Best of friends... lost and found...
The strong stringsShin Hye followed her parents home. Her dad didn't say much in the car while her mother hummed different wedding songs on their way home. Shin Hye was busy with her cell phones. Min Ho kept on texting her on how happy he wa with the entire thing that had happened.
"We are fated for one another" Min ho texted her. "I miss you already."
"I am grateful to God for making things better." She replied. "I miss you too."
"When can we see each other. Wanna go to our nest? I want to sleep with you again." Min Ho shamelessly admitted.
"Ya!" She replied shortly.
"" Min Ho replied.
"Don't say things like that." Shin Hye scolded him. Min Ho knew better that Shin Hye was embrassed and ashamed by it but he loved to that way.
"Should we start decorating uri chip?" He tried to change subject. Shin Hye was still embarrassed that she didn't feel like accomodating to his change of topics. After a few minutes passed, Min Ho texted her again, "Please don't be mad... please please please" He sent a picture of him and Choco. Shin Hye burst into a giggle.
"Wae?" Her mother asked."Are you already imagining your gown?"Her mother asked.
"Neh? Noo.... not yet mom..." She said embarrassed. Her father could see how red her face was through his rear mirror. He smiled a bit. He was happy to know his little girl still was able to keep herself chastise.
"Omma... how did you know Min Ho's mother?" Shin Hye was curious.
"Actually, I didn't know she was Min Ho's mother." Her mother opened her story. "Back in college, she was my best friends. We were always together. Your grandparents even know her well and so does her parents who knew me well too. During college break, we would alternately sleep at one another's house. We were insaparable. That's how I met your dad. He was a musician in their town. But when we got married, we took our separate ways. During that time, we lost contact as well."
"How did you meet?" Shin Hye asked further.
"Well, his parents were eating at our restaurant so when I served them, she recognizes me. I sort of recognize her but I thought it might be impossible. So that's when we rekindled our friendship back. Today, she invited us to visit their apartment and to let your father meet her husband. " Explained her mother.
"I see..." Shin Hye smiled.
"I guess it's how fate works and also the power of prayer." Her mother snickered to the later statement of hers.
Shin Hye laughed at her mom. She remembered when she returned home after the first few episodes of filming were done, her mom kept on hinting how she would love Shin Hye to be with Min Ho and how she would non- stop nagged Shin Hye to bring Min Ho to their restaurant. Shin Hye smiled and that day was a new history for their entire family.
