You had been ignoring Kai all morning. Even though he had been sticking to you like glue, you somehow had forgotten his presence. You had been busy searching for Sung Min all morning, since she didn't show up for your English class earlier.    You took your phone out of your pocket and searched for her number. You worried whether she was sick or something bad had happened. You found her contact and clicked call.    "Who are you calling?" Kai asked as he leaned over your shoulder. You jumped in surprise, forgetting he was standing behind you.    "Shh!" You hissed before turning your attention back to the ringing tone on your phone. Kai pouted before leaning against the wall.    You listened attentively as the ringing tone continued, but soon ended. You sighed and ended the call. You stared at her contact for a few seconds, debating whether to call again. You sighed as you pressed call and placed your phone against your ear again.    "They obviously don't wanna talk to you. Let's go, I'm hungry." Kai whined.    "Shut it!" You growled as you turned around and turned your back to him.   You listened to the ringing tone when suddenly Sung min answered.    "Hello?" Sung Min whispered into the phone.   "Yah! It's me, where are you?" You asked worriedly.   "I.. I um.. I just had some stuff to do. I'm on my way to school right now." She replied nervously.   "What's wrong?.. What happened?"    "Not- .. Nothing. I'll see you soon, okay?" She quickly hung up before you could answer her. You stared at your phone before placing it in your pocket.    "Who was it?" Kai asked as you turned to face him. He saw how worried you looked, "What's wrong?"    "Nothing. Let's go get your damn food!" You growled before storming off towards the cafeteria. Kai smiled to himself as he jogged after you. He found a sense of comfort when you would reply like that.  

 

    After waiting in the long line, you and Kai walked over to his friends. Who, as always, were loud and rowdy. They greeted you and made room for you both. You sat next to Sehun, while Kai sat across from you next to Kyungsoo. You noticed the girls glaring at you, but you ignored it. You grew used to the eyes of jealousy.   You looked down at your tray and smiled brightly when you saw what you had. A packet of chips, a donut, and a can of coke. Sure it wasn't healthy, but you had skipped breakfast, once again, and these looked the most appealing.     You grabbed the donut from the tray and placed it in front of your mouth, you were about to take a bite when Kai snatched it from you.   "Yah! That's mine! Give it back!" You yelled, holding out your hand, gesturing him frantically to give it back.   "No! Here eat these." He leaned forward and grabbed your tray. He gave you his bowl of vegetables and rice and moved the tray in front of you again.    You looked down at it in disgust, then turned to Kai. "No. You grabbed it, you eat it." You pushed the tray in front of him. But he just pushed it back again as he took a bite of your donut.    "That was mine!" You reached out to grabbed it but he leaned back and raised his arm high over his head, out of your reach, "I hate you!" You hissed before looking down at the bowl of vegetables.    You smiled when you saw the can of coke and packet of chips still on your tray. You quickly grabbed them and placed them on your lap under the table, so Kai couldn't take them away too. He rolled his eyes and watched you giggling evilly as you opened up the packet and poked your tongue at him.    "Pig." Kai mumbled under his breath before taking another bite of the donut. You glared at him for his not so quiet voice.    You then noticed Sung Min walk into the busy cafeteria behind Kai's head. Kai noticed your expression change and turned to look at what you were looking at. He saw Sung Min slowly walking towards the table you were all sitting at, but she stopped suddenly and gestured you to go to her.    Kai turned to you and saw you quickly grabbing your chips and coke before standing.    "I'm going now guys, see ya." You smiled and waved as they did the same. You then turned to Kai and your smiled quickly disappeared, "Don't follow me." You warned before quickly running over to Sung Min and hugging her tightly.    Kai watched you until you were out of sight. He turned back to his food and began chomping on the donut, filling his mouth to the max until the donut was gone. His friends just watched him closely before looking at each other smirking.   "Don't get so worked up bro. She's with her friend." Kyungsoo patted him on the back.    "Shut up." Kai spat with his mouth full of food.    "Yah! Where's your table manners huh? Don't talk with your mouth full." Suho scowled.   "They're up your !" Kai suddenly stood and stormed out of the cafeteria, going to the direction you and Sung Min had gone.   "Geez.. He's loosing it dude." Chanyeol shook his head in disbelief before taking a bite of his sandwich.         You and Sung Min went outside and sat on the bench under the large tree in the garden. Even though it was snowing lightly and was below freezing, it was always peaceful there.    K
