Hero hated parties, crowds, and loud noisy places. It gave him major headaches and that usually stresses him out. He tries not to be involved with others because he just can’t handle all their mood swings and distress. The world would be a much better place if everyone would just shut down and stop feeling anything. That was what went through his mind every day. Even though he tries to avoid people in general, they keep on coming as if he was some sort of people magnet. The worse part is they open up to him quite easily. Hero doesn’t like that. All it says is major headache for him. He doesn’t know how to deal with being able to sense what the whole world is feeling. He doesn’t want to know if the person next to him is happy or depressed… in fact, he could care less. Ha! But he’s forced to care… how fun is that? Being an empath . Especially when you have no clue how to cope with the overload. Just like Hero. Life has been miserable for him… just when he thought it couldn’t get any worse… guess who he meets?

The most moody girl in the world. She literally drives him up the wall with all her strong emotions. Why does she have to be so sensitive? Why does he have to be so sensitive? Ugh. Whenever he bumps into Cyndi, he pretty much runs for his life. Like everyone else, Cyndi is drawn to Hero. Can he get away before his head explodes?
