“Oh! Kyung Me!” Woohyun responded with an enthusiastic wave. From far, MyungSoong had this sly smile on his face while eyeing at me and Hoya. I frowned, wondering what he was looking at.

“How’s the rehearsal?” Seong Gyu asked in concern.

“Neh, it went will.” I smiled.

“Work hard!” Seong Gyu gave a pat on my shoulder.

“Neh!” I did a fighting pose.

“Don’t stress her, hyug!” Sung Jong said in defensive mode.

“Yah! You dare to talk back?” Seong Gyu brought out his leader position. Sung Jong stuck out his tongue and ran away. Seong Gyu ran after him, of course. I giggled at the childish guys.

“Don’t worry, you’ll do fine.” Hoya ruffled my hair, earning a smirk from Myung Soo. What’s up with him?

“Fighting ah, Kyung Me! We’ll be off first.” Woohyun waved.

“See you Kyung Me,” Myung Soo gave me a wink.

“Just do your best and enjoy the performance.” Hoya smiled.

“Neh! Annyeong!” I waved goodbye to them, and went back inside the waiting room.

Moments later, the door opened again.

“Did you guys forget something?” I turned around, facing the door. It’s JaeJoong who had come in. I immediately rolled my eyes, not wanting to see him.

“Wae? You’re going to so rude to your sunbae, Kyung Me?” JaeJoong smiled, asking.

“Neh, Sunbae-nim. A-n-n-y-e-o-n-g h-a-s-e-h-y-o,” I purposely speak a word by word.

“Good girl,” JaeJoong accepted with a smile, sitting down beside me on the couch.

“So, why are you doing here?”

“Well, I was just wandering around and I just find your waiting room here.”

“Liar. You are here to joke with me.”

“Of course not!”

“Then what? Are you going to eavesdrop on my conversation again?”

“No, of course not! But, strange thing is, I can’t help but suspect.”

“Suspect?” I frowned. What did he found out?

“When I research on the book, things I found out were odd. It was a best seller for a month, a good book, of course! But, the author never did a book tour and no one knew how the author looked like. Even the author’s name is not his or her real name.”

He analyzed the situation for me to listen. I sat there, agreeing at every fact he placed in front of me. Those things I did were to protect my real identity.

“Well, that’s the whole point, right?” I shrugged.

“True, maybe that’s the reason why you asked me find the author in the first place.” JaeJoong nodded.

“But, what’s your reason for loving the book?”

“What?” Huh? What was he talking about?

“It is because you love the book that’s why you wanted a signature, right?”

“Oh…yeah…yeah…” I answered, guilty.

“What? It was not because you love the book?” JaeJoong see through my lies. I opened my mouth to answer, but closed again to avoid making more error.

“What are you hiding?” JaeJoong leaned towards me, smirking.
