Due to some instances, Auntie Ahn was called thru the phone and asked to go back to their province because her mother is sick and they are afraid that she will die.
She needs to go back to the province, but nobody would be left to look after Yoona.
Yoona's parents are not with her. They are busy with their work abroad. In Korea, only Auntie Ahn is her family. Auntie Ahn is torn in going back to the province or to stay with Yoona.

But then, Yuri suggested Kibum to stay with her and to look for her.
Kibum denied Yuri's suggested at first, but then he accepted the task.

They are now staying at the hospital for 2 days. Yuri is there during the afternoon to visit Yoona.

JaeJoong, who's still drunk since their last talk with Yoona, walked along the street.
And unexpectedly he saw Yoona swinging back and forth in the swing at the park.
He was surprised, that is the place where they first met each other.

He was about to go to her but he also saw Kibum bringing an ice cream and gave it to her.
Yoona and Kibum were talking happily.

He was surprised.

He felt bad.

Yoona laughed again.

It's the first time he saw Yoona to laugh like the way she talks with Kibum.
And it's a way different from how Yoona laughs at him..

Before Yoona smiles and laugh but he can't feel that Yoona is happy
He felt sad but as the same time happy for her, because at a short period of time, she can easily move on.

It's great. It's good for her.

But why does Jaejoong feel this unexplainable pain?

Everytime I call her when I was still in Japan, I always hear her controlling and holding back her tears.
I also found out that she sobbed all night because of me.

All I can do is to give you too much pressure, pain and hurt.

And then I will leave her now? After a long time that she had waited for me?

Yoona dressed up as If she was not sick.

"Oppa, thank you for watching over me when I have an asthma, thank you for always being there"

Yoona, who's in indian sit position at her bed, 
is staring at Kibum, who's head is still burried around his wrapped arms in the pillow and sleeping peacefully in the chair beside Yoona's bed.

"I am so sorry for protecting me, I am the reason of your misuderstanding with your cousin" 
She whispered.

"I know you're tired, so sleep well, but for now I must go" 
Yoona said as she slightly jump off the bed without making noise.

She tiptoed in going to the door and closed the door.
But Yoona didn't notice that She made a noise that made Kibum half-awake.

Kibum slightly open his eyes and look at the bed beside him.
Suddenly his eyes widened when he noticed that Yoona was not there anymore.

"Aishhhh!!!" Kibum ran out of the door.

"Yoona" Kibum whispered while walking fast going out of the hospital.

"Yoona!" Kibum made his voice loud this time.

Yoona looked back and saw Kibum
"Aishhhh!!!! Kibum!!" Yoona thought.

"Yoona" Kibum shouted as he run towards her.
Yoona walked faster.

"Yoona!"
Yoona attempts to cross the street but a car whizzes by, nearly hitting her.

"Yoona!"cried Kibum pulling Yoona back and fell down.

Now Kibum is in between Yoona's legs.
Kibum's eyes widened when something touched his lips.

It was Yoona's lips.

Yoona stand up and she quickly helped him to stand up too.

"Oppa Mianhe" Yoona said with a red face.

Snapping his thoughts, he stuttered as he feels his heartbeat running faster.

"You nearly got....got.. hit by the car!" Kibum said while looking at the other way.

"Kibum, sorry" said the ashen-faced Yoona as her head bowed.

"Are you alright? Are you hurt?" Kibum said as he comb her hair with his hands and look at her if she's hurt.

"Kibum, I am alright" Yoona hold his hands to stop from worrying.

"Mianhe, I always make you worry" Yoona said.

"If you want to go somewhere, just ask me, you know you're not still.. out of the hospital" Kibum said.

"But I am outside the hospital" Yoona laughed.

"Pabo!" Kibum pinched her cheeks. "You are still checked-in in the hospital"

"Oppa..I want to go out" She pouted.

"Let's go" Kibum hold her hand and walk towards the parking lot.

"Anywhere" Yoona said and turn on the radio.

"What station do you like?" Yoona asked.

"Any"

"Aissshhh" Kibum changed the station.

"Cause I can't stop thinking bout you girl" Kibum singed and move through the beat.

"Aigoooo" Yoona changed the channel again.

"Gee gee gee gee baby baby baby gee gee gee gee baby baby baby" Yoona danced and sing her favorite song.

Kibum give a big smile and changed the station too.

"Sorry Sorry Sorry Sorry naega naega naega pat-"

"Ahahahhahaha!!" Yoona burst into laughter.

"Why? I am just dancing like you" Kibum said.

"Micheoso" Yoona said.

"Aishhhh" Yoona stop the music and changed the channel.
"Owww aissshhh" Kibum changed too.

Yoona and Kibum keep on arguing on what station they will hear until one song finally fixed their simple problem.

"No mountains to hide for you to climb.." The song played and they both smile.

That is their favorite song, they hear that song when they are in the middle school and they also dreamed that they can perform that song on stage someday.

At the end of the song they smiled and they also reached their favorite coffee shop.

"Kibum can we just eat ice cream" Yoona requested.

"It's better for you to drink coffee first" Kibum said.

When they finished drinking the coffee, Yoona stood up.

"Let's eat ice cream oppa" Yoona whined.

"Let's just eat breakfast" Kibum said.

"I want Ice cream" Yoona pouted.

Kibum walked towards the car.

"Oppa where are you going?" Yoona walked beside him.

"Let's go to the nearest ice cream parlor" Kibum said.

"No, Let's walk" Yoona said.

"Don't tell me t-"

"At the park" Yoona cut him off.

Yoona and Kibum walked together with hands together.

Kibum was so happy that time.
He felt that it's different from the past years that they hold their hands together.

Yoona felt relaxed and happy as well.
She felt that she's always protected when she is with him.

Yoona smiled and look at the leaves falling down as they walk.

But then, the memories of her with Jaejoong flashed back again.
She closed her eyes and took a deep breathe.

When she look around, her smile faded for she saw him.
JaeJoong-whom she doesn't want to see because she'll feel the pain again.

She thought, this is just hysteria.

"How could he be here?" Yoona thought as she closed her eyes.

But still there is Jaejoong.

She took a deep breathe to hold back her tears. Suddenly, she was saved when Kibum came and asked.
"What's wrong?"

"Nothing, I am tired.. let's sit" Yoona said while she headed to the bench at the playground.

Yoona tried not to look at him, but her eyes can't stop it.
He is drunk and weak. His body is swaying as he walk.
She is now holding her tears.

"Yoona, there is an ice cream vendor, I'll just buy for us, wait for me" Kibum said.

Yoona saw JaeJoong look at her and she look the other way.
JaeJoong is walking slightly towards her.
She is praying that Kibum will not see him. 
But Kibum appeared with an ice cream-and he seemed didn't noticed Jaejoongs presence on the other side.

Kibum saved her again.

"Yoona, here is the ice cream"

"Thanks" Yoona smiled happily.

"Why are you smiling?" Kibum asked.

"Nothing I am just happy because your here, finally I get out from that boring hospital" Yoona replied.

"Is that the reason?" Kibum said while he tickles Yoona.

"Kibum!" Yoona shouted as she laugh hardly.

"Stop it!!" Yoona laughed.

JaeJoong saw Yoona happy. He moved back and walked to the other way.

"Okay" Kibum stopped tickling her.

Yoona smiled.

"Do you know, Your my first kiss"

Kibum's eyes turned big.

"How could it be? JaeJoong Hyung didn't kiss you even once?" Kibum asked.

"Yes, he is not, He always kiss me at the forehead and tell me "I will not kiss you at the lips because you must save it for the one you truly love" and then I always say
"but your the one I will love forever" " Yoona paused.

"Now I realized why he do it, because he know that I 'll be hurt, if he'll not be the one meant for me. And it happened, 
He's not the one for me" Yoona added.

"And your my first kiss" Yoona said.

"But it's an accident, I just save you a while ago" Kibum explained.

"It's just like a second.. or a split second, yeah.. that is just.. nothing, completely nothing" Kibum defensed.

"It's okay, because you're more important than him now, 
If you'll just be my boyfriend, you'll be better than him" Yoona said.

Kibum's heart beats fast.

"But I know, it's impossible" Yoona said then she laughed.

Kibum felt the sadness yet a slight relief.

"And besides, you don't need to be my boyfriend,because you're my bestfriend forever" Yoona added

"Nope" Kibum said.

"Why?" Yoona said with a confused look.

"Because 'I am your angel'" Kibum singed the last line in the chorus of their favorite song.

Yoona give a wide smile.

"Oppa, thank you for being there" Yoona said.

"If I will choose between a best friend o a boyfriend" Yoona paused.

"I'll choose my best friend" Yoona added.

"Because a boyfriend can hurt your feelings, he can break up with you, But a best friend is always there for you no matter what, a best friend will not hurt you, and will not break your connections... right?" Yoona explained.

"If that is the case?" Kibum asked.

"I'll choose You" Yoona said.

"Because even before, he already broke my heart, when he went to Japan and stayed for a year, you know it's hard for me,I cried because of him, and now, it's only a month after he went back here at Korea and he completely and totally broke my heart... not only my heart but my everything"

Kibum just remained silent as he look at Yoona's tears flowing.

"But Thank God, He gave me a very special Angel who's my cloud up in the sky,shoulder when I cry,who hears my voice when I call, who's there even I am far, who accepts me for who I am" Yoona smiled and wipe her tears.

"Oppa, gomapseumnida" Yoona thanked him.

"Yoona, If you just know how much I love you.I have loved you even before JaeJoong met you, I really love you already and I don't want to loose you even as a friend" 
Kibum thought.

"And If being a best friend of yours will be a way to be
with you forever, I will," He added to his mind.

"If I am your Angel, You're also my angel" Kibum said at Yoona.

Yoona smiled.
