meantime while I take care of you”

 

“I’ll go home Umma and wait for Jongwoon”

 

Teukie hold her hands and walk her outside. Kibum stares at Jongwoon for the meantime before going out of his room.

 

 

 

When Ryeowook already left, Teukie went upstairs to talk to Jongwoon; Kibum follows his mother

 

“Kim Jongwoon! Get out and talk to me”

 

Teukie knocks on Kibum’s room, but Jongwoon ignores her

 

“Kim Jongwoon!”

 

Kibum run towards his mother

 

“Umma, please let me handle it”

 

Teukie frown at her younger son

 

“Don’t try to meddle because you don’t know what just happen”

 

“Of course I know. I heard Wookie. I am with Hyung when Wookie arrives”

 

Teukie raised her eyebrow

 

“Go away Bummie I need to talk to him”

 

“Just leave it to me Umma; I know exactly why Hyung is acting like that”

 

“What?”

 

“Just leave it to me ok”

 

Kibum smile at his mother and went inside his room and locked the door. He sits beside Jongwoon

 

“Hyung, are you really telling the truth when you told her that you don’t love her anymore?”

 

Jongwoon tears start falling

 

“Why do you need to hurt each other like this? Take away your pride and follow her”

 

Jongwoon shook his head

 

“I don’t know Bummie”

 

“Stop being jealous of me. I’m not going to steal her away from you; I admit that I love her more than best friend, but he’s your wife and I respect that. I told you before that she’s a precious girl and you don’t hurt her. To be honest, I always dream to marry Wookie someday, but I choose not to marry her and you are so lucky because you have a wife like her. Wookie loves you and that’s the truth, and I don’t regret of choosing friendship over love because she marries you and I know that you love her so much and you can take care of her. Please don’t make me regret that I sacrifice my own feelings for her because I believe that Wookie is for you and not for me”

 

Jongwoon look at Kibum

 

“It’s already late and I hurt her badly”

 

“Of course it’s not yet late. Wookie will always accept you no matter what happen”

 

Kibum smile at him

 

“Hyung, please don’t hurt her again. I’m really warning you, if you push her away again, I’m really going to steal her away from you. I really don’t care if you’re my brother. You need to go home now, your wife is already waiting for you. Hyung, can you promise me something?”

 

“What?”

 

“Please don’t ever leave Wookie again and be the best husband that you can be”

 

Jongwoon nods
